(Apr. 3, 2013) — On Wednesday, PANDA Pennsylvania will have its best shot at blocking the powers in the 2012 NDAA. They will be approaching the Lycoming County Commission, which is already friendly to the idea.
We need a few calls to push the Commission to actually take action. Please spread this action alert far and wide, republish, share, and tweet it out!

Help Bring the Spirit of Liberty to Lycoming County
Since December, PANDA Pennsylvania has been working to get Lycoming County, PA to defeat sections 1021 and 1022 of the 2012 NDAA. On Wednesday, the Commission will make a decision as to whether or not to add the NDAA to their agenda.
Please give the Lycoming County Commissioners a phone call before Wednesday and encourage them to uphold their Oath to the Constitution. Encourage them to defeat Sections 1021 and 1022 of the 2012 NDAA, and protect the rights of the people of Lycoming County (Out-of-staters are encouraged to contact as well, and we find it most effective if you don’t mention your state):
