Citizen to FBI: Obama’s Eligibility a Matter of National Security

WHY HAS THE FBI REMAINED SILENT?

Agent Will:

My name is Zeb Blanchard.  I am branded a “birther”, sovereign citizen in the pejorative and potential domestic terrorist by the Department of Homeland Security, the east Tennessee Fusion Center, and FBI SE Regional office in Knoxville.  This is so because I am a member of an organization called OathKeepers, a law enforcement and military veteran, and Constitutional activist.  It is my perception that the Oath I took, whereby I swore to God to defend the Constitution, did not expire with my service.

I am not against the “government”.  A strong central government is necessary to assure the welfare of the various states.  I do have great concerns in those areas in which the government has exceeded the bounds of its enumerated powers granted to it by the Constitution.

So my purpose in writing to you is to enlist your help in rectifying what I allege are blatant violations of this very same Constitution that you also swore an Oath to defend.  This concern now extends to what I perceive as a threat to national security.

You will say that my concern is a “state issue” and not of your concern, and I should take it up with the “proper” state level authorities.  And of course it was, to a certain extent, and I did take it up with state officials when it was first raised in November of 2011.  In that process, I approached Governor Deal, Attorney General Olens, and Secretary of State Kemp on numerous occasions over the last 12 months without success or significant acknowledgement.  The beginning and ending of that odyssey is documented in the attachments at the end of this letter.   All of the documents are available at your request.

My purpose in attempting to have SOS Kemp comply with Georgia election laws was to have candidate Obama removed from the Georgia ballot until such time as SOS Kemp could verify Obama’s bona fides.  An investigation by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office has verified that the offered bono fides are forgeries and, obviously, SOS Kemp did not remove Obama from the ballot.

You will say this is not your concern and that I should contact my “congressman”.   So when I realized that SOS Kemp was not going to comply with the law, I then proceeded to inform my North Georgia congressmen of the crimes against the Constitution being perpetrated by the putative Obama administration and requested that they lodge charges of treason against the POTUS.  That information fell on deaf ears or perhaps in the hands of individuals who had received radical bilateral XXXXXX.  Samples of this embarrassing exercise in futility are also enclosed.  The full “package” is available on your request.

President Obama is clearly not an American as intended by the Founders and as defined in the Constitution and affirmed by Vattel in the Law of Nations, the SCOTUS in Minor, and S.RES.511 in April of 2008.  He has engaged in many acts of treason including but not limited to assassination of American citizens, declaring war against sovereign nations without approval of congress, and aiding and abetting the Muslim Brotherhood, a self declared enemy of the United States, according to documents found by the FBI during the Holy Land Foundation trials.  These actions and others too numerous to annotate are a clear threat to our national security.

So here we are today whereby the administration has ordered anti-terrorist response units to stand down in Libya, resulting in Americans being murdered and all of this in order to continue to support the adventures of the Muslim Brotherhood.  This is treason of the highest order.

You must conduct an investigation as to why the putative president was allowed to remain on the Georgia ballot, the ongoing investigation of Obama’s bona fides must continue, and then you must recommend charges of treason are levied at the earliest possible moment.

The issue of “ballot challenge” has now escalated to the national level and become an issue of national security.  The law of the Constitution is being ignored and rule without law is tyranny.  I fear for anarchy, as anarchy follows tyranny like night follows day.  Do you want to share in the responsibility of promoting anarchy or comply with your Oath?

The mission of the FBI is to: “ . . . protect the United States”.  Our Nation is at risk of anarchy.  Now is the time to stand up and stand by the Oath you swore and defend the Constitution.

I was stationed at Ft. Hood in 1955.  Take note that I am writing to you on the 3^rd anniversary of the FT. Hood murders.  Veterans are well aware of what the FBI did NOT do to prevent this Act of Terrorism.  Would this not be a good time for an attempt at redemption?
