What Comes First?

TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY – OFFICERS AND ENLISTED

(Jun. 18, 2012) — WHAT COMES FIRST: ‘Support and defend the Constitution’, or ‘obey the orders of the (putative) pResident’?

The Nuremberg Trials of 1945-46 told us that just obeying orders from our ‘superiors’ is not a defense – when those orders are obviously ‘unlawful’.  Many were hanged for that so-called ‘error in judgment’.

In an article at About.com/military by Rod Powers concerning a 1799 Supreme Court ruling he states:

The U.S. Supreme Court held that Navy commanders “act at their own peril” when obeying presidential orders when such orders are illegal.

He also notes concerning a Vietnam War Courts Martial:

The Court of Military Appeals held that “the justification for acts done pursuant to orders does not exist if the order was of such a nature that a man of ordinary sense and understanding would know it to be illegal.“

Since both officers and enlisted alike take an oath to first ‘support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic’, then it would obviously be a crime (for a man of ordinary sense and understanding) to violate that oath to the Constitution by giving authority and legitimacy to a non-natural born Citizen who has usurped the Office of President and Commander in Chief. 

Since the truth of the matter is that any ‘oath-upholding and honestly-thinking’ soldier,  military superior (and court) would have to know and conclude, based on the evidence publicly known to date that:

• Obama is not a natural born Citizen, as required by Article II, Section 1;
• Obama is using Mispersonization of his Identity in order to usurp the office of President and Commander in Chief using:

1. Forged Certification of Birth documents (www.TinyURL.com/88kzqyy);
2. Forged Selective Service Registration; (www.TinyURL.com/m13qm5);
3. Stolen Social Security number 042-68-4425 (www.TinyURL.com/3zgrv7g);

• Obama’s ‘White House’ has leaked sensitive information about the names and operations of secret Special Operations Forces, thereby putting both them and our National Security at grave risk (www.TinyURL.com/74f7rqw);

… we must also know and conclude that Obama is not only committing Treason to the Constitution, but is also unlawfully holding the Office of the President and Commander In Chief, and therefore neither he, nor anyone in his command, can issue anything but unlawful orders!

Therefore, all members of the military (all branches), both officers and enlisted alike, are oath-bound to disobey (and speak-out against) any and all orders – until a proper, legal, and Constitutional Commander in Chief is installed in the Office of President of the United States.
