WHAT IS ITS TRUE MISSION?

(Nov. 16, 2011) — The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has become a fourth branch of government with very little or any oversight from the U. S. Congress, in violation of Article I, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution.  It operates under the jurisdiction of the Executive Branch, and the Executive Branch under Obama has been directing the EPA to do his dictatorial environmental bidding.  Obama talks about providing jobs and then directs the EPA to promulgate rules that KILL jobs.  As usual, he “talketh” out of both sides of his mouth.  Obama and the EPA need to be dissolved.
Michael Fahey of California provided a link to a powerful Expose’ on the EPA in a PDF format by Paul Driessen.  We have linked this damaging EPA Expose’ on our website at http://www.narlo.org.  Just click on the EPA image near the top of the HOME page, like the image you see below the heading of this message.
We also received the following link to an article from Jim Boyer of Washington State that outlines, among other things, how EPA rules filter down to state departments that have jurisdiction over environmental regulations in their state.  The article also includes a link to an 11-page letter from two congressmen criticizing the EPA for using bogus science in their rule making.
This information is a must-read for anyone who is concerned about jobs, energy, agriculture, the economy and property rights, as well as the damage being done to the U. S. Constitution by a federal agency that answers to only one master, Obama, a putative president who holds very little if any allegiance to that Constitution.
We intend to write an in-depth article on the EPA in the near future.  Watch for it under our column, “The Parallax Prophecies“.
Our column coming out next Sunday is entitled, “Creating A Culture of Resistance.”

The EPA is like kudzu in the deep south. Hard to eradicate. However a dedicated, deliberate, and methodical approach will get it. Georgia has legislation in the hopper that will mandate a study of all new EPA rules before they can be incorporated in the state. This is all within the bounds of the 10th Amendment and Prinz v. United States. However things happen down here on “Georgia time”, which is different than any time elsewhere in the continental U.S. Sometimes it is if there isn’t anyone keeping track of the time.
Georgia will slowly and methodically ignore the EPA until they go away. We lost our peanut processing industry in Georgia as a direct result of EPA/USDA ineptitude. Folks won’t be to quick to forget about that.
