ANOTHER STORY OF TENNESSEE VIGILANTE JUSTICE

When my family first heard the pounding on our front door, we had no idea how our lives were about to be transformed. Barack Hussein Obama Cohort Nashville Police Chief Serpas’ cops had come for me just before midnight on May 2, 2009.
My eleven-year-old daughter went into a state of shock from which she has not yet fully recovered. That is the saddest part of this ordeal for me.
My wife, who is strong, went with me to confront the cops at my door. She opened the door and three cops barged into our house, knocking her aside.
Cop Adkerson shouted at me, “Put your hands behind your back.”
“What is this about?” I asked.
“We have a warrant for your arrest,” shouted Adkerson.
Two weeks prior to my arrest, I had written an article critical of the fact that Nashville DA Johnson had refused to prosecute child abuse crimes by Obama supporters in Nashville.
Furthermore, I had written about how Nashville DA Torry Johnson and Nashville Police Chief Ronal Serpas had failed to investigate the reports that the BHO Campaign had allegedly stolen computers from the Nashville Election Commission and various Nashville hospitals in 2007 and 2008. Those Nashville Davidson County computers that were stolen contained the names, birth dates and Social Security Numbers of every resident in the City of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee. Thus, every voter in Nashville was put in peril of identity theft by the thefts of the computers from the Nashville Election Commission, and DA Johnson and Police Chief Serpas had done nothing to protect the citizens of Nashville from the potential identity theft.
I was arrested again on May 13, 2009. All of my guns were illegally confiscated from my home without warrant and four vials of my blood were illegally taken.
After my false arrest on May 13, 2009, Nashville Sheriff Daron Hall had me illegally imprisoned at Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute. One of Sheriff Hall’s deputies falsely alleged that my wife had requested that I be sent to MTMHI. Furthermore, he lied to my wife, telling her that I had been released from the Nashville jail and that Sheriff Hall did not know where I was.
All told, I was illegally arrested four times in May of 2009 on false charges brought forth by the BHO Cohorts in Nashville. Nevertheless, I was confident that I would prevail against the wrongful, malicious prosecution brought by Nashville Police Chief Ronal Serpas and District Attorney Torry Johnson.
Unfortunately, my cases were assigned to two Nashville BHO Cohort judges, Gloria Dumas and Dan Eisenstein.
At a motion hearing on September 14, 2009, Judge Gloria Dumas allowed DA Torry Johnson’s assistants to suborn perjury and she used falsely-sworn testimony to order me falsely imprisoned again.
Although there is a back door from her courtroom that leads to a tunnel across to the jail, Judge Dumas had me handcuffed in front of my young daughter and taken to jail out the front door of the Courthouse so that my daughter had to witness my false arrest.
For thirty-eight days in the autumn of 2009, Judges Dumas and Eisenstein had me falsely imprisoned in the Nashville CJC jail. My blood pressure medication was withheld, putting my life in danger, and I was repeatedly assaulted physically.
On October 21, 2009, Judge Eisenstein ordered me falsely imprisoned at a facility in Memphis. While there, I was repeatedly assaulted physically.
According to Forbes Magazine, Memphis is the most dangerous city in America, and Nashville is the 7th most dangerous city in America. The Nashville jails are deplorably inhumane, but the Memphis Shelby County jail is one of the worst jails on the face of the earth, according to many newspaper and magazine reports.
I had the good sense not to retaliate when I was physically assaulted at the Memphis facility, and consequently the BHO Cohorts were not able to get me imprisoned in the Jail in Memphis which has been described in newspaper and magazine reports as a hell on earth.
Finally, after I was released from false imprisonment in Memphis, I returned home to my family in Nashville. Shortly thereafter, in January 2010, Judge Eisenstein had me arrested again on false charges, and I was sent to Blackwood Jail in Nashville. Again, my blood pressure medication was withheld, and I was repeatedly assaulted physically.
All told, BHO’s Nashville cohorts kept me falsely imprisoned for nearly nine months, but on May 17, 2010, Judge Eisenstein retired all the charges against me.
Throughout my family’s ordeal, I refused to plead guilty to any of the false charges illegally brought against me by the BHO Cohorts in Nashville. I continue to exercise my First and Fifth Amendment rights to speak out against all the BHO Cohorts and assist in the forming of Grand Juries to bring BHO and his criminal cohorts to justice.
In my humble opinion, the moral of my ordeal is that a man must never surrender to Tyranny. When good men surrender to evil, the Tyrants win.
Some may see my life for the past two years as a tragedy. I do not. I prevailed and the Tyrants fell.
As Ghandi eloquently said, “…in the end, they (tyrants) always fall…”
However, the Tyrants only fall when good brave men finally take a stand against Tyranny.
Author’s Note: I wanted to let all those who befriended me know that I have decided to retire my law license. BHO cohorts utterly destroyed my law practice. I tried for 2 years to revive it, but at 60 years of age it is just too difficult and costly to continue. I will continue to write about legal issues and to fight for the restoration of the Rule of Law in America.

It’s really too bad, because the Constitution is their one saving grace but they’re just too damn dumb to understand the obvious.
Certain concepts come to mind in connection with the alleged activity of the judge who certified a non-licensed person as a duly-licensed mental health provider…fraud, collusion, breach of his duty as an officer of the court, and impeachment. No citizen should be abused in a court of law by the known fraudulent representation of an “expert’s credentials”. Further, if these abuses were perpetrated against you in retaliation for your role as citizen-informant, and coordinated by a certain political party (whose agents were all members of said political party), well, then another concept comes to mind…RICO. Considering who is heading the DOJ, all I can say is ‘rotsah ruck.’ As someone who understands how corrupt the system is at the top, and how little power we have to address this corruption, I urge you to cherish every day with your family and try to celebrate your role as a survivor of great injustice. All that really matters is that you know the truth, your family knows the truth, and you resist letting these people destroy your dignity.
The more of these stories I learn of the more I thank God I never moved to Tennessee as I was planning. This happens to a lawyer, one trained in the law, imagine what happens to the poor slub who has to accept court appointed representation, let alone face a court selected jury.

Under Tennessee law, it’s illegal for a person to present himself or let others present him as a “psychologist” — unless that person is indeed licensed by the state as a psychologist. It’s also illegal for them to provide “counseling, psychoanalysis [or] psychotherapy.”
Through an attorney, Eisenstein claimed he never hired Casey to do the work of a psychologist.
Then, in late 2008, documents show that Judge Eisenstein wanted to put Casey on staff using federal money, writing in a memo that Casey had proven himself “an excellent psychologist.” In that same document, the judge noted that Casey had previously “conducted weekly group therapy” for Mental Health Court defendants.
“You told the Department of Justice that he was an excellent psychologist. What gave you that idea?” NewsChannel 5 Investigates asked.
Eisenstein didn’t respond.
His lawyer says the judge later learned that Casey wasn’t licensed, although he felt that Casey could still be useful in other roles. Casey’s contract with the Mental Health Court Foundation — which began in February 2009 — is unclear on his exact duties.
But more than a year later, the Mental Health Court Foundation’s tax return — sworn to by the judge himself — listed Casey as “staff psychologist.”
“If you knew that he wasn’t licensed, why would you tell the IRS that he was your staff psychologist?” we asked again.
Still, the judge had nothing to say.

Wow, what a horrific story. This was a terrible ordeal for you and your family to endure. It is hard to believe that our country has been taken over by such thugs, and that we can no longer trust those who are elected to protect us. May God protect you and your family from further abuse from these tyrants. We can only pray that in the end they will get the justice they deserve.

The problems with political corruption and fraud in the whole state of Tennessee seems extensive and out of proportion with other states. There appears to be a need for top-to-bottom cleansing and purging if the people are to survive and thrive.
Right now, there are just too many victims-of-government stories coming out of Tennessee.
The people of this country better wake up fast. This is not only going on in Nashville, but all over this country that was taken over by a coup in January 2009.
The judges, congress, police are our enemies. They are not our friends. They are taking illegal orders and anyone that does that is an enemy of the good people of this country.
