Is Obama really smarter than 55% of Americans?

(Mar. 20, 2010) — Twenty-four hours before the House of Representatives is scheduled to subvert the constitutional process by “deeming” the Senate Health Bill “passed” without a House vote, and use the “reconciliation” process to pass House Amendments to the Senate bill back to the Senate for passage by simple majority, news breaks that 55% of Americans stand firmly opposed with a shrinking minority in favor…

Yet Obama, Pelosi and Reid remain no less committed to ramming socialized medicine down the throats of American taxpayers, under the belief that they are smarter than the 55% of American citizens who stand violently opposed.

Only 35% of Americans say they support Obama’s plan to destroy private health care in America. The Senate bill was rejected by the House, yet Nancy Pelosi plans to “deem it passed” on Sunday, March 21, without another up-or-down House vote on the Senate bill and send it to the White House for Obama’s signature.

Then the House will take an up-or-down vote on the House Reconciliation Bill (amendments) and send it back to the Senate where Senate members will only be allowed to vote on the House amendments, because Democrats hold enough Senate seats to pass the Reconciliation Bill by a simply Democrat majority, without a single Republican Yea.

It amounts to legislative trickery and an outright subversion of the US Constitution.

Every Yea vote in Congress should face criminal charges of treason, as every last one of these members of Congress knows that they are openly acting against the will of the American majority and subverting the constitutional legislative process in order to advance a wholly anti-American piece of legislation which would NEVER pass by legitimate process.

What will take place in our nation’s capital Sunday is not only unconstitutional, it is unconscionable.

There can be NO mistake at this point. The US Constitution is no longer in force or effect in Washington, DC. The blue dog Democrat is dead, replaced by spineless so-called “moderates” easily bought or threatened into acts of treason against their constituents.

Republicans get no free pass either. They had numerous opportunities to put a stop to all of this nonsense and simply lacked the intestinal fortitude to do so.

In my December 13, 2009 Open Call to Congressional Republicans, I begged Republicans to have the good sense and backbone to walk out of Congress and call this sham of a government what it really is… John McCain was privately briefed on the call to action and his answer was, “Democrats didn’t walk out on us…”

Facing the most outrageous affront to American freedom and liberty in 235 years, if Republicans don’t walk out now, they deserve to wear the mark of the beast that every congressional Democrat will wear after tomorrow’s vote.

The Republican Nay vote is meaningless… If Republicans walk into that chamber tomorrow and participate in what they know is an unconstitutional process, they become a complicit party to the scam.

They should instead refuse to legitimize the process by entering those chambers, and take up a pitchfork and torch beside the people outside shouting “Kill that Bill!”

What are the odds that there is a single member of Congress with the integrity and backbone to do that?

And there is the great challenge for the 55% of Americans praying for a miracle.

They are praying for just one member of Congress to stand with them and call this congressional act of fraud and treason by its proper name.

But there is not one member of Congress with that kind of backbone today, and that’s why both Democrat and Republican incumbents are in deep trouble this November.

Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have never successfully run anything before in their entire lives, yet they are in unchecked control of the United States of America at this moment in history.

All three believe that they are individually smarter than all other American citizens, especially the 55% warning them not to pass this bill. This is their Achilles’ heel. Leftists never fail to overestimate their position, underestimate their opposition, and overplay their hand.

When they ram this health care crisis down American throats by unconstitutional process with 55% opposed, they will find themselves in a firestorm of political resentment the likes of which have not been seen in this country since King George was told to take his tea and shove it!

Unlike the leftist Berkeley brats that torched the streets of Berkeley a couple weeks ago just because they weren’t getting the volume of government subsidies they feel “entitled” to, you will NOT see American conservatives burning the streets of DC.

These people are “constitutionalists,” and they will use the principles and the peaceful tools found only in the US Constitution like a weapon to bring these DC thugs to justice. They will unite in force for the sake of freedom.

The Second American Revolution is under way, and this will be a bloodbath of a different sort.

Our Founding Fathers saw this day coming, and they made the necessary arrangement so that the American people could resolve the challenge of a runaway government…

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Read that again – deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…

Fifty-five percent of “the governed” have NOT consented to this atrocity. Thirty-five percent do NOT have the constitutional right to run roughshod over the majority under any set of circumstances. The battle lines are clear…

There is no power on earth greater than freedom. Many Americans fought and died to put these tools in place and many have fought and died to uphold, protect and preserve these principles and values.

Obama, Pelosi and Reid don’t have what it takes to destroy this nation. Throughout history, those who have sought to destroy America have found themselves destroyed.

And so it shall be once again!
