Exclusive: Medical Group Refuses to Comment on Statements Attributed to Clinton’s Physician

WHAT, IF ANYTHING, DID CLINTON’S DOCTOR DO AND SAY?

(Sep. 12, 2016) — On Monday morning at approximately 10:00 AM EDT, this writer contacted the CareMount Medical Group, affiliated with the Mt. Kisco Medical Group, in Mount Kisco, NY in an attempt to verify statements attributed Sunday night to Dr. Lisa Bardack, Hillary Clinton’s personal physician, in the wake of Clinton’s apparent collapse at a 9/11 memorial ceremony on Sunday morning.

Bardack has reportedly been Clinton’s primary physician since 2001 and was said by CNN to have attended Clinton at her Chappaqua home on Sunday afternoon following the medical episode.

Contrary to its relegation by CNN as a “conspiracy theory” on August 24, on Monday it conceded that Clinton’s health is now a genuine issue as the presidential campaign enters its final eight weeks.

Upon becoming ill at the 9/11 memorial, Clinton was first reportedly taken to her daughter Chelsea’s apartment in the Flatiron section of Manhattan, where she was seen approximately two hours later waving to the public on the sidewalk outside and stating that she “felt great.”

Clinton was reportedly then taken home by her motorcade and Secret Service agents, then attended by Bardack, who reportedly told CNN that the patient was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.  CNN read a statement purportedly from Bardack which said that Clinton had become “overheated and dehydrated” at the memorial service but was “rehydrated and recovering nicely” as of late Sunday evening.

Dehydration is often treated with intravenous fluids at a hospital emergency room, but Clinton was never taken to one.

The mainstream media appears to be accepting the explanation attributed to Bardack of Clinton’s medical episode, but no written statement with Bardack’s signature has surfaced as of press time on Monday.

According to Yahoo! News, Clinton’s campaign first reported that she was “diagnosed with pneumonia” on Friday and that Bardack confirmed it on Sunday.

Former Obama CIA Director Mike Morell, now a Democrat lobbyist and Clinton supporter, was reported to have spent time with Clinton on Friday and said that she “looked fantastic. She had high energy.”

Pneumonia is a serious infection which can be viral or bacterial and often causes the patient to run a fever as well as exhibit heavy coughing.

Surrogates have previously reported Clinton as having become dehydrated during bouts of stomach flu in February 2005 and December 2012, both of which reportedly caused her to pass out.

According to Bardack last summer, Clinton experienced “a deep vein thrombosis,” or blood clot, in both 1998 “and in 2009.”  Bardack recounted the concussion Clinton suffered in December 2012 following a fall, after which doctors found a “transverse sinus venous thrombosis” which Bardack claimed reached “total dissolution” following treatment.

Again on Monday, CNN repeated its claim published in earlier articles, stating of Clinton:

After our call was connected to the medical group, since none of the departmental options applied to us, we pressed “0” to be connected to an operator.

Once the operator understood that we were a member of the media seeking comment involving Dr. Bardack, she transferred us to a woman named Dawn, who took down our information.  Dawn then told us, “I’m going to transfer you to our CEO, Dr. Scott Hayworth.”  We thanked her and waited on the line to be transferred.

Dr. Hayworth greeted us by identifying himself, after which we did the same.  We stated that we were not seeking personal medical information on Clinton, but rather, to verify that the statements publicly attributed to Dr. Bardack on Sunday as to Clinton’s diagnosis were, in fact, accurate.

“It is our corporate policy that we do not comment on any of our patients,” Dr. Hayworth responded. We then asked, “Even if it has already been out in the media?” Hayworth repeated his statement, obviously unwilling to say more, after which we thanked him and hung up.
