“WHY NEW YORK CRUMBLES”

(Aug. 25, 2015) — With full transparency Denver Jones first applied to be the Republican nominee in the yet-to-be-official, special election of the senate seat for the convicted Tom Libous. Denver remains with the door open to a Republican rethinking, stating that he will still consider accepting the Republican nomination if “circumstances” alter the committees of the Republican and Conservative parties’ thinking.
Under extremely unfair, and within a subverted, election process, Team Denver persevered and has filed a ballot petition for an independent ballot. As predicted; the massive status-quo power structures of the major political parties have mounted their typical legal war to keep all outsiders and free-thinking candidates off the ballot and continue to dictate election outcomes. These power-mongers continue proving the now obvious point – they have no interest in democracy, fair play or interest in the voters’ having choice or a voice in elections. They conduct war, like Genghis Khan, to maintain ruling power. Mission achieved; – TRANSPARENCY – the “system” is publicly exposed – the public is now very much aware of a corrupt foundation of its election process.
Denver now moves into a new phase – examining the legal war and assessing the proper approach to take moving forward. Last year the illegal contest to keep him off the ballot cost him vast amounts of money – he won six court trials, undeniably proving the lack of principle or rule of law in the status-quo camp. He won the court battles, but time and resources were depleted and left the now-convicted Libous firmly in power. Co-Chairman Jerry VanSavage spent a reported $200,000 – suspected money from the Libous camp – This time the cabal might spend even more to try to keep Denver off the ballot. Denver now waits for a week for the cabal to release their “details.” He will then examine the details of the three court challenges of the major parties to his ballot petition.
