WHO IS HIDING MORE?

(Mar. 11, 2015) — On Wednesday The Associated Press announced that it has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. State Department for its lack of response to numerous FOIA requests, the earliest of which was submitted five years ago, for documents relating to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State.
Last week is was disclosed that Clinton used a private server for all email communications which had been set up in her New York home during her entire term as head of the State Department.
Clinton has turned over 55,000 pages of emails but held back those which she deemed of a “personal” nature and has refused to have a third party analyze the private server she used while she was Secretary of State.
According to CNNMoney, the emails turned over to State are “paper pages, not in their original electronic format.”
In Wednesday’s announcement, AP’s legal counsel faulted not only Clinton, but also the State Department for failing to “ensure that Secretary Clinton’s governmental emails were retained and preserved by the agency” and therefore shirking its responsibilities in responding to the news company’s FOIA requests.
Official State Department policy dictates that all emails are to be sent using a government server and preserved indefinitely in accordance with the Federal Records Act.
The White House has claimed that it did not know that Clinton was not routinely providing her emails linked to government business to the State Department for its records.
On March 4, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit for any of Clinton’s emails sent to former Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi’s wife after the State Department failed to produce them under a FOIA request.
While Barack Hussein Obama has occupied the White House, corruption has been publicly exposed within the IRS in its “targeting” scandal; in a book by former U.S. Treasury Department Secretary Timothy Geithner; in the use of an email pseudonym used by former EPA administrator Lisa Jackson; by books written by two former Defense Department secretaries who served under Obama; in a book written by former U.S. Secret Service elite agent Daniel Bongino; and within the White House and the State Department on the night four Americans were killed in Benghazi, Libya by Islamic terrorists.
The U.S. Department of Justice has failed to prosecute blacks involved in a clear example voter intimidation law and threatened to prosecute local police departments in others where blacks have been killed in various situations. A veteran attorney working at Justice after Obama took office resigned after declaring the law enforcement agency highly politicized.
The DOJ has also subpoenaed telephone records and emails of reporters, including those of the Associated Press, without the media companies’ having been informed.
On April 27, 2011, the White House posted what it said was a scanned certified copy of Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate allegedly obtained from the Hawaii Department of Health. However, within 24 hours, the image was denounced as an obvious forgery by experts who went on camera to explain their findings.
Obma spoke briefly at a press conference on that morning to announce that his birth certificate had been released in response to the many inquiries, particularly from businessman Donald Trump, which he said amounted to “carnival barkers.”
In September 2011, a criminal investigation was launched by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse which formally declared the image a “computer-generated forgery” at a March 1, 2012 press conference. Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form was also deemed fraudulent. By federal law, no U.S. citizen male may hold federal office if he has failed to timely register with the Selective Service.
No hospital in the country or the world has claimed to be Obama’s birthplace, but the media has failed to investigate why. In fact, an attorney working for the AP attempted to ridicule and marginalize this writer several years ago after she brought something to the attention of former Hawaii-based AP reporter Mark Niesse.
Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo has stated that the fraudulent birth certificate was issued to the public “with the intent to deceive.”
Since 2008, many Americans believed that Obama was ineligible to seek the presidency for failure to meet the constitutional requirement of “natural born Citizen” as stated in Article II of the U.S. Constitution. Despite thousands of phone calls, letters, emails and faxes, members of the 110th Congress ignored their constituents, declaring the matter settled because of Obama’s claimed birth in Hawaii to a U.S.-citizen mother and Kenyan-citizen father.
Historical precedent from several U.S. Supreme Court cases indicates that the citizenship of the parents was also taken into consideration when determining who was and was not “natural born,” references to one of which were apparently removed during the 2008 presidential campaign.
A Hollywood filmmaker who participated in a conference call during the 2008 primary season told WND’s Dr. Jerome Corsi almost three years ago that Hillary’s husband, former president Bill Clinton, had believed that Obama was born in Kenya and was therefore ineligible for the presidency.
Many now suspect that Obama holds or held foreign citizenship and obscured it from an unsuspecting public with the fraudulent birth certificate. With the only two documents the White House has produced having been shown to be forgeries, there is no proof that Obama is a U.S. citizen, let alone a “natural born Citizen.”
The media has been unwilling to probe Obama’s background, choosing instead to call people “racist” if they questioned his veracity on any number of topics, including his past. Journalists investigating the results of Obama’s policies have reportedly been “stonewalled” and, in at least one case, spied upon and their computers tampered with by government agencies.
Obama and Clinton’s connections to Islam and The Muslim Brotherhood have yet to be fully exposed.
Obama has now been proven a serial liar for his statements on the Affordable Care Act, including that no federal funding would be directed toward abortions; the status of Al Qaeda in the fall of 2012 as he sought re-election; the cause of the terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya in September of that year which killed four Americans, including the ambassador to Libya; his proclaimed support for Israel during the 2008 campaign, and his first promise, that of “an unprecedented level of openness in government.”
Both are as dirty as the DNC gets!
