INCLUDING IMPEACHMENT?

by Sharon Rondeau

Will Obama be impeached over his “executive amnesty?”

(Nov. 20, 2014) — On Wednesday evening, the U.S. Patriost Union reported that the North American Law Center (NALC) worked with some Republican members of Congress to produce a letter to Obama warning him not to take unilateral steps to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens.

The letter was published on NALC’s website and is the same letter published on the website of the House Judiciary Committee, of which Rep. Bob Goodlatte was elected leader this week for the 114th Congress.

In an editorial on Thursday, JB Williams wrote that “impeachment” is a possibility if Obama does not heed the warning of the House members, Goodlatte and Rep. Michael McCaul, who wrote the letter.

McCaul was a guest of Jon Scott of Fox News earlier today, during which they discussed Obama’s many statements that taking action on illegal immigration was beyond the scope of his constitutional authority presented in a montage by Megyn Kelly of “The Kelly File” on Wednesday evening.

A tweet from Fox News’s “Judge Jeanine” host, Judge Jeanine Pirro, leads to an article entitled, “Republicans ready to do whatever it takes to halt Obama immigration plan.”

In August, Goodlatte was asked about a potential impeachment of Obama and responded that ” it would be a mistake to impeach President Barack Obama unless there was a groundswell of public support for it.”

In an interview with White House spokesman Josh Earnest, anchor Martha McCallum asked Earnest how Obama’s planned actions could be explained given his previous statements on the issue, to which Earnest said that Obama was forced to act because “House Republican leaders” are to blame for the current lack of new legislation.

Earnest declined to state any specifics which Obama might present in his address this evening. However, he said that Obama wants the House to pass the bill approved the by Senate last year, at which point, he said that Obama would “crumple up” his executive orders.

None of the four major broadcast networks will be broadcasting the speech, although Univision reportedly will.

NALC wrote Articles of Impeachment last summer listing three major transgressions alleged against Barack Hussein Obama, the first of which was “criminal identity fraud.”  The mainstream media has not reported on the “computer-generated forgeries” declared by a law enforcement investigation in regard to Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form.

On a Fox broadcast last week, businessman Donald Trump, who had pressed Obama to release his long-form birth certificate early in 2011, said that Obama is operating under a different identity than that given to him at birth:  “Barry Soetoro.”

The Post & Email contacted the House Judiciary Committee for comment and was directed to media spokesperson Jessica Collins.  We then sent Collins the following email:

Hello, I just published an editorial from someone working closely with the North American Law Center (NALC), which published the letter on the House Jud. Cmte. website:

http://judiciary.house.gov/index.cfm/press-releases?id=98B620FC-CECF-432A-BAC4-195EFB6FAEBF

A new statement made today is that “impeachment” is a possibility.  Are you able to confirm that that is an option that the Committee might consider if Obama issues the executive order on illegals?

Thank you.

Closing the barn door after the horse had gone out only accomplishes one thing: he can’t get back in. This is Nero fiddling while Rome burns.
