Did Obama’s Occupation of the White House Begin with Voter Fraud?

(Oct. 29, 2014) — The government watchdog group Judicial Watch reported on Tuesday that a study revealed that enough votes from “foreign nationals” were cast in the 2008 presidential election to declare Barack Hussein Obama victorious.

Judicial Watch cited the Cooperative Congressional Education Study (CCES) sponsored by Harvard University but involving 39 universities studying election results since 2006.  The CCES has published scores of papers reflecting various aspects of U.S. elections.

In 2012, Judicial Watch pressed at least 12 states to review their voter registration rolls to purge the name of deceased and otherwise ineligible voters, working with True the Vote and the Election Law Center.

Many congressional Democrats have advocated for open borders, sanctuary cities, and benefits for illegals, and Congress as a whole has refused to enforce immigration laws passed by previous sessions of the federal legislative body.

In 2008, some Democrats characterized Obama, who was new to national politics at the time, as “unelectable” as President of the United States.

After Hillary Clinton was reported to have said to Obama during a primary debate that he was ineligible to run for president because he was not a “natural born Citizen,” doubts arose that Obama was, in fact, a legitimate candidate.  It was found that his Illinois state senate and U.S. Senate records were sealed; information about his forfeiture of his law license was not made public; his school and university records were declared “lost” or not releasable, and he had never proved his claimed birth in Hawaii through any paper documentation.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” which many believe was intended by the Framers to mean “born in the country to parents who are U.S. citizens” (paraphrased).

On June 12, 2008, The Daily KOS featured an image purported to be Obama’s birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) declaring him born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961.  The image did not state a hospital, show a doctor’s signature, or indicate details about the parents.  In May 2009, then-White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs had laughed off a question from former WND reporter Les Kinsolving, who wanted to know why the White House had not released Obama’s “long-form,” or more detailed, birth certificate to the public.

As was revealed later by a criminal investigation, pro-Obama operatives had trolled the internet, stifling discussion and questions about Obama’s background, lack of documentation, and vague references to his purported birth in either Indonesia or Kenya rather than Hawaii.  Journalists, bloggers, radio show hosts and private citizens received death threats for raising questions about Obama’s limited biography and the possibility that he had achieved the Oval Office by fraud and deceit.

On March 1, 2012, the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse declared at a formal press conference that its then-six-month-old criminal investigation had revealed that the long-form birth certificate posted by the White House on April 27, 2011 on its website is a “computer-generated forgery.”  Obama had claimed the image as representing his original, long-form birth certificate from the HDOH in a press conference following its release to the public and has not responded to the posse’s claim, later stated to be beyond a reasonable doubt, that the image, as well as Obama’s Selective Service registration form, are fraudulent.

No mainstream media outlet has reported on the posse’s claims other than on the internet, and often with derision.  Neither the media nor Congress has launched an investigation into the posse’s findings.

Since occupying the White House, Obama has allowed tens of thousands of illegal aliens into the country who have received free health care, education, counseling, relocation services and daily living needs from U.S. taxpayers, which many believe is an effort to permanently change the demographics of the nation.  His “Justice” Department has sued every state which passed a law requiring a free photo identification card for registered voters.  A case of voter intimidation brought against members of the New Black Panthers stemming from Election Day in 2008 was not prosecuted by putative Attorney General Eric Holder, who recently announced his imminent departure from the Obama regime.

On December 18 of last year, Fox News reported that “17 non-citizens” in Ohio and one citizen who voted six times for Obama would be prosecuted.  The woman who voted six times, Melowese Richardson, was convicted of voter fraud but served only eight months of a five-year sentence.

Somali Muslims who did not speak English were reported to have been guided as to how to vote for Democrats in the 2012 election.

Fox News has also reported on Judicial Watch’s revelations on the CCES study. The voting of non-citizens in U.S. elections was characterized by anchor Tucker Carlson as “getting politicians elected.”

Judicial Watch’s president Tom Fitton stated that “This…confirms JW’s working theory that foreign nationals illegally vote in federal elections in large numbers and have allowed Democrats, including this president, to steal elections.”

Obama has been found to have been dishonest in regard to the provisions of his health care bill known as “Obamacare;” the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012; the Fast and Furious gunrunning operation in which he has withheld documents from Congress; his claim that America is a “Muslim country;” his claim that the long-form birth certificate image is an authentic representation of his original birth certificate; and his assurances that there will not be an outbreak of Ebola in the United States despite the admission of West African travelers without restrictions.

Many believe that Obama “won” the 2012 presidential election by fraud.  While one publication celebrated Obama’s “resounding victory” two years ago, a link to Boston.com detailing the “extensive network of operatives on the ground already in place from the 2008 election” now leads to an error message.  The Daily Beast, which often leans to the political left, refuted the claim that “Obama won through a superb, unprecedented, supremely effective get-out-the-vote effort by the Democrats.”

In 2012, Obama was reported to have garnered 2.8% more of the vote than challenger Mitt Romney.  Had Obama not been declared the 2008 winner, he could not have run for “re-election” in 2012.
