Obama’s “Fundamental Transformation” Welcomes Murderers to the United States

(Jul. 9, 2014) — Fox News and Townhall contributor Katie Pavlich reported on Wednesday that a Border Agent involved in the massive illegal alien crisis at the nation’s southern border stated that some of those allowed into the U.S. have criminal histories in their home countries which involve murder.

The Obama regime made preparations for a tremendous influx of illegal alien children as early as January of this year in a solicitation to organizations interested in providing food, clothing, relocation assistance, medical care and other services to them once they arrived.

Illegals with diseases are being transplanted into American communities across the country without full health screenings and have been found to have scabies, H1N1 flu, tuberculosis, and sexually-transmitted diseases.

In 2006, WND reported that illegal aliens were killing 12 Americans every day.  An estimated 290,000 illegals have entered the country just this year, with relatively few deportations.

The border agent who spoke under condition of anonymity told Pavlich that “We have six minors in Nogales who have admitted to killing and doing grievous bodily injuries. One admitted to killing as young as eight years old.”

In 2008, many Americans questioned Barack Hussein Obama’s life story, birthplace, lack of documentation, and reported foreign roots, noting that the U.S. Constitution requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen,” which is a higher level of citizenship than simply “a citizen.”  In a letter written to George Washington during deliberations on the Constitution on July 25, 1787, founding father John Jay wrote:

Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expresly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.

At the time, and until recently, anyone questioning Obama’s allegiance or life narrative was ridiculed, scorned, defamed, threatened, and called a “racist.”  Today, people are calling Obama’s actions “treason.”

On March 17, 2009, the first criminal complaint was filed naming Obama in the commission of treason by CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.).  Fitzpatrick has been persecuted, defamed, threatened, and called a racist.  Last month, a McMinn County, TN jury convicted him of aggravated perjury and extortion for attempting to submit criminal evidence not involving Obama to the county grand jury for its consideration.  Fitzpatrick is now facing perhaps many years in prison for exercising his First Amendment right to speak out against government corruption.

Since taking office, Obama has eviscerated virtually all the amendments in the Bill of Rights.  He has severely limited the First Amendment by intimidating and silencing his opposition through the IRS; the Second Amendment by issuing “executive actions” on firearms ownership without an act of Congress, the legislative body; the Fourth Amendment by allowing the NSA to collect communications data on Americans from virtually all internet and phone systems without a warrant; and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments by suing individual states which have passed identification and immigration laws with which he does not agree.

Fifth Amendment grand juries are no longer approachable by citizens as evidenced by the McMinn County jury and Obama’s appointees, including the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Southern Command chief officer Gen. John Kelly has called the influx of illegals “an existential threat to the nation” and stated that the U.S. military should be tasked with protecting the border, as the U.S. Border Patrol is overwhelmed.

Many believe that Obama has been using the Cloward-Piven strategy of “overwhelming the system” so as to collapse the infrastructure of the United States of America.  Since taking office in January 2009, Obama has loosened restrictions previously in place on the hiring and employing of illegals as well as their deportation from the country.

As gang members are allowed to cross the border and obtain supports courtesy of the American taxpayer, innocent Americans are being locked up in maximum-security Mexican prisons without a word or action from Obama.

Obama is reportedly a Sunni Muslim who cloaked himself as “a Christian” during the 2008 presidential campaign.  With a fraudulent long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form, his status as a “natural born Citizen” is unknown.  Last December, it was announced that “prosecutions are coming” in the matter of the forgeries of Obama’s only proffered documentation.

In a white paper report issued by the government watchdog agency Judicial Watch early last year, president Tom Fitton referenced an April 17, 2012 action of Obama:

After 19 months of stationing 1,300 National Guard troops along the border, the Obama Administration cuts the number to a mere 300. Testifying before the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border and Maritime Security, Assistant Defense Secretary Paul Stockton claims that aerial surveillance technology will provide a new deterrent to illegal border crossings. Skeptical and concerned members of the Subcommittee argue against withdrawal, noting that the U.S. only has operational control of 873 miles of the 2,000-mile southern border.

At the risk of retaliation, some Border Patrol agents have recently spoken out, stating that “Obama is aiding, abetting, and facilitating illegal alien smuggling.”  George (Zack) Taylor, chairman of the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers (NARBPO), told The Post & Email in an interview last month that an open-borders policy promotes the drug trade into the United States, at times using children as young as five years old.

Governors and mayors promulgating “sanctuary city” status and drivers’ licenses for illegal aliens have furthered the inroads drug dealers have made into the U.S., according to Taylor.
