CDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III has informed Kitsap County, WA Prosecutor Russell Hauge on numerous occasions that his deputy, Kevin M. “Andy” Anderson, applied a forged signature to the confession letter in Fitzpatrick’s court-martial record. Hauge has failed to act.
