ON OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE FORGERY

(Dec. 13, 2013) — While seeking additional information on the plane crash which reportedly killed Hawaii Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy on Wednesday, The Post & Email discovered coverage of the Obama birth certificate forgery case in the mainstream media publication U.S. News & World Report.

The statements and research of Atty. Orly Taitz, real estate mogul Donald Trump, and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo were all cited in the article, including the posse’s findings that Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a “computer-generated forgery.”

Writer Steven Nelson stated that in light of the announced passing of Ms. Fuddy, “birtherism” had been “reinvigorated.”  Nelson reported that Trump had tweeted that he suspected that “there may be more to the story of Fuddy’s death.”

Nelson linked back to Taitz’s website and a story in The New York Daily News from April 7, 2011, when Trump was described as having been “screaming from the rooftops that he doubts President Obama was born in the U.S.”  At the time, Trump had told Today show host Meredith Vieira that he believed Obama was “involved in a cover-up.”

Two and one-half years later, the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse has reported that “monumental” new information has been found with documentary proof in addition to the forgery of the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 and the fraudulent Selective Service registration form.  The posse has urged that Congress launch an investigation, and The Post & Email has asked members of Congress why a grand jury cannot be empaneled to examine the evidence which many, if not all, have been provided by citizens seeking to bring the truth to light.

Regarding the plane crash, a report from KITV in Honolulu stated that Fuddy had visited the community of Kalaupapa on the island of Molokai, which historically was a colony for people with leprosy, or Hansen’s disease.  By law, the Health Department Director is also mayor of Kalaupapa, and Fuddy reportedly visited to “resolve a community dispute.”

Engine failure has been blamed for the small plane’s crash into choppy waters within two minutes after it debarked Molokai for the return trip to Honolulu.  KITV interviewed several eyewitnesses who assisted in bringing the passengers to shore.

A Coast Guard rescuer told the media that when he reached Fuddy, “there was no pulse” (in video at bottom of article).  Another Coast Guard rescuer said that “there was nothing recognizable immediately as aircraft debris” at the scene.

The cause of Fuddy’s death has not yet been released pending an autopsy.  The Huffington Post reported that while Fuddy held the hand of her deputy, Keith Yamamoto, “she let go and there was no response from her.”  The other eight passengers survived the crash.

Yamamoto reportedly “helped Loretta into her life jacket” at an unspecified time.  The others were reportedly also wearing life jackets when they were rescued.  The name of the pilot of the single-engine  Cessna Grand Caravan plane has not yet been released, although the owner of the airplane, Richard Schuman of Makani Kai Air, said that the pilot “reported hearing a bang before the engine failed, shortly after the plane made a turn toward Honolulu.”

Makani Kai Air has operated its flights to Kalaupapa for the last two years on a federal contract of close to $1,900,000, which expires at the end of this year.

Fuddy had reportedly overseen the copying and certification of Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate after Obama and his attorney, Judith Corley, allegedly requested it to answer persisting questions about his origins and background in 2011 raised by Trump and thousands of members of the public, if not millions.  With reports that Obama was born in Kenya to a Kenyan-citizen father, doubts swirled as to whether or not he qualified under Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution as a “natural born Citizen.”

Whether or not the image released by the White House mirrors that which the Hawaii Health Department possesses has not been confirmed by the Cold Case Posse.  The state of Hawaii allows the registration and issuance of birth certificates to foreign-born children and adults based on very lax guidelines which Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio considers “a serious flaw to our national security.”

I have been following and reporting on the issue for more than four years.  Those of us who have been investigating the alleged forgery have noted that no one in the “mainstream media” would assume the challenge of investigating the matter, which includes Obama’s Selective Service registration form.

This could be the biggest crime in U.S. history, yet the media has ignored it.  This will ultimately marginalize and discredit them given the enormity of the crimes committed.

While you are correct in that Trump “produced no evidence” that Obama was not born in Hawaii, there is plenty of such evidence from the group performing the criminal investigation:  http://www.mcsoccp.org/joomla/

There also needs to be a discussion of the Article II, Section 1, clause 5 “natural born Citizen” requirement, which does not encompass only birthplace.

Also on Friday, Zullo issued the following statement on the plane crash to PPSimmons News & Ministry:

Sheriff Arpaio and I first want to extend our deepest condolences to Ms. Fuddy’s family, and her friends, and to the people of Hawaii. We are aware that there are numerous Internet speculations of possible foul play in this situation. It appears to us, at this time, that the plane crash was simply a tragic and unfortunate accident.

I can tell you this, though; our investigation into the Obama fraud case does not hinge on Ms. Fuddy. While her death certainly is a tragedy, it in no way hampers our investigation in this matter. If people truly believe that her untimely demise was somehow related to an attempt to silence her for ‘what she may or may not know,’ then there are several more people in Hawaii who should be very, very concerned. Again, I want to emphasize, Sheriff Arpaio and I do not, at this time, believe her death was connected to any nefarious circumstances.
