Lt. Col. Terry Lakin was court-martialed in December 2010 for refusing to follow orders as a result of Obama’s questionable eligibility. While imprisoned at Ft. Leavenworth, the White House released Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate, which was quickly declared a forgery. The White House has not rebutted the charge.
