IS OBAMA IN THE WHITE HOUSE LAWFULLY OR UNLAWFULLY?

The following letter was sent to Rep. Aaron Schock‘s chief of staff, Carol, on February 25, 2013.
Hi Carol and good evening. I hope you are well.
Though the urgency to meet with Mr. Schock is unchanged since our second conversation on 2-22-13 and you reiterated it will take considerable time to secure an in person meeting, perhaps weeks to months, I felt it necessary to send to you a notarized pdf that will address the constitutional question that appears to be ignored thus far by our governmental officials. As the perception has been given by all 535 members of Congress that Barack Hussein Obama is lawfully, legally, and constitutionally qualified to hold such an office as POTUS, Mr. Schock should have supreme confidence to sign his name to a declaratory statement that Barack Hussein Obama is lawfully occupying the office of CIC and POTUS as is required in Article II Section I Clause V of our U.S. Constitution by being a natural born Citizen, attaining to the age of thirty-five and a resident within the U.S. fourteen years and the proof of my Congressman coming to that lawful conclusion.
In addition, I would ask Mr. Schock to contact Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County AZ (602/876-1801) as the Sheriff still has an ongoing criminal investigation into Barack Hussein Obama’s alleged bona fides: a Selective Service Registration Draft Card; CT SSN; and long form Birth Certificate which the Sheriff since March 1, 2012 has asked Congress to investigate as the Sheriff’s CCP has concluded fraud and forgery are likely being committed. As Congressman Schock should have no hesitation in doing so as it would solidify his position in honoring his oath of office I would request a signed declaratory statement to the conclusion Mr. Schock has come to based on his personal conversation with Sheriff Arpaio.
I will include for your record copies of the certified mail receipts that I sent to the Peoria District Office and DC a mailing which included a request for a signed statement from Mr. Schock as to what is a natural born Citizen is in his opinion according to the law, as well, a Petition for Redress of Grievance regarding treason that has yet to be addressed.
I do not believe asking such is beyond Congressman Schock’s duty and his oath of office in supporting and defending the U.S. Constitution against all foreign and domestic enemies. These are not unreasonable requests, but the fact of the matter is the law demands it and We the People deserve to be protected from that which is unlawful. I look forward in securing answers to these requests in which Mr. Schock should be more than willing and eager to address and once and for all put this matter to rest. Where I am incorrect with these concerns this affords Mr. Schock the opportunity to help address such potential errors on my part.

I have “Supremely Confidence” that Obama IS a Traitor,Spy and Usurper who IS a National Security risk of the highest standard.
Obama belongs in the Brig. He is a very dangerously deranged individual.
KUDOS to Mr Jackson on his defense of Liberty. He joins a growing list of your readers, Mrs Rondeau, who have adamantly, eloquently and soundly Constitutionally notified their representatives and Senators that the Nation faces a Constitutional Crisis. Many believe said crisis extends even beyond the scale of the Secession of the Confederacy, as the very Constitution seems to have been dismissed as the Supreme Law of the Land.
