ONE CHILD TO BE ADOPTED IMMEDIATELY BY LESBIAN FOSTER “MOTHERS”

by Sharon Rondeau

(Nov. 13, 2012) — No sooner had The Post & Email published an article containing a letter written by a reader to Fox News on the Henderson case than we received a message from Mrs. Henderson which stated:

just got the social workers report for the hearing on the 19th. They will be terminating parental rights for my six older children. elijah will be immediately adopted by his foster mothers. The reports states that elijah injured himself in my care while supervised by “stabbing himself in the back with a sword.” Their logic is that I am such a bad parent that I cannot even supervise my own children “while in the presense of a monitor and my roomate.”

I am very upset tonight. trying to keep it together. please morn with us tonight.

He answered, “While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept. I thought, ‘Who knows? The Lord may be gracious to me and let the child live.’ But now that he is dead, why should I go on fasting? Can I bring him back again? I will go to him, but he will not return to me.

A close friend then left the following comment:

I have rarely seen a more loving set of parents. The state is crazy, power drunk and utterly corrupt. I oversaw the visits myself. I am angry, broken hearted. Beside myself. JUSTICE IS DEAD.

We then sent the following message to Mr. Armand Montiel, Public Affairs Director for DCFS:

Hello, Mr. Montiel, I know you cannot discuss specific families and whether or not they are receiving DCFS services, but I am asking that the following be investigated.

Just after publishing an article on the case, I received this note from Mrs. Henderson:

just got the social workers report for the hearing on the 19th.

Has everything been done to try to reunify this family? Mrs. Henderson stated in previous postings that the reports of abuse during monitored visits are untrue and that she has witnesses. It appears that “Elijah” is going to be adopted by two lesbians; is this the best home that can be found for him? It appears that a previous report I received from an observer, that children are adopted by homosexuals who cannot have children, is accurate.

Why is this happening to this family when the reports of “abuse” are unsubstantiated and the paperwork to take the infant was not even completed properly, to which the judge admitted? Is there something criminal going on?

My article is here: http://www.thepostemail.com/2012/11/13/will-big-media-investigate-the-henderson-case-pb/

Thank you very much.

A report from an observer of the judges and staff of the Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Court in Monterey Park, CA stated that the judges and attorneys assigned to foster children often arrange for their adoption by homosexuals who cannot have their own children.

Mrs. Henderson had told The Post & Email that even if the six older children were designated as adoptable on November 19, her attorney had advised her that she could file a petition for a “change in circumstances” within “90 or 120 days.”  However, Elijah will reportedly be adopted “immediately.”  Mrs. Henderson believes that the allegations made to DCFS stating that she is an abusive parent have been made by the foster mothers with adoption of Elijah in mind.  Mrs. Henderson denies all allegations of child abuse and has had a monitor at all of her visits for the past two and one-half months.
