Fitzpatrick: Obama’s Replacement of Commanders is Treason

by Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III

(Nov. 4, 2012) — I’m a military man, and I can tell you:  Obama is taking over our government.  He’s issued an executive order taking over the state governments; he’s replaced the generals.  Treason is on the table.  Treason is front and center; we’re watching it happen, and we’re watching our military stand against itself.  There are officers in our military — command racketeers, as I’ve named them — who are undermining our Constitution and allowing us to fall under a U.N. Charter of sorts.  These people who are being promoted under Obama cannot be trusted, and even those who are in these positions who have risen during Obama’s administration now see – you have General Ham and Admiral Gaouette, a one-star admiral – right now, the watch word should be “treason.”

[Editor's Note:  According to AP National Security Writer Robert Burns, "It is highly unusual for the Navy to replace a carrier strike group commander during its deployment."]

Now we have what Obama did in Libya.  This is treason in large letters.  If treason is not enforced as a law, it’s not a law.

I stood up against military corruption back in 1989, and you know what happened there.  If you go back and read the source documents, all of the language is there.  Tim Harrington and I have been warning against this situation for years and years.  I don’t believe that Obama is going to win the election, but if he does, we still have the issue of treason which is actionable and on the table.

I’m getting emails left and right, and they’re not staying focused. I’m trying to keep people focused on the treason.

Go back and read the treason complaints from 2009 and on.  I knew what Obama was up to then.  If Obama had been answerable for treason then, we would not be in the situation that we’re in now.  The order that he signed on October 28, behind closed doors in the middle of the night…This man is a monster.  He’s talking about “partnerships” between the federal government and state governments. The fusion centers are nonsense.

Darren Huff is in prison right now because he stood behind the treason complaint.  People who were in Madisonville were standing behind the treason complaint.  Mr. Obama has acted against his officers.  He does not care about human life.  The treason is manifested in everything that it can be. He’s taking over as much as he can before he believes he’s going to be removed from office.

Putting the election aside, Mr. Obama is in the commission of treason.  I’m talking to people about treason, treason, treason, treason, treason.  There can’t be a better time to bring this up.  The goal is not to impeach him; it’s to bring him up on criminal charges.  I’m trying to get people to stand up against this man.  He’s going to keep signing out these orders and replacing the commanders at the top with command racketeers.  The only thing I can see to do is to get together as a country and hold him accountable on the treason charge.

I’m watching what this man is doing, and who knows what he’s doing at this moment.

These two officers were operational in theater.  You don’t just relieve operational commanders on a whim, and he just let go two of them.  What we’re looking at here is unprecedented, and it’s frightening.  I’m watching what Obama is doing, and I think the only way is to have large numbers of people standing up and speaking out.  All of the documents are online.

The only way to stop this guy is to bring him up on treason charges.  If people come together in large numbers, they can lose the fear factor.

Editor’s Note:  The AFRICOM website still reflects that General Carter Ham is the commander of the unit, whose stated mission is to “protect and defend the national security interests of the United States by strengthening the defense capabilities of African states and regional organizations, and, when directed, conducts military operations, in order to deter and defeat transnational threats and to provide a security environment conducive to good governance and development.”

Admiral Charles Gaouette was commander of the Mideast Strike Group, serving in that capacity only since April.
