PUBLIC SERVICE REPORTING WILL FEATURE TENNESSEE CORRUPTION

by Sharon Rondeau

(Aug. 29, 2012) — Several months ago, The Post & Email introduced “pro bono” content as a public service to those wishing to learn more about government corruption on which The Post & Email focuses exclusively.

Originally,”free” content had been designated with “(PB)” following the title of the article.  Because of challenges with tweeting articles so named, the format has been changed slightly.

So that free subscribers will know in advance the content which they can access, The Post & Email is making available all articles involving Tennessee corruption as “pro bono” content.  Related stories may be included on the free platform from time to time.  We suggest to all “free” subscribers that our other unique articles are well worth $24.00/year or $7.00/quarter.

Because of the high cost of renting space on a dedicated server and expenses such as postage, telephone, toner, paper, and other items, The Post & Email appreciates each and every subscription.  Please encourage your friends, relatives, and acquaintances to subscribe at no cost to sample our content.  We are confident that they will agree that our website contains the most pointed, hard-hitting news on government corruption on the web.  In order to enlist better public servants, we must identify and disseminate our mistakes and possible solutions.

As we have noted before, The Post & Email is a safe, child-friendly site with no obscenity, vulgarity, popup or suggestive advertising.  We rely on the support of our readership to continue to perform the work which the mainstream media has not done for some time.

For those who might have missed it, there is a new Facebook page detailing the events of the Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III story over the last three years.  A website established to collect money for his legal defense in Monroe County and perhaps beyond contains daily news updates and filings made by his attorney, Van Irion.  Mr. Irion is founder of Liberty Legal Foundation and has filed several eligibility challenges to Barack Hussein Obama’s name appearing on state ballots in November.  One case is currently at the U.S. Supreme Court, and an Arizona case has been appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Irion has also filed a class-action lawsuit to overturn the PPACA, or “Obamacare.”

Earlier today, The Chattanooga Times Free Press announced that a state-level investigation had been launched into complaints of prosecutorial misconduct in the Tenth Judicial District of Tennessee, something which CDR Fitzpatrick has been reporting for more than three years.  After much libel, ridicule and disinformation released in an attempt to discredit both Fitzpatrick and The Post & Email for exposing corruption in Tennessee and elsewhere, his reports have been vindicated in a regional mainstream newspaper.  Fitzpatrick had been contacting the state officials now named as investigators into the allegations of corruption and has suggested that a constitutionally-sound grand jury should be the investigators, not the government iteself.

While The Times Free Press has not touched on the issue of judicial and grand jury corruption, The Post & Email has and will continue to break news in those areas.  We thank you for your support so that we can continue our work.
