(Jul. 12, 2012) — The Post & Email has received notification that calling hours and a memorial service for Victoria, who passed away early yesterday, will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012, in Glen Allen, VA. The burial will occur on Sunday.

A memorial website is being established where people can leave their memories of Victoria and donate online. At this time, all donations will go toward funeral expenses.
