(Jun. 25, 2012) — Following the announcement of the ruling on Arizona’s immigration law, the Obama regime stated that it would no longer uphold agreements with Arizona regarding reported illegal immigrants and will advise that they be released if there is no indication that they are criminals.
Rep. Michele Bachmann said that as a result of Obama’s directive, he is “refusing to uphold the law.” The Post & Email maintains that it is treason, and that those who have aided and abetted Obama are guilty of it also.
On June 15, Obama issued an executive order stating that deportations of young illegals would generally stop as long as they met certain conditions in violation of existing federal law. A link to the Immigration and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 to the website of the U.S. Justice Department brings the reader to an incorrect screen. When clicking on the link at the top of the paragraph, the reader is brought to what might be part of the law. Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the authority to “establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization” to which the Supreme Court referred in its opinion released today.
While CNN reported that the Supreme Court considered “most of its (the law’s) key provisions” unconstitutional, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer was pleased with the provision which the court left in place.
Also cited were previous laws passed by Congress which “specifies categories of aliens to register with the Federal Government and to carry proof of status…and specifies which aliens may be removed and the procedures for doing so…”
When Obama issued his executive order in place of an act of Congress to allow most young illegals to be spared deportation, it was an act of treason.
Further, the following reasons exist for charging Obama with treason against the United States of America:
- Refusing to uphold the Defense of Marriage Act
- Allowing the presentation of forged, computer-generated documentation in an attempt to deceive the American people
- Lying about his birthplace, background and parentage
- Violating the Freedom of Information Act and instructing his Department of “Justice” to follow suit by refusing to respond to the public’s inquiries, including The Post & Email
- Using the IRS, FBI and other government agencies to wage figurative war against targeted Americans
- Instructing the Department of Homeland Security to identify members of Tea Party groups and smaller-government advocates, returning military and retired veterans as “right-wing extremists” and “sovereign citizens“
- Instructing the Department of Justice to sue sovereign states attempting to cleanse their election rolls of illegal aliens, dead people and false identities to ensure valid elections
- Hosting members of groups which wish harm to the United States in the White House, namely The Muslim Brotherhood
- Leaking sensitive national security information, jeopardizing U.S. military around the world and U.S. citizens everywhere
- Hiding his state and U.S. Senate records, college and medical records, and authentic identification from the public
- Allowing Hollywood movie producers access to classified information regarding the capture and killing of Osama bin Laden
- Passing an unconstitutional, socialist health care mandate against the will of a majority of the American people
- Giving the order, or presiding over the ordering of, U.S. Army troops into Samson, AL on March 10, 2009 in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act
- Concealing the fact that he was a Socialist and hiding his true agenda
- Expanding the size and scope of the federal government to the point of toppling our economic system
- Signing the NDAA Bill
- Directing the press to remove articles and photos he and his advisers deem are unfavorable
- Instructing the EPA to make coal and other power-producing plants close from the high cost of doing business so as to push his “green” agenda
- Targeting those attempting to uphold the nation’s laws and their individual oaths to their state and U.S. Constitutions
- Presiding over the United Nations Security Council in violation of the oath taken to the U.S. Constitution
- Knowingly allowing guns to “walk” to criminals who ended up killing hundreds of people
There are many, many more constitutional violations and acts of treason which could be listed above. Please consider making your own list and sending it to your elected officials, demanding that action be taken.
It is rumored that Obama is addicted to cocaine. If so, he should resign immediately so that someone not addicted to an illegal substance be able to perform the duties of chief executive officer and commander-in-chief of the U.S. military.

It’s a “No-Brainer”, a “Slam Dunk”, a “It Goes Without Saying”.
You can add money laundering to the list, and MILLIONS of others, for Obama has irrevocably harmed each and every US citizen by putting us all in mortal danger by his anti-American Executive Vomit.
But we can’t let Obama take the rap by himself, oh no. The AG, Eric Holder, is a big part of the problem, and all of you DOJ employees who believe you’re Patriotic Americans, what are you still doing working at the DOJ then? Your government paycheck means more to you than your honor? Means more to you than your country?
It’s out of control, and has been since the night of Obama’s nomination by a small group of traitors as members of caucuses throughout the land.
The joint Chiefs of Staff make me sick for their acquiescing to Obama by DENYING JUSTICE to LTC TERRY LAKIN, the Patriot who dared question Obama’s legitimacy in being a government employee, let alone the president. LTC Lakin was railroaded in a kangaroo Military Court Martial who refused Lakin to present a defense, in other words, Lakin was NOT ALLOWED TO DEFND HIMSELF IN A COURT OF LAW. Think about it.
Obama isn’t who he says he is.
Obama, or whoever he’s calling himself today, is, however, an enemy of our Constitution.
Decorum prevents me from writing the words that would express my opinion quite a bit more accurately than just agreeing that, YES, not only should he be tried for treason, but all those who allowed a non-vetted candidate to be placed on the 2008 ballot also be tried by a fair and impartial jury and sentenced to a permanent stay in a cage down South in Gitmo.
And don’t forget Pelosi and her cohorts in Congress.
And all of those judges who all thought they were being so damn sanctimonious when throwing Orly Taitz out of their courts for attempting to exercise her Constitutional Rights as a bonafide US citizen, something Obama is not.
