WITHHOLD YOUR VOTE AS LONG AS REPUBLICANS WITHHOLD THE TRUTH

(Dec. 2, 2011) — Americans have often wondered whether or not their government is lying to them. I think there is now no room for doubt.
Barack Hussein Obama continues to occupy the White House because of the actions of corrupt Democratic Party operatives, the collusion of a biased media and the protection afforded by a cowardly and inept Republican leadership.
When the truth is eventually told, the chronicles of the Obama years will represent the most sordid in American history and symbolize that historical pivot point when greedy and self-serving politicians collaborated with a compliant bureaucracy to trigger the fall of the American republic.
Republican leaders and elected officials maintain a protective shield of silence and disinformation about Obama’s personal history, his Constitutionally illegal Presidency, his crimes, and his anti-American and reprehensible behavior, to hide their own complicity in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people
Winning the 2012 election and maintaining their personal power and privileges have become more important to the Republican leadership than the integrity of the Constitution and the political health of the nation.
They know that Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution requires that the President be a “natural born citizen”, that is, a US citizen born of citizen parents at the time of birth.
They know that Obama was born to a Kenyan father, which made him a British subject at birth possessing dual allegiance and making him perpetually ineligible for the Presidency.
To counter that fact, the Republican leaders, together with their allies in the Democratic Party and the mainstream media, are flooding the airwaves and the internet with disinformation about the Presidential requirements contained in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the Constitution.
They do so to sow uncertainty and deliberately mislead the American people about its meaning in order to amend the Constitution by political fiat and eternally hide their own criminal involvement in election fraud.
The latest episode of this ongoing official deception is the publication by the Congressional Research Office of yet another politically-motivated screed designed specifically to provide talking points (lies) for politicians to confuse voters about the true meaning of Article II, Section I, Clause 5.
In addition, the politicians are effectively leveraging America’s current economic crisis, for which they are fully responsible, not only to conceal the greatest Constitutional crisis since the Civil War, but also to ignore the evidence that Obama has forged his birth documents and Selective Service registration and uses a Social Security number not issued to him.
All of the above is part of the Republican Big Con, Big Stall strategy for 2012, a scheme to bury forever Obama’s fraud and disguising their role in his illegal Presidency, for the purpose of maintaining the status quo; permanent political corruption in Washington, D.C.
They believe and hope that, once Obama is removed from office, the controversy will be overtaken by events, all will be forgotten, and they can resume, together with their Democratic colleagues, the abrogation of our Constitutional rights and the looting of our national wealth.
If the Republicans are just as eager as the Democrats and the mainstream media to protect Obama, destroy the Constitution and endorse endemic political corruption, then why reward them with our vote?
Many patriotic Americans have criticized my argument, stating that the most pressing issue is to remove Barack Obama from office.
I say, yes, let’s remove Obama from office, but not at the expense of progressively and permanently subverting the Constitution, disregarding Obama’s crimes and sanctioning rampant corruption in the federal government.
By accepting the Republican Big Con, Big Stall strategy, we are doing just that.
In fact, Obama could be removed from office or forced to resign at any time, if the requirements of Article II, Section I, Clause 5 were enforced and his crimes were properly investigated.
It is time that we stand our ground, not to make a political point, but, more importantly, to take back our government, preserve our Constitution and save our republic.
The American people can mount a credible threat against the Republican establishment by leveraging our most potent weapon, our vote, and withholding it until they address Obama’s illegal Presidency and his crimes both before and after occupying the Oval Office.
If we can no longer persuade the Republican leadership to respect us and our opinions, then fear will do.

Maybe, that is exactly what the Repukes want… Either to hold back your vote, split your vote or just have you not come out and vote… Maybe their intent is to throw this election squarely into Obama’s lap.. Why else would this suppose party of conservatism not address any issues that are monumental in destroying this country, constitution and enslaving Americans? Why would they continue to ignor, defend Obama at all cost ? It makes no sense or complete sense why they are playing their hand/party the way they are .. They just may want to throw this entire election with conditions.. Conditions that we give your party this throw back and you give ours the White House in 2016… One hand washing the other.. They both get what they want and we the people get screwed…What else is new… This is the only conclusion one can come to when they blatantly disregard every law, and issue at every turn.. Something smells to the heavens…
back in 58/59 people were flocking to Hawaii—- they are covering up the elections in Hawaii that made it a “state”-or they are covering up for the communists that put ob in office. Check out Hawaiithefakestate and read. In 61 when the news of obamas birth reached the states, my mom said::: THATS ONE KID THAT WILL NEVER BE PRESIDENT because Hawaii is a TERRITORY, NOT A STATE!!! (even if he WAS born there) Which even then it was a newspaper announcement—not a birth certificate. Questions then about his birthplace,Were those people then that questioned it also “birthers”????
It seems that the longer this issue goes on the more the corruption gets exposed, and the more facts regarding Obama’s ineligibility are discovered.
If their were any Patriots left in our government this could have, and should have been taken up by the Supreme Court at the very start. Here’s what Justice John Marshall said back in 1821:
“It is most true that this Court will not take jurisdiction if it should not: but it is equally true, that it must take jurisdiction if it should. The judiciary cannot, as the legislature may, avoid a measure because it approaches the confines of the constitution. We cannot pass it by because it is doubtful. With whatever doubts, with whatever difficulties, a case may be attended, we must decide it, if it be brought before us. We have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given, than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be treason to the constitution. Questions may occur which we would gladly avoid; but we cannot avoid them. All we can do is, to exercise our best judgment, and conscientiously to perform our duty. In doing this, on the present occasion, we find this tribunal invested with appellate jurisdiction in all cases arising under the constitution and laws of the United States. We find no exception to this grant, and we cannot insert one.”

The Supreme Court should have reached down and taken on this Constitutional issue of national security right from the start. Seems like there’s nobody left in government looking out for us!

Excellent, Sir. I cannot understand how or why the Senate gives the white house occupant more and more power. What on earth are they thinking. Of course, with the recent approval of S1867… perhaps one can use that to our advantage and arrest ‘suspected’ terrorists in our government, whether they are ‘citizens’ or ‘not’. This blatant coverup of O’s ineligibility is the worst thing that America has had to endure. It speaks volumes to the ‘other’ people in office who turn their head and look the other way when they COULD do something to stop this usurper.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! NOT a Military “Coup” having ONE or ALL of the Military Patriots who in one way or the other are Fighting for our Country, by Writing, Lawsuits, Incarceration-(Lakin)-or whatever their passion or involvement. My question simply is: These Officers and Gentlemen are in their own way Fighting the Good Fight, and most surly represent our country more that the Slip-Shod bunch that “Want’s to be President!”
I don’t believe our next vote will amount to a hill of beans.
I believe that the last Presidential election was a farce, the last Congressional elections the same: just look at the results. Not one stood up for the Constitution and questioned Obama’s eligibility. We thought Allen West was the man, but he fell in line with all of the others.
It doesn’t seem to bother a lot of our fellow citizens from denying other citizens their Constitutional rights.
I say, a ballot or a bullet, whatever works.
Excellent posting. Can you (I cannot) think of one politician from either party that could match the founders’ pledge of “our lives, our fortune and our sacred honor”? I had hopes for Rand Paul in that he seems a cut above…but even he hides from this constitutional disaster forced on us.
I have been mulling the reason not one of the powers that be or so called conservative media hosts touch this. They think the complete silence on Obama’s fraud (and McCain’s lack of NBC) has worked and shut patriots down and since it has worked so well…for them, another ineligible candidate can be promoted BY them. One that THEY like!
Marco Rubio is constantly been pushed as VP, even POTUS in the future. Rubio is not eligible any more than Obama is. Even, shame on him, Daniel Henninger wrote in the WSJ yesterday of a future presidency for Rubio. This must NOT ever happen again. Our lives…our fortunes…and our sacred honor, it was all wasted if the constitution is trampled over and over again and we let it happen.

Your article is on the money in detailing a symptom of a larger problem encompassing academia, journalism, movies, television and politics. For a century “progressives” have been corrupting the vision Americans have of and for their country. As a result, our Constitutional Republic has reached a critical tipping point.
The visions Americans have to choose from fall into two distinct catagories. The differences between these two philosophies are so clearly defined that it should be easy to decide where your own sentiments lie.
The real philosophical divide in the United States lies between the intent of America’s Founding Fathers and the intent of “progressives”, regardless of political party.
The Republican vs Democrat paradigm is obsolete.
The political debate currently taking place is between Americans and “progressives”, because “progressives” have infected both major American political parties.
The American idea, the shot heard round the world, is that We The People can govern ourselves. By the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God we are entitled, by virtue of our humanity, to the maximum amount of Individual Liberties consistent with law and order, and to the Right of private ownership, not the least of which is the Right to own and decide for ourselves. These Liberties and Rights are to be equally protected by a Constitutionally limited, representative government that derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. This is a distinctly exceptional American idea.
The “progressive” idea is that an all powerful centrally planned government, with extreme hostility towards private ownership, forces redistribution of wealth through “progressive” taxation in the name of social or economic “justice”. In order to ensure “fairness”, an oligarchy of self imagined and self appointed ”intellectual elites” must be responsible for controlling businesses, industries and people who are incapable of governing themselves. This was the position of a radical, fringe minority who called themselves “progressives” until early twentieth century Americans saw for themselves exactly how bad ”progressive” ideas really were, forcing ”progressives” to change their label to “liberal”. This idea came to America from Britian’s Fabian Socialists and later from Germany’s Frankfurt School. This is a purely European idea, not an American one.
Among red blooded patriotic Americans who’s brains haven’t polluted by “progressive” ideas, there’s little debate that the United States of America is the most inventive, productive, prosperous and charitable nation in the history of the planet. There has yet to be put forth one rational, logical argument to support abandoning the highly successful American idea in favor of a European idea that’s currently failing in Europe itself.

Two points:
I have proven to myself that the parties have melded. We now have one party made of two halves. I did this by sending five letters, 8 pages of documentation, over a period of three months. The letters went to the U. S. Reps in north Georgia and requested that Obama be charged with treason for crimes against the Constitution for the undeclared wars he was waging against Libya, Yemen, and Somalia. Who knew that Obama was drone bombing Somalia and sending Marines in to count the bodies? And who read about the drone that crashed, on mission, in Somalia killing civilians? So I only received one response from this mass of letters and that was: “we are concerned.” So is it a big jump to conclude that the gopers condone this unconstitutional activity because they smell victory for “their guy” in 2012 and want him to have this same power, and more?
So I am involved in the great “ballot challenge” initiative in Georgia. We are using a two part approach to work the issue. Two folks have been “accepted” for judicial review. We will also demand that the SOS conduct an investigation of Obama’s qualifications and get the grassroots community involved.
It will be interesting to see how they dodge the issue and prove my point, yet again, that we have one party, as our governor, A.G., SOS and speaker are all gopers.

I always believed the massive cover-up was to protect those involved in the biggest fraud/charade in history.
It has never been because of “fear of riots”, bla, bla, bla, but to protect both Republicans and Democrats from going to prison because of their involvement in the mother-of-all- scams.
Those involved at lesser levels have been intimidated or bribed into shutting up to protect the heavily involved, such as Nancy Pelosi.
They are all guilty to some extent however. The cover-up is very transparent…it is no secret………but the problem is corruption runs so deep in the regime and the media that we the people have no ability to expose and prosecute the many crimes committed.
America is hanging by a thread.
I think that we have done everything to voice our oppinions and concerns. At this point what we need to be asking is “SHOW ME WHY YOU FEEL THAT THIS MATTER DOES NOT MERIT ATTENTION AND WHY YOU FEEL THIS MAN IS ELIGIBLE.” We need stop asking and start demanding!!!!

As always, you are spot on Col Sellin. Our most potent weapon is our vote. If the Republican’s continue to “go along” and refuse to expose the Usurper’s crimes and fraud, telling them we will withhold our vote until they do so is exactly what I will do.
