“A CRIMINAL ACT”

Did someone create this image on a computer to make it appear that Obama was born in Hawaii when he was not? Does his birthplace matter in regard to his eligibility for the presidency?

To:  FBI, Regarding Corruption by Public Officials

On April 27th, 2011 Barack Obama & White House General Counsel Bob Bauer Attempted to Defraud and Deceive the American People. This was a criminal act and I am writing to request a criminal investigation.

  1. On April 27th 2011, Barack Obama and White House General Counsel, Bob Bauer, presented to the press and the American people, on the White House website and at a Press Conference, a document which they purported to be a photo copy of Obama’s original, long-form Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii.
  2. They both made public statements on that same day attesting to the steps they took in order to attain two certified photocopies, from the Hawaii Department of Health, of Obama’s original long-form Certificate of Live Birth.
  3. They used these statements to convince people they had posted a photo copy of Obama’s original long-form Certificate of Live Birth on the White House website.
  4. In fact what was posted on the White House website on April 27th, 2011, was a computer-generated document with multiple layers and was not a photo copy of Obama’s original long-form Certificate of Live Birth.
  5. I believe an investigation would show that Obama and Bauer had this computer-generated document posted and held a Press Conference, with the full intent to deceive the press and the American people.
  6. They wanted the public and the press to think that what they had posted was a genuine photocopy of Obama’s original long-form Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii when in fact it was an attempt to pawn off a computer-generated document as if it were a photocopy of Obama’s original long-form Certificate of Live Birth.

Research: Obama Didn’t Show So We Still Don’t Know

More Fraud and Deceit with Obama’s Birth Certificate:  By Linda Jordan

  1. Obama and his lawyer requested two certified photocopies of his original “long-form” Certificate of Live Birth. The Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, Loretta Fuddy, and the Governor of Hawaii say that’s what they gave him. But that isn’t what Obama posted on April 27th, 2011 on the White House website.
  2. Obama  posted a computer-generated document, not a scanned photocopy.
  3. People are focusing on the fact that the computer-generated document has been manipulated and dramatically changed, pointing to forgery, and that’s true. But the point that should be noted is that it IS a computer-generated document and NOT a scanned photo copy.

The  Evidence: (all the documents I refer to are on the White House website or the Hawaii Governor website)

  1. In a letter to Fuddy dated April 22, 2011 Obama asks for “two certified copies of my original Certificate of Live Birth.”
  2. That same day Obama’s lawyer, Judith Corley, writes to Fuddy. Corley says she understands that it is the Department’s policy and practice “to only provide the “short-form” version when a certified copy of a birth certificate is requested” but that she is requesting “a waiver of the Department of Health’s policy, so that my client can obtain two certified copies of his original, ‘long form’ birth certificate.”
  3. On April 25th Fuddy responds to Obama.  “I have the legal authority to approve the process by which copies of such records are made….I am making an exception to current departmental policy which is to issue a computer generated certified copy.”
  4. What is the exception to the computer generated short-form Certification of Live Birth? To make photo copies of the original long form Certificate of Live Birth.
  5. Fuddy continues, “Enclosed please find two certified copies of your original Certificate of Live Birth. I have witnessed the copying of the certificate and attest to the authenticity of these copies.”
  6. On April 25th the Governor of Hawaii, Abercrombie, put out a press release supporting Fuddy’s actions: “In 2001, the Hawaii State Department of Health began computer-generating vital statistics records. Since then, its longstanding policy and practice has been to issue and provide only the computer-generated Certifications of Live Birth, and to not produce photocopies of actual records to fulfill requests for certified copies of certificates. ….Director Fuddy made an exception for President Obama by issuing copies of the original birth certificate…. “
  7. “The exception made in this case to provide President Obama with a copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth was done according to the letter of the law,” Attorney General David Louie said.” (Abercrombie PR) Fuddy, Abercrombie and Attorney General David Louie are saying that an exception was made for Obama and instead of giving him a computer generated document, a short form Certification of Live Birth, he was given two photocopies of his original long-form Certificate of Live Birth.
  8. Making a photocopy of said document does not turn it into a “computer-generated document” and scanning a photocopy into a computer does not turn it in to a computer generated document. Scanning a photocopy does not create the many layers that are easily seen on the computer generated document posted on the White House website.
  9. The document posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 around 6:00 pm has multiple layers. No one is denying that, so it cannot be a scan of what Fuddy says she gave Obama because a scan of a photocopy does not turn it in to a multi-layered computer generated document.
  10. So we know that the posted document is a fraudulent document because it is not a photo copy of the original long-form Certificate of Live Birth.  It is not what Loretta Fuddy says she gave to Judith Corley. It is not what Obama and Bob Bauer say he asked for and received.
  11. On April 27th, 2011 Barack Obama and the White House General Counsel Bob Bauer led everyone to believe that they had posted a photocopy of Obama’s original long-form Certificate of Live Birth and they did not. This was a deliberate deception and their intent was to defraud the American people. (Bauer’s Press Conference partial transcript attached)
  12. Where Obama got the computer generated forgery, which everyone can plainly see has multiple layers and many manipulations originating from several different sources, is a separate question.
  13. The point is that it was not a scanned photo copy of Obama’s original Certificate of Live Birth and that it was a computer generated document.  Plain and simple, this was a deliberate attempt by Barack Obama and White House General Counsel Bob Bauer to defraud and deceive the American people, a sleight of hand that should not go unnoticed by those charged with upholding the law.

  1. Nice article. Some have alleged that documents that are scanned and OCR’ed (optical character recognition) can produce a pdf with layers. So they claim that it is not unreasonable that Obama’s birth certificate has layers. But even if a scanner and OCR could produce layers, there are some weird things in Obama’s pdf such as Ann Dunham’s signature being split into two layers, field descriptor text being split into 2 layers, etc. However there is more problematic fraud in Obama’s birth certificate that no one can attribute to an OCR issue. Specifically some elements in Obama’s pdf (such as the registrar’s date stamp) are linked elements from another source which were then scaled 24% and rotated -90 degrees. Then there is also the problem of the misspelled “the” in the registrar’s stamp which was spelled “TXE”. And don’t forget the happy face that some Obamabot forger drew into the “A” in Alvin’s signature.

    Linda Jordan has also pointed out that the social security number that Obama has been using, 042-68-4425, fails the E-Verify check. The Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system is specifically designed for immigration purposes. And as others have pointed out, Obama’s social security number fails when checked by the federal Social Security Number Verification System (SSNVS). Susan Daniels has shown that 042-68-4425 was originally issued in Connecticut to a man born in 1890. So why is Judge Lamberth allowing this cover-up to continue? The only thing that is surprising is that Obama hasn’t tampered with these databases.

    If Obama had an authentic Hawaiian birth certificate, why would he spend over $2 million on attorney fees to hide it and then put a fraudulent birth certificate online? If he had an authentic US birth certificate, then why not walk into a Social Security office and get a social security number rather than stealing the SSN of a dead man? The signs are that Obama is an illegal alien committing identity theft and all of those people who have said that pResident Barack Obama was born in Kenya are telling the truth.

    Ex-White House Counsel Bob Bauer, right now must be sweating bullets that someday someone is going to find a judge who hasn’t sold his soul to the devil and he will be spending time in the same prison cell that H.R. Haldeman occupied.

Government agencies to which we are encouraged report frauds and scams include: The Federal Trade Commission, National Fraud Information Center (actually a non-government org), U.S. Postal Inspection Service, U.S. Secret Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, the Bureau of Prisons, states Attorney Generals, and under the Department of Justice, we have the U.S. Attorneys, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the U.S. Marshalls. There’s a lot of our law enforcement dedicated to the apprehension and conviction of fraudsters.

    Within the federal government, the United States Secret Service is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the nation’s financial infrastructure and payment systems. As a part of this mission, the Secret Service constantly implements and evaluates prevention and response measures to guard against electronic crimes as well as other computer related fraud.

    The FBI investigates matters relating to fraud, theft, or embezzlement occurring within or against the national and international financial community. These crimes are characterized by deceit, concealment, or violation of trust and are not dependent upon the application or threat of physical force or violence.

    So, with all this now known and understood, why aren’t these federal law enforcement agencies stopping the fraud within the federal government? In the FBI’s defense, the agency published a news posting on their web site on March 26, 2010, asking for the public’s help in identifying wrongdoing by public officials. To wit:

    “…if anyone out there has any information about potential wrongdoing by a public official, please submit a tip online or contact your local FBI field office. Your help really makes a difference.”

    If the common citizen can see and recognize the federal fraud under the obama administration, why can’t the FBI with all of its resources see it? Why isn’t the FBI stopping the obama administration fraud within the federal government? Why aren’t they doing their job?

    I don’t know the answer, but I’ll wager it has to do with the fact the FBI reports to obama. This really is Chicago part 2, the new communist regime, isn’t it?

  3. Even if he produces a valid birth certificate he is still not President of the United States. The first requirement to be President is to be a “natural born Citizen”. That means one must be born in the actual United States of America, one’s mother must be a citizen of the USA, and ones father must be a citizen of the USA. Mr Obama and his supporters and family have all acknowledge that Mr Obama’s father was NOT a USA citizen but a citizen of the Great Britain from Kenya. Thus Mr Obama at best has only 2 legs of the tripod and thus is NOT natural born Citizen.

    A birth certificate is not needed to show Mr Obama is not eligible since he has already admitted it. And which means nothing he says or does is valid or enforceable. Our Courts have been refusing to address this very serious constitutional issue. One such case is “Purpura v Sebelius”. And the Government defaulted and the Courts manufactured a “standing” argument to avoid having to rule against the government.

  4. That is probably why former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs and Obama’s personal attorney and White House counsel Bob Bauer resigned.

    But resigning doesn’t let either of them off the hook.
