Have State Representatives Also Sold Out America to the Globalists?

(Oct. 6, 2011) — The following letter was sent to Gene Davis, State Senator representing the Third District of Utah.

Mr. Davis:

ALL elected officials, be they at the state level (such as yourself) or a Federal servant, have the responsibility to uphold our Constitution as well as each state’s constitution.  Each elected official, through his or her actions, either support and defend our Constitution or disregard, or threaten its survival.  The collective elected body nationally has an impact on each provision of our Constitution, and as such ALL elected officials have a fiduciary responsibility (nationally and within their respective states) to adhere to their oath of office, and to make every effort to making sure our Constitution is being honored and followed.

You have made statements that serve as a huge warning, and concern to MANY voters, both in Utah and elsewhere.  Your position has been to state that Obama is “your president, you respect him, and our Constitution.”  Well Mr. Davis, that is quite simply not possible – you can’t respect and defend Obama AND the Constitution, since they are in direct opposition to each other.    By ignoring the VAST evidence from many credible sources showing that Obama is not legally entitled to sit in the Oval office, that he is using someone else’s Social Security number from CT, that he did not pass e-verify, that his most recent rendition of a birth certificate has been deemed a fake and forgery by many experts, and that if all of that weren’t enough, it is inconsequential because based on the Constitution, he was never eligible because he is not a natural born citizen (born of two US citizens).

Now you can bury your head, shake it in denial, avoid the issues, ignore the implications and ramifications, and profess your allegiance to Obama but Mr. Davis, you can not claim ignorance of the law, or of the issues and their verification.  And as such, you are implicated as one who is protecting Obama, making you culpable of a massive national cover-up that flies in the face of our laws and the Will of We the People be we in Utah or any other of the 49 states.  And Mr. Davis, we hold you responsible, as we do with all others who are part of this cover-up and scam perpetrated upon the American people.

The implications of this massive lie are monumental and when fully exposed will take down oh so many of you elected officials, you servants of the people.  Today there are literally millions of people, blogging, doing research, organizing, training and educating – all of them are angry, at all elected people of both parties.  We are hell bent on cleaning house (both) and all state houses.  We are paying close attention to who is doing what, saying what, venturing forth to do the right thing, or falling back into the safe zone, doing nothing.

You, Mr. Davis are in that latter group, and as such, you are at great risk of being kicked to the curb; all the more so for your absurd denial of the truths impacting us all.

Now while I am addressing your failure to protect people of Utah and the United States, let me point out that Agenda 21 has a strong foothold in Utah and across the nation – an issue that you are likely totally unaware of since you clearly do not do your homework.   If you have even heard of it, you likely think it is a charming initiative presented by the UN for the betterment of society.    Here too you’d be wrong – it is an insidious plan to destroy U.S. sovereignty, all state’s sovereignty, our Constitution, and all the freedoms and liberties provided for therein.  It is an ugly plan of destruction and decimation that once fully implemented will forever change everything we know, believe, trust – and the total landscape of American lifestyle and culture.  Your failure to stop this movement in Utah, to alert all citizens and to inform and educate is both irresponsible and reckless.

The bottom line Mr. Davis – you lose.  You have not done your duty, you are hiding and in disregard of your responsibilities to the state, its people and the nation.  And lest you even think about making excuses, forget that – you have NONE.  Besides, it is much too late for excuses.
