(Sep. 27, 2011) — A reader of The Post & Email advised us that Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III has been transferred back to the Monroe County jail.
We called the Loudon County jail to confirm the information, and the deputy who answered the phone said he “had no inmate by that name, so he must have been moved out.”
When we asked why, the deputy replied that he did not know. When we asked why Fitzpatrick had been moved to Loudon County initially, he said, “I have no earthly idea, ma’am.”
