The County Sheriff: Our Last Hope?

(Sep. 27, 2011) — A petition letter to county sheriffs referenced here and posted on Scribd is now accompanied by a complete list of county sheriffs‘ offices in every state.  There are no addresses for the state of Connecticut because there are no county sheriffs there.

On September 26, 2011, a county sheriff who had been contacted about the Obama eligibility question responded:

I could be wrong but this thing has been vetted 25 ways to Sunday by thousands of people and sources.  I am all for unveiling the facts…especially as relate to this disaster of a President; however, unless you guys know something right now that I don’t, I am not going to invest resources and time into what I believe has been drilled as deeply as possible.

A citizen letter was then sent to the sheriff’s office:

With all due respect:

I won’t belabor all of the evidence and arguments here, but you have the authority and legal right to investigate and obtain information that the average citizen does not.  We rely upon you and your peers; our elected public servants to do your job, uphold your Oath, protect the people and our Constitution and rule of law.  You have powers vested in you and we expect you to use them to the full extent.

Contrary to your statement; WE the People have been violated ’25 Ways to Sunday’ with the Obama fraud and in so many other ways…including the financial fraud we are all harmed by.  My life has been literally destroyed by criminals and their cronies in government…and I could probably count at least ’25 Ways to Sunday’ by which my personal destruction was wrought.

A valid complaint with excellent probable cause has been brought to you.  AND there is plenty more evidence and probable cause available to you.  Is it not your job to step outside your personal opinion, politics and probable fear and DO THE RIGHT THING?  Investigate, compel evidence and refer the case for prosecution?

This is not simply a civil matter that the average citizen can afford to prosecute.  This job was and is the job of our public servants and our tax dollars should be funding it.  That is precisely what your ‘resources’ are intended to accomplish.  This and the related matters have not been drilled as deeply as possbile…the only thing being ‘drilled’ is US.  We have been ‘drilled’ by liberal complicit judges and our own representatives with the ‘resources’, energy and time expended by citizens kicked back in our faces without any real effort by our FIDUCIARIES.

These cases have been shut down without review of evidence and Discovery has been denied in the civil cases.  This is contrary to everything we stand for in this country.  Every citizen has standing as we are all being harmed irreparably by the fraud…if you cannot see that; you should not be enjoying your position or the pay and benefits from the People.

Another citizen responded to the sheriff’s comments:

With all due respect, if you have been listening to and accepting the ’25 ways to Sunday’ vetting by Congress, the DOJ, the Main Stream Media (to include – and especially – Fox News), and even the Trumps and the Palins and all the GOP Candidates for President, then we can most assuredly say that the constitutional (in)eligibility issue has NOT been ‘drilled as deeply as possible’, but instead has been covered up as deeply as possible.

Hello, sir, I was on the email list where you responded that you thought Obama had been vetted thoroughly.  He was not, but there is evidence that the cover-up is even bigger than the crime.

Many other document experts have stated unequivocally that the “birth certificate” Obama presented to the public on April 27 is a forgery.  The Hawaii Department of Health refuses to release their purported original, which has been reported to be the “original forgery.”

Any county sheriff can investigate Obama, but perhaps most do not realize their power.
