JUSTICE APPEARS ILLUSORY IN EASTERN TENNESSEE

So far I am OK. Thanks for checking in on me. I am more concerned for my safety than I have ever been in my life, and that says a lot considering my occupational history of which you are well aware.
This letter to you is an additional update to my most recent update on the Ralph O’Neal situation in Roane County, Tennessee which you published at The Post & Email on July 6.
I have not spoken to Mr. O’Neal for several days now. However, I have been in direct telephone contact with a good friend of his whom he contacts to facilitate three-way telephone calls to me and others from the jail since he has no money.
I spoke with this friend today and was informed that Mr. O’Neal is no longer at the Blount County Jail in Tennessee. He has been moved in the last day or so to an unknown location.
No one seems to be able to find out why Roane County inmate records on the Internet showed Mr. O’Neal at the Roane County jail when he was actually housed at the Blount County jail for the majority of the time he had been in Tennessee since just prior to his June 9 sentencing date, and up to this week, July 5th. From what I was told by his friend who had been watching the inmate records on the Internet, it appears that Roane County wanted their records to show him at their facility but did not want to keep him there. But I don’t know why and neither did Mr. O’Neal.
I also don’t know why the Tennessee authorities have now suddenly moved Mr. O’Neal from the Blount County jail in Tennessee to an unknown location without notifying anyone, including his new attorney. (I understand Attorney Shope is now out of the picture.)
Mr. O’Neal’s friend was hoping to hear from him yesterday, as was his attorney’s office. But not a word from “or” to anyone regarding his whereabouts as of yesterday. Mr. O’Neal’s friend indicated to me that Blount County jail’s reason for not notifying anyone of the transfer was due to “safety reasons.”
I find his unknown whereabouts troubling in conjunction with Mr. O’Neal’s statement to his friend that he had received word over the weekend at the Blount County jail that the detective on that drug trafficking charge (name withheld) had put word out-on-the street to “pull off Ralph O’Neal.” I understand Mr. O’Neal had interpreted this to mean that this had to do with false statements that someone may have been instructed to make regarding the false murder charge, which also occurred in the drug trafficking charge a few years ago. However, I am wondering if this “pull off Ralph O’Neal” instruction may have meant something else, if you get my meaning.
This is why I have been somewhat concerned for Mr. O’Neal’s safety while in jail, which I recently conveyed to you. I am hard-pressed to understand “why and what” the detective that allegedly gave these instructions would have been seeking to accomplish by putting it out-on-the street to “lay off Ralph O’Neal” which then got back to the Blount County jail and communicated to Mr. O’Neal during the latter part of the 4th of July weekend. Then for Mr. O’Neal to unexpectedly be transferred in the last day or so from the Blount County jail (not Roane County where he should have been held) to yet another location that is currently unknown to his friends, family or attorney, is troubling to me.
Another interesting thing that developed in the last few days is something I also find very troubling. I telephoned Mr. O’Neal’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his child after having not talked with her since May 2011. This is the lady who had contacted me initially, along with Mr. O’Neal, in a three-way call from Middle, Tennessee and the Ocilla, Georgia prison facility, respectively, in May 2011. In both the three-way calls and during a conversation I had with her during the month of May, she conveyed to me what had taken place in December 2009 regarding an interrogation conducted by two Roane County officials. She states their names in the affidavit that I am looking at right now, but I will not mention their names at this time due to my lack of knowledge of whether or not I should or could do so without consequence. Let me know if you need them and I will give them to you via my personal email.
In any event, this May 12, 2011 signed affidavit by this witness (his ex-girlfriend) gives an account of the December 2009 interrogation that she endured in a hotel room where she was told to go by two Roane County officials who later interrogated her there. I don’t know why they questioned her in a hotel room and not the Sherriff’s Department, but that is what her statement indicates.
She has also referred to various aspects of this interrogation via one-on-one conversations that I have had over the telephone a few days ago. Her statements on this matter clearly depict violations of her constitutional rights on several fronts during that interrogation. From what she has stated, the purpose of this interrogation appears to have been police intimidation and scare tactics employed upon her for the purpose of obtaining false statements from her that were then used to secure a conviction of the drug trafficking charge.
While reiterating this story to me most recently on Monday, she added that while one of the officials was being very kind to her during that interrogation, the other official was very aggressive and mean and had threatened to take her children away and jail her even though she had done nothing wrong. From what she described, I recognized this tactic as the “good cop, bad cop” game that cops play. She also indicates in her signed affidavit that she was not educated on the law and felt very threatened and scared by this behavior, which resulted in her saying in court what these Roane County two officials had told her to say. She said she did this out of fear for herself and her children. She apologized for having done so at the end of the affidavit.
She also informed me in my conversation with her on Monday that she was surprised to get a telephone call in mid-June from the official who played the “good cop” in that interrogation. She stated that she did not know where he obtained her current cell phone number, but that the cell phone number was one which Mr. O’Neal has called used to call her from jail via his friend who facilitates the three-way telephone calls. In this recent conversation with the official in mid-June, she said he had learned that Mr. O’Neal had obtained affidavits about the drug trafficking charge and he wanted to know what she knew about that. She didn’t answer him and ended the call. She said he then began to send her repeated text messages which she indicated to me she had saved on her phone. I mentioned this in my last letter to you that was posted on July 6.
Interestingly, this telephone call was placed to her by the Roane County official within two weeks of The Post & Email publishing my first letter to Mr. O’Neal’s public defender. The affidavits were mentioned in that letter. I don’t know if the attorney provided a copy of that letter to the Roane County officials, which would have been out-of-line. Or perhaps the Roane County authorities read the letter at the The Post & Email website. I suppose that would be possible if they read your publication. These affidavits sent to me by Mr. O’Neal were then copied by me and sent to his public defender. These supported the filing of the Rule 33 Motion for a new trial, which his public defender refused to do, stating to me that “that is not the way we do it here” and stating to Mr. O’Neal that such a motion would be like “a slap in the face” to the judge. Consequently, and as previously reported, Mr. O’Neal was sentenced to 69 years in prison.
Also, during several calls I had with this witness earlier in the week, she kept getting phone calls with the number “withheld” as we were talking. It was as if, as soon as she and I would start talking, these calls with a “withheld” number would come in on her phone. She would take the call while I was holding, and in most cases found no one on the other line. On several other occasions it was a friend calling but with a withheld number. I found this entire situation odd and wondered if there was any way her phone was bugged and attempts were being made to interrupt the topic of our conversation, which was the O’Neal situation, my trying to help her get out of Tennessee and away from these officials, as well as various aspects of the previously-mentioned interrogation.
In this conversation, the witness had stated how upset she is that her five-year-old daughter by Mr. O’Neal will have to be raised without knowing her father since he will be in prison for the rest of his life if he is not exonerated of these charges.. She seemed really upset about this. I am giving these details from our conversation on Monday since what occurred on Tuesday, July 6 was very strange. I telephoned this witness to follow up with her on things we had talked about on the prior day to ensure that she was not picked up on any false charges herself which would then place her in the position of having to “bargain” for her freedom again in exchange for giving more false statements about O’Neal during his appeal, or perhaps to get her to state she signed the May 12, 2011 affidavit under duress. This is what has taken place with another witness who later claimed he never read the affidavit even though it was signed by him and notarized. It appears that the authorities may have gotten to him as well. It appears several attempts are being made to sabotage Mr. O’Neal’s due process under the law for his appeal by the same officials responsible for this entire fiasco from the beginning.
I made several attempts on Wednesday, July 6 to telephone the above-noted witness.
She appears to have answered the phone once and then the phone went dead when I stated who was calling. I use the name “Mrs. C” when talking to Mr. O’Neal, this witness and his friend who facilities the three-way calls for Mr. O’Neal from jail. The name “Mrs. C” is very important to remember, as I will be addressing a very troubling but revealing fact about this later in this letter. But “shelve” the name “Mrs. C” in your mind for now as I continue with what occurred yesterday as I continued to try to contact this witness.
I was scared for her and was concerned that she might have been picked up by the police on false charges to then be intimidated into making more false statements about Mr. O’Neal. Every time I called this witness, I received a message on her cell phone that she was unavailable and was not accepting any messages. I purchased a prepaid cell phone with an out-of-state number and telephoned her again without blocking my number as I had previously done to mitigate the chance of the Roane County officials obtaining my number. Still, the same message came on. Then later in the evening a call came in on my new prepaid cell phone from the witness’s cell phone number. When I answered the phone with a simple “hello,” there was someone there but they would not say anything even though I said “hello” three or four times. Therefore I hung up, and that is the last activity coming from her cell phone number. Also, she has not contacted Mr. O’Neal’s friend in the past few days even though several emails have been sent.
All of this is even more troubling when you read the following postings on two Harriman, TN forums on Topix.com.

The above noted Topix forums were established by some unknown poster several months/years ago regarding topics unrelated to Mr. O’Neal. However, these forums now include comments regarding Mr. O’Neal’s situation that I and others have posted there.
In my latest letter to Mr. O’Neal’s public defender, I had copied and pasted a number of postings from Topix.com about the locals’ communications on this website coming out of Roane County (which includes Harriman, TN) regarding the 2007 murder of Ronnie “Boone” Cofer and the drug trafficking problems in Tennessee. Please refer back to that letter and note my references to a poster with the username “Omega” who was posting from Harriman, TN at that time.
In my letter to Mr. O’Neal’s attorney I had stated that this “Omega” guy appeared to be a Roane County Police Officer and perhaps may know who murdered Boone based on his online comments to a family friend of Boone’s.
After the last story was published at The Post & Email, I copied and pasted the link to the story in the above-noted Topix forums with several comments intended to get a response from someone in Roane County regarding the identity of “Omega.” I also thought perhaps I might get a response from Omega himself. So far the Roane County News is the only news source that I know of there which is reporting on this story, and they appear to “cater” to the agenda of the police since they appeared to be more interested in only printing statements made by the police about this case, and Mr. O’Neal’s appearance coming out of jail en route to the courts recently.
The Post & Email story, I believe, provided the public far more truth as to what has and continues to go on there with regard to Mr. O’Neal. This is not the only town in Tennessee in which the police seem to control what is or isn’t printed in their newspaper. It’s a tragedy when you think about freedom of the press and realize that it does not appear to be free at all when they don’t appear to question the actions of the police and other public officials. They appear to report on what the police give to them to report regarding these kinds of matters. The statements from the locals on the Topix forums appear to provide a more accurate description of what actually goes on in Roane County.
In the following Topix forums you will see my engaging “Omega” along with the link to The Post & Email story regarding Mr. O’Neal. These are being provided to you as the best way to explain what has been going on lately regarding this matter, and a very interesting fact which has arisen out of these postings. The information in this letter includes postings from the following forums on Topix.

The Harriman Police Department forum below begins with the second page where I question “What does anyone know about Mr. O’Neal?” I was seeking to weed out “Omega” who was the suspicious poster discussed in my most recent letter to Mr. O’Neal’s public defender, and whom I stated I believed was a police officer who may know something about “Boone’s” 2007 murder based on comments he had made on the Topix website in previous years. Boone is the man whom Mr. O’Neal has been falsely accused of murdering in what appears to have been a tactic to sabotage his attempts to get out of bond and work on his case more effectively. Based on this false charge, the police were then able to convince the judge that he was a danger to society and therefore he was unable to get out on bond on the drug trafficking charge. This clearly impeded his ability to work on his defense of that charge, and clearly was intended to violate his right to due process under the law.
After you read the recent postings with regard to Ralph O’Neal you will see a response from a poster in “Harriman, TN responding to my question about Ralph O’Neal. The poster states: “Got Life!!!” I then commented to his response, as did others. Then several others postings came from what appeared to be he but from Jacksboro, TN yesterday, July 7th . In these postings he refers to me and family members of mine as “Mrs. C”.
This name had never been used on this website prior to this officer’s comment. The name “Ms. C” has been used only in my telephone conversations with Mr. O’Neal and his ex-girlfriend, friend, as well as his mother. Also he has addressed several letters to me by opening them with “Dear Ms. C”. So the question would be, where did this person get the name “Ms. C”? Clearly he is a police officer in Roane County and got this name from listening in on telephone conversations or reviewing mail before it left the Blount County jail. Or perhaps it was obtained by the police. But first, please read the following postings on Topix.com.

On 10-16-09 my daughter was a victim in a mugging while she was with my exhusband. A so called friend of his called to ask where he was then showed up then left and returned again while standing outside two black males approached my daughters father asking for pills. i believe this was a set up due to this so called friend. i do know his name but i’m not posting this to drop names.I have called numerous times left my number and gone to the police station several times.They do not have the courtesy to even give me a call even if they don’t have any leads as the mother of this child I think at the very least they could do is give me a phone call. One of the men had a gun and the other had a knife. One of these thugs put their hands on my child by jerking her out of the car and ripping her jacket open to search her. Any mother out there knows the rage you would feel if this was your child. I wonder if the officers have children if so they should ask themselves what can I do to catch these jerks. I’m not the type of person to bad mouth people and I do not mean any disrespect at all to our law enforcement I simply want them to do all they can to catch these thugs so my child can have some peace instead of nightmares. |
A number of postings regarding the above noted topic can be found on this forum. I have not included them here due to their length and also since they are not related to Mr. O’Neal. I will pick up with my posting (#22) on this forum and end with the last one that was posted on July 7, 2011, which states it was posted nine hours ago, which was just after midnight. This is around the same time of the prior posting from Jacksboro, TN posted on the prior evening.
This first response from Jacksboro, TN is clearly a police officer associated with the O’Neal case since he uses the term “Ms. C”. The second, however, on the following evening around the same time of night is either intended to mask the identity of the police officer or it is someone entirely different. I think the former is true. Also, while this appears to be the same police officer posting previously from Harriman, TN, these two postings where the name “Mrs. C” is referenced are both from Jacksboro, TN, which is about an hour’s drive from Harriman and in Campbell County outside of this officer’s jurisdiction. Therefore, this officer using addressing me as “Mrs. C” appears to be posting from Jacksboro instead of Harriman while at a friend or family member’s house, or he is having someone else do these postings for him. Perhaps he did not want his prior location of Harriman, TN to be used since I had been making reference to that location.
The name “Mrs. C” was probably not obtained by someone in Jacksboro given the manner in which this name could only have been obtained through the Blount County Jail, bugged phone calls, and/or recently obtained by this detective from Mr. O’Neal’s girlfriend. I do not believe she would have given him my code name voluntarily and without being under duress. After all, this is the young lady who had looked me up and contacted me in May 2011 to help the father of her child exonerate himself of these charges. It appears to me that this detective may have gotten to her based on his new-found knowledge of my code name. This might explain why she is not responding to any calls from me or Mr. O’Neal’s friend in the last two days while Mr. O’Neal was allegedly transported to an an unknown, out-of-state facility.

The above link for the story about corruption in Roane County and how Ralph O’Neal appears to have been victimized by it… was just sent this morning to the personal email and work email of an investigative reporter with ABC news. This investigator reporter is also an attorney and a private investigator. The sender of this email to him has done work with him before and knows him personally. Does Roane County want to continue with the false charges against Ralph O’Neal that surely will result in this being looked into further? How about it Omega, Harriman Police Department and Roane County Police Department. Want some National Exposure into the corruption in your county. Surely this will give a lot of support to local citizens who are getting very tired of the corruption there. Their online comments about the corruption have been posted for years! Yet, that corrupt newspaper, “Roane County News” can’t do honest reporting so we all have to ask why they are so damn loyal to the corrupt police. The “mocking” of an African American’s hair and prison attire as he was taken to court recently and as written about this week in the paper depicts a very racist and demeaning attitude toward Blacks by this newspaper. This is consistent with what the police do to blacks there. I am “white”, and I will call out this racism and corrupt behavior toward O’Neal, and any other person in Roane County the police take advantage of because a local happens to be “black” or even white people because they have low incomes and can’t defend themselves against this intimidation or corruption. Now,I am suppose the main stream media might be interested in the story addressed in the prior posting. And as I stated, the link to this story was just sent to the ABC News investigative reporter for his hopeful review this weekend if he is available. Recent info has been provided. I now know who are, Omega. It appears, as of several weeks ago, you are obtaining phone numbers from a jail outside of Roane County to obtain telephone numbers of past witnesses who have since stated in affidavits what really took place in that corrupt interrogation that violated the Constitutional Rights of the citizen in which you and your people interrogated several years ago. Although, it appears that you played the “good cop” during that interrogation while the other guy (name withheld) spit in the face of the young lady he was questioning as a result of screaming at her in the face so closely that his spit landed on her face repeatedly. You al should be ashamed. Now, if it was you listening in on what appeared to be a bugged phone conversation today, please be advised that what was discussed in that conversation was just sent to the media. Perhaps it will be “on line” as well over the next few days. And all these conversations by the way are well documented. Now, it appears the “corruption” continues. When I see that it has stopped with regard to the issues that concerns addressed in my previous postings, that will be evidenced by any and all false charges dropped. If not, then the story about all of this will continue to be sent to my contacts in Los Angeles as they have been sent to the media in New York City. Hopefully this will be picked-up as a topic of discussion with a major television network. Unfortunately my contact in NYC is not available to read and present the story to ABC News until later this month. Howeve, sooner or later the corruption surrounding the false charges of which I am appauled about will be exposed to the fullest with every legal means available to me and as much as it depends on me, if the corruption doesn’t stop. Like any law abiding citizen, I hate corruption committed by those who are being paid with tax payer dollars to protect and serve and uphold the laws… by failing to do so and instead break laws that violate the Constitutional Rights of the citizens of this state and country. Seeking to sabatoge a defendants right to due process under the law by intimidating witnesses with gutter-like and illegal tactics is not what enforcing the law means!This behavior is more consistent with seeking to covering-up those kinds of illegal tactics previously used to put the defendant in this position in the first place. And then to falsely charge the defendant with yet another crime to ensure they do not get out on bond. Clearly, in that instance, the defendant you know I am speaking about would have had his freedom long enough to expose the corruption that got him arrested in the first place. Now, enough of this has gone on in Roane County for far too long. The names of those involved in this corruption would have already been reported to the TBI and FBI Knoxville if I were convinced that they had nothing to do with it and would hold those Roane County officials accountable for what has taken place. However, from what I have read in articles, books, and public opinions that go back a number of years up to the present day, I have concluded that the FBI and the TBI in Knoxville would probably not return my calls or letters, nor would they investigate what is going on in Roane County. Why do I say this? Because they have failed to answer calls and letters from others with regard to a a lot of corrupt activity taking place in Roane County and other counties in Tennessee. The record is what it is. Therefore, any reporting from me will go to the media for exposure of it. Perhaps the media might then make some calls themselves to the TBI and the FBI. Then they can report about the lack of response that they get. So that becomes a part of the record also. Maybe then… the FBI in Washington might look at this situation more closely and wonder why the FBI in this state is not investing corrupt officials. Then, maybe they won’t. We’ll see how all that goes if these corrupt and false charges are not reversed soon and this issue is exposed to the point that the FBI and TBI can’t ignore it. I doubt any of them is going to take the fall for you Omega, if it gets down to you or them. .
Also any law abiding Roane County residents who have had enough of the corruption, document it! Then send it to your friends and family inside and outside Tennessee. Ask them to contact the FBI and the TBI in Knoxville and in Washington D.C. Clearly, you family members outside of Tennessee have to be as concerned about all of you as mine are about me. |

Yes, I do have a lot to say of which you refer to as “rambling” Mr. PO, a.k.a Omega, a.k.a. CM. Fine with me! I am a rambler. If that is the worse thing you can say about me than that speaks volumes. If it makes you feel better to call me that name, OK. I really don’t mind. Have at it. With the investigative abilities that one might expect from a PO, I would suppose that you would know whether my last name is “Houston” or not. However, I suppose this question was intended to be another one of your arrogant remarks to mitigate my allegations of corruption of which many local residents appear to agree (except those in the PO department). I guess part of your assigned duty as a PO and “damage control” officer is to go on this website on a routine basis to attempt to discredit and intimidate those who speak out against the corruption in your county and of which you appear to participate. However, it does not appear you are doing a very good job with “one liner damage control statements” that consists of nothing more that “name calling”. And even those names display an unsophisticated vocabulary and behavior that could be observed on a playground with 6 year olds. There is no substance to your one-liner comments or name calling. Why? But if I am a “rambler” as you have indicated, perhaps I am also a “rambler” with something very substantive to communicate, and of which you have little response other than childish name calling. In the “Harriman Police Department Needs to Read This” forum, I am including the first two postings from May 2011 where a poster commented on something about a carry-weapon permit, and a response from Harriman, TN called this poster “stupid.” This appeared to me to be the same kind of “police defensiveness” and “insults” I spoke about previously in my letter to Mr. O’Neal’s public defender. Therefore, this appears to possibly be the same poster who appeared to be a police officer in Roane County who commented from Harriman, TN as “Omega” to one of Boone’s friends of the family who had criticized the Roane County Sheriff’s Department for not investigating Boone’s murder.
I have also provided my postings in this forum (#2) that began with a copied-and-pasted version of my comments in the “Harriman Police Department forum (#1) where I had provided the link to The Post & Email story and my comments regarding this matter.
Then a family member of mine in Astoria, New York placed a comment on this forum without my prior knowledge (see posting #25 below). This family member had been kept apprised of what was going on regarding this situation. After my family member in Astoria, New York posted her comment with username “callingOmegaout”, she then notified me of an interesting response coming out of Jacksboro, TN to her posting from Astoria, NY.
In this Jacksboro, TN posting, the poster replied to my family member’s comments by addressing her as “Mrs. C” (see posting #26 below.) Again, this is very interesting since the term “Mrs. C” has never been used on the Topix website. It has been used only in communications with Mr. O’Neal from jail via his girlfriend (the witness), his mother, and Mr. O’Neal’s friend in three-way telephone calls from jail and in my one-on-one conversations with these four people. Therefore, the only way this poster would know to address these comments from me or my family member with a reference to “Mrs. C” exposes the fact that he is one of the Roane County police officers who clearly had obtained my code name “Mrs. C” from the one or more of the sources or means previously noted.
While the poster was finally weeded out and identified as a police officer, it is also obvious that he is involved in finding out who advocates for Mr. O’Neal and sought to obtain information about me, such as my name. The question is this: What does he intend to do with me if and when he finds out my real name and address? Obviously this is a bit troubling and confirms to me that my fears are, indeed, merited. However, I don’t know whom to call in Tennessee with my concerns about this because the corruption and the good-ole-boy system here appear to run the entire state. Should I ever be in any danger, which authorities would I call?
Below are the postings that I reference above. Again, the first two are for historical purposes only even though the second one from Harriman, TN appears to be the Roane County police officer discussed in this letter.

First off, I would like to start off by saying that I’m a law abiding citizen who respects law enforcement throughout this great country. I’m 23 years old and try to be an outstanding citizen of roane county. Well this happened yesterday and harriman pd really acted like police officers that give many a bad reputation. I had witnessed a fight and when the police came I was asked by them to give a statement and I agreed to do so. When I had gotten the statement completed I had to give the officer my drivers license and in the process another officer seen that I have my handgun carry permit. Well one of the officers said you have your handgun permit I said yes he said do you have a handgun I said yes its in the car, and he said don’t you know you have to let police know u have a handgun and I said well I’ve not done nothing wrong such as get pulled over so another officer said did u not pay attention during your permit class and that was the end of it. I would just like to state there is no law ever passed through nashville mandating permit holders tell officers that a person has a handgun. The only thing that is stated in the law is that we have to show it to the officer upon demand from the officer. This is ridiulous. You start off saying firstly that you respect law enforcement? If this were true then you would understand how many officers are kiled yearly by gunfire. One in Roane County Afew years ago. If your statement about respecting them was true, then you would understand how they would like to know there is a gun present, maybe by Law your not required to tell them, but out of RESPECT you should. Situations turn bad really quick, the police never know when a switch could go from good to bad,just here in Chatt we lost an officer due to gunfire. Officers everyday are exposed to violent situations, and a FIGHT, what better of an example for things to go wrong. Peoples anger is flared, so yes i can see why any cop would want to know a gun was present, and if you in fact respected them you would have said it to them instead of going onto a website. remember that you can get on here all you want and talk about the police, but when things go bad, the police will be the 1st ones you call, and they will respond, and again put their life on the line for you. and am i glad i left that county, for reasons like this God Bless The Police! |

I must say I am drawn to comment on this board to push back against the bullying, imtimidating thugery being perpetuated by “Harriman, TN” formerly known as “OMEGA”. I am from New York however I do have family in Tennesee and have become increasingly aware of the corrupt, abusive and felonious actions of you personally and the Police Department you work for. Listen up “O Mighty One” and listen good: Your name-calling and character assinating tactics will not work on me;it will not scare me; it will not shut me up and it WILL NOT stop me from working ferverishly on behalf of the people you have committed your atrocities against. You throw innocent people in prison, you recall your “prison hits” against innocent people in prison when you feel the internet heat has risen a bit too much in recent weeks and you illegally obtain information to then use to intimidate people into forgoing their constitutional rights. I am not in your jurisdiction, I am not a party to “the way you do things down there” and I will fight against the complete moral depravity that occupies your very being. Who are you to chastise the woman who was illegally pressed by the police about her gun license? Comment to me! Comment to me so that I may shut you up. Omega, a.k.a CM, the tactic used by corrupt authorities in Tennessee to discredit those who speak out against corruption is to by call them names such as radicals, eccentrics, or in your case the intelligent word “fruitcake”. I suppose that could be a good defense for anyone should the authorities ever try to file some false charges on them. Perhaps in that case they could plead “insanity”. After all, fruitcake and insanity basically mean the same thing. Is this not true Mr. M? Interestingly, the posting that you address this evening as coming from Mrs. C was from Astoria, NY. Mr. M, is Ms. C in NY tonight? Is this the level of your investigative ability? The location on every posting is clearly posted underneath their username. Do you not know this? Also, your reference to Mrs. C might cause one to wonder where you came up with that name. It was not from topix.com because that name is not used on this website. The quoted “Mrs. C” appears to have been deliberately written with emphasis so as to make the statement that you know who Mrs. C is. By doing so, you are revealing where you obtained that information. One would have to wonder how you would have access to that information since you are in Roane County and have authority only in your own county. Therefore, the few people who know who Mrs. C is will be informed that you are accessing their information from records in another county of which you have no jurisdiction and/or have bugged the phone of a Roane County resident without probable cause and probably without a warrant to do so. Then you come onto this website and address this forum with the name “Mrs. C” to someone in Astoria, New York as your trump card of intimidation as if to say “I know who you are” when clearly you do not. I would expect someone in your position would have the emotional maturity to refrain from this type of behavior as well as the geographical location your comment was directed. But the arrogance and abuse of power displayed in this regard is consistent with your prior postings under the name of “Omega” in recent years. Now, I have far more information on this matter than I would guess you would want posted on this website about your behavior and that of a number of officials in Tennessee, specifically Roane County. I also don’t mention full names of individuals, even though I speak only the truth and otherwise refer to any opinions as such. But if you Mr. M want to engage me in a conversation, I will be happy to have a one with you with full names noted in an interview with Mr. Gerry Wagshal with ABC News or perhaps another major news network of your choice outside of Tennessee. It’s time for someone to come in Roane County and clean it up. Our local government and law enforcement are corrupt for the most part. The citizens are not only tired of mishandling police, but also government who prevents growth in our county. If growth is prevented and police think they are above the law then is it not obvious that they are hiding something to keep the people of the county down and others from looking to closely at what is truly going on? We are in need of a spring cleaning! Let our people go Roane county! Our people have more to offer then you give them hopes of! The truth will be exposed and we will grow and prosper beyond your wildest dreams! |

Sharon, hindsight is 20/20. Much has been learned by weeding out this officer who goes on this website with a “damage control” and “intimidation” agenda which “takes on” the opinions of the locals about their statements regarding the police activity in Roane County. He also appears to be the same officer or a fellow officer of the one investigating Boone’s murder and badgering one of the family’s friends about that investigation or lack thereof. And this is clearly the officer who is involved in the Ralph O’Neal situation; otherwise, he would not know my code name, “Mrs. C”.
Interestingly, now Mr. O’Neal has been transported to an unknown location, and his girlfriend (the witness with the affidavit) is not responding to phone calls from Mr. O’Neal’s advocates even though she is the one who asked me for help. This is very strange.
What occurred on Wednesday regarding the girlfriend suddenly not answering her phone and Mr. O’Neal being transported to some unknown location is, indeed, odd. All this followed immediately after this officer’s knowledge that the message “pull off Ralph O’Neal” had gotten back to him and communicated to his friends on the outside.
My family member in NY interpreted this to the police officer on Topix.com with the following comment in posting #26:

If I had known about this before she posted it, I would have advised her not to until Mr. O’Neal approved this information being made public. However, her distaste for all of this is well-expressed in her comments, even though they are responded to by the officer as being that of a “fruitcake.” He obviously thought it was me making these comments when it was not.
My code name, “Mrs. C,” is something else I wish she had not confirmed with the police officer, but she was not aware that they did not have this information or the methods they could use to get it.
I am waiting to hear from Mr. O’Neal regarding getting all of this information to his new attorney. The fact that he has a new attorney is the best news thus far. Apparently it is a private practice attorney that has taken an interest in his case.
Also, just last night I sent the NAACP links to The Post & Email articles thus far about Mr. O’Neal which depict what has taken place in recent weeks regarding his sentencing hearing and the activity surrounding this situation as communicated to me from Mr. O’Neal, his public defender, his girlfriend, his friend, his mother, and the activity of the Roane County police officer regarding his comments in the above-noted forums on the Topix website. I was instructed to contact the NAACP by Mr. O’Neal and his mother who had contacted a member of the NAACP in Tennessee about a month ago, and with whom I will also speak about this issue.
While no one yet knows (to my knowledge) of Mr. O’Neal’s or his girlfriend’s whereabouts, I continue to pray for the safety and justice of all involved. I trust you are as well.
Perhaps someone outside of this state can contact the Roane County Sherrif’s Department regarding any ill intentions they have in their efforts to find out who I am.
My invitation for the officer to engage me in a media interview has been ignored. Instead, he appears to be more interested in calling me a “Rambler” and a “Houston” and my family member a “fruitcake.” He has also challenged me on what I know came directly from the mouth and signed statement of the witness who stated that she was illegally interrogated. He also challenges locals in his response to their online postings about their dissatisfaction with the police, all the while knowing what they are saying is true.
Then he continues to play games with me as he appeared to have done in his latest posting on Thursday. See posting #31 of the Harriman Police Department forum at the beginning of this letter. I responded to his comment in posting #32 with an important correction and a final point.
Editor, please feel free to publish this letter, as I feel that this is the only protection I or any of the witnesses will have from ill-intended activity in the future by these people. Until these false charges against Mr. O’Neal are dropped, his defense depends on exposing the corruption in Roane County as it relates to the charges and their well-documented reputation for corruption.
The history of the corruption in Tennessee causes many to be very concerned. The outcomes of other Tennessee cases where corruption is rampant and out in the open has not resulted in one state official stepping in and placing these county officials under any accountability that I can see in recent years per the other stories you have covered in your online newspaper.
Meanwhile, you do everything you can with letters and phone calls which are mainly ignored from those who have the power and the laws behind them to stop all the judicial harassment and corruption in this state.
When the American people wonder where their freedom and liberty have gone, it will be stories like those coming out of Tennessee which serve as a bleak reminder of how easily this all can happen when people can do nothing about it without fear of being falsely charged with a crime or harmed, thus rendering their efforts ineffective to stop the corruption. This tactic and the dilemma it creates for law-abiding citizens is becoming more clear to me. And it makes me even more angry and determined to not be intimidated by a bunch of thugs with a little power but little character and honor for which this country stands.
