(Jun. 10, 2011) — The following letter was written and sent to Sheriff Joe Arpaio regarding the apparent forgery of the “long-form birth certificate” which Barack Hussein Obama claims is a copy of his original document maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health. This is submitted in response your article on the constitutional responsibilities and authority of the county sheriff in regard to local elections. A letter was also sent to my sheriff in Florida.

Dear Sheriff Arpaio;
SUBJECT – A criminal act committed in another state that will allow election fraud to take place in Arizona’s 2012 election process.
Back in the early 50’s, when I was a teenager, my father owned a filling station in Polk County, Florida and I witnessed many political discussions from which I received a solid foundation in understanding the difference between Marxism, Fascism and our Constitution based Republic. Pop’s favorite saying was these types of all powerful central governments will never take over the USA because the 3000 or so independently elected local Sheriff’s would fight back and never allow that to happen.
If my father were alive today he would be the one writing this letter because the time has come, if we are to prevent this election fraud and the continued destruction of our Republic from taking place, your help is desperately needed and now. Political correctness and fear of being called a racist have paralyzed those truly responsible to investigate this irrefutable evidence we citizens have provided to them. Furthermore, US Attorney General Holder will never allow this matter to be investigated by the FBI, without overwhelming pressure from local law enforcement.
Please accept this letter as a request for an investigation into whether the new Certificate of Live Birth for President Obama, produced on 4/25/11 by Director Fuddy of the Hawaiian Department of Health and placed on the White House website on 4/27/11, is a forensically valid image copied from a page in a open book of birth certificates, or a computer generated composite made up to look like a copy of a page in an open book.
The evidence it is a forgery is overwhelming and irrefutable. In support of this charge I offer the attached Affidavit of Douglas B. Vogt, a well qualified expert to conduct a forensic analysis as to the authenticity of this new document the president has proudly placed upon the White House web site and will be used to prove his eligibility to run for president in Arizona’s 2012 election. Director Fuddy and the presently unknown state employees that participated in the illegal creation of this forged Certificate of Live Birth have committed a classic criminal felony. There is no Hawaiian statute, rule or regulation that gives the Director of Health the legal authority to produce a totally fake Certificate of Live Birth, under any circumstance, and that is precisely what the attached affidavit has proven with irrefutable evidence.
This is not, as claimed by Director Fuddy, a factual copy of an authentic original Certificate of Live Birth copied from an open book onto security paper. It is instead, a composite computer generated forgery made up to look like it was a page copied from an open book onto security paper. This is an exceptionally poor quality forgery and those that participated in its creation have committed a most serious national security crime, by fabricating a fake birth certificate to prove a person is eligible to run for and be elected President of the United States of America and Commander in Chief of our Military Forces in 2012.

And finally, in the Registrars Certification, the word THE has been misspelled as TXE.
Forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028. Your immediate attention to this matter is requested, as this forgery will be used to justify and permit election fraud in Arizona’s 2012 presidential election process.
In conclusion I want to make it un-questionably clear. This forgery complaint is not made against President Obama at this time and is strictly limited to those individuals, along with Director Fuddy, that participated in the fabrication of this blatant forgery. I say this because President Obama has publicly proclaimed the HDOH is the producer of this document hand delivered to the White House by his lawyer, Judith Corley. His published letter specifically requested 2 certified copies of his original certificate of live birth, not fabricated forgeries.
My specific request of your office is that you have a recognized expert in this field, from either within or outside your office, to examine this birth certificate on the White House web site and issue an affidavit as to the certificates validity and forward the affidavit to Arizona’s Governor, Attorney General, Department of State, and the FBI. Under the present circumstances the fulfillment of this request is crucial if election fraud is to be prevented in Arizona’s 2012 election. The citizens of Arizona are in desperate need for your assistance and protection. We must be told the truth from a law enforcement source and our sheriff’s are our office of last resort.
I pray the rampant corruption that prevails in Washington DC and Hawaii has not gotten to the point that critical national security criminal activity and planned election fraud will be covered-up and ignored by our office of last resort, our local Sheriff’s. If so, this country is doomed and our grandchildren will suffer tremendously. Four more years of this corruption providing for the appointment of more Marxist/Progressive Bureaucrats and Judges and this country will never recover. The prevailing willful ignorance of law enforcement at the national and state level and the mainstream media must end if we are to preserve this country’s criminal justice system and our rule of law.
If our constitutionally independent Sheriff’s will conduct their own independent forensic examination’s of this totally fake birth certificate and officially issue news release’s along with the affidavit’s of the examiners findings, this media boycott will be broken and the media will be forced to cover this issue. The general public will finally be exposed to the truth and this corruption will finally be investigated by those truly responsible to do so.
Sheriff Arpaio, please don’t make my father’s belief in our Republic and its thousands of locally elected independent Sheriff’s to have been wrong. Please review the material I have provided and help us stop this blatant corruption that is destroying our Republic. The evidence is overwhelming and irrefutable. Our grandchildren’s future depends on you and I pray you will not let them down.
