WHAT CAN WE THE PEOPLE DO TO MAKE SURE THAT TRUMP’S TRUMPETING ABOUT OBAMA’S HIDDEN PAST IS NOT FOR NAUGHT?

(Apr. 11, 2011) — Recently Donald Trump has helped to revive and revitalize the oft-asked question: ‘Where’s The Birth Certificate?’
And recently, the Arizona State Assembly has introduced an ‘Eligibility Bill’, requiring that anyone’s name to be placed on the Arizona ballot for President must show proof that they meet the Article II requirements of being a ‘natural born Citizen’. It sounds like a ‘no-brainer’, I know, but believe it or not, there is strong resistance to any State passing any Law that requires strict adherence to the Constitution, especially in this area of fundamental national security – that no one, without absolute and unassailable allegiance to this country, be elected to the Office of President and Commander in Chief.
Mr. Carl Seel, Arizona State Representative, is a co-sponsor of that bill, now coming up for a critical vote in the Arizona State Legislature. He felt that an endorsement by Mr. Trump, considering his recent involvement in the issue, would be a great help in securing its passage. So he contacted Mr. Trump’s office to ask if he (Mr. Trump) might visit Arizona before the vote scheduled sometime in April, 2011, and was himself invited to come to New York for a brief meeting concerning this matter.
Consequently, Mr. Seel, together with several of his constituents who had been pushing for this kind of legislation for the last two years, Mr. Jeff Lichter and Ms. Kelly Townsend, flew to New York and met with Mr. Trump and his attorney, Michael D. Cohen, on Friday, 8 April, 2011.
Some of the results of this ‘very positive and informative’ meeting were presented to over a dozen members of the mainstream media (press and TV) in the lobby right afterward (they were excluded from the meeting), but their failure to report on it should indicate to us not only just how complicit they are in this massive cover-up of the seating of an ineligible person as President, but also how afraid they are that the truth is about to be revealed. Their actions lend new meaning to their most fitting name: ‘Enemedia’.
The Arizona contingent left with a Trump promise to address their issues, his full endorsement of the Arizona eligibility bill, and a ‘homework’ assignment for the ‘contingent’ to get back to him within ten days with a list of the most salient issues concerning the size and depth of the ‘cover-up’ of Obama’s ineligibility.
AN INUNDATION of FACTS and FIGURES and ISSUES
Mr. Trump has been so inundated by facts and figures from patriots (as well as Obama supporters and ‘cover-up’ artists) from all across the Nation, it has now become non-productive to the cause of ousting the usurper. It has, however, made him – and the Enemedia – aware of the size and depth of the wave of anger engulfing this issue.
First of all, let me assure you that the ‘Arizona contingent’ is now receiving the best of information from the best of the best – to put into a cogent, realistic, and easily understood and absorbable packet to be presented to Mr. Trump within the next 7-10 days. It will be addressing:
- The political imprisonment of LTC Terry Lakin in Leavenworth – for asking the very same question that Mr. Trump has been asking!
- The real Supreme Court adjudicated meaning of ‘natural born Citizen’, and why the posted COLB is meaningless and unacceptable. Also, that being born of a U.S. citizen mother only – does not a ‘natural born Citizen’ make.
- How the two Hawaiian newspaper announcements of Obama/Soetoro’s birth could get posted in 1961 – without him being born in Hawaii;
- The details behind the CT Social Security number he used for his purported Selective Service Registration;
- The how and why of Obama’s forged and fraudulent Selective Service Registration using the stolen CT Social Security number that he now uses;
- The findings of ‘guilty on all counts’ of the C.I.A. COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL (see www.CRS-Reports.org), and his failure to attend Columbia University at all (despite recently posted documents showing that he attended for 9 months in 1983 – fraudulent records produced AFTER the Trial held on May 14-18, 2011, in order to obfuscate and confuse);
- The rejection of multiple lawsuits by the judiciary on the grounds that the plaintiffs, like Mr. Trump, have ‘no standing under the Constitution’.
The executive summary for each of these issues, and more, will be backed by a packet of information and references supplied by each of the experts in these matters.
SO WHAT CAN ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ DO? (and what NOT to do)
Since it has been requested by Team Trump that all submissions of facts and figures and theories and solutions concerning these matters please cease and desist, we suggest that the most helpful will be the following:
1. Go to the website www.ShouldTrumpRun.com and compliment him on his patriotic stand, offer your support if so inclined, and vote in the polls that are there.
2. Tell your friends and contacts that you are most concerned that Mr. Obama/Soetoro has not proven his eligibility for President, nor his authority to issue anything other than unlawful orders as the putative Commander in Chief, and that you would like their support in demanding that proof of eligibility.
3. Tell every unsolicited phone caller that all your time and money is going into the number one issue facing this Nation – not abortion, not taxes, not electing anyone in particular – but to remove the person legally known as Barry Soetoro (aka Barack Hussein Obama) from our White House! e.g. “Please tell (Newt or Michelle or Harry or WHOMever) that I have ($100 or $1,000) to donate to whomever steps up to the plate and demands removal of Mr. Soetoro/Obama for ineligibility – and charges him with TREASON! First off, conglatulations on an article title that both is sublimely clever and is the most alliterative construct that has tickled my fancy in quite some time.
Secondly, as an equally politically apropos alternative play-on-words to “enemidia” you might enjoy the term “regime-stream media”.
Finally, your presentation package for Mr. Trump is very good (it is heartening how so many people are very much up to speed on the many and confusing facets of the fraud currently squatting in our White House). The only significant point missing is that Soetoro (aka “Obama”) most likely freely asserted his adoptive Indonesian citizenship — by renewing his Indonesian passport and/or by claiming Indonesian citizenship in order to gain entry into Occidental College as a foreign student (along with grant money support). Either of these actions taken once beyond the age of majority would affirm and seal Soetoro’s bond to Indonesia and thereby disqualify him in yet in one more way from nbC status and POTUS eligibility.

I think that nbC is a condition at birth only. If you had it, you cannot lose it. However, you can surrender your allegiance, and then not renew (as Barry apparently has done/not done), which would disqualify him for reasons other than non-nbC. (fraud, dissembling, deceit, treason, sedition, etc. all come to mind).
I know not what others may do, but as for me, give me Liberty — and the Treasoners DEATH!

Forgot one thing. If enough states enact a definition of “natural born Citizen” at the state level, it will bring strong pressure upon the Congress to enact a Constitutional amendment to include such definition—something we won’t get with the political makeup of Congress today.
Those ideas are good ones, but I have one to add. There are about 12 states now considering bills to require a candidate for presidential office to produce a birth certificate to be on that state’s ballot. This is a start, but until we can codify into our laws a conclusive definition of what it means to be a “natural born Citizen” as opposed to “native” or just “Citizen,” IMO merely producing a BC won’t cut it. And from what I have seen of the bills now in those 12 states’ hoppers, they do not include such a definition.
I would urge that every legislator in every state now considering such a bill include a definition that “natural born citizen means a person born to parents both of whom were citizens of the United States at the time of their child’s birth and who owe no allegiance to any foreign sovereignty.” I have purposely left out being born on US soil as we need not exclude offspring of loyal American citizens serving their nation at embassies, in the military, or with private corporations doing business in foreign lands at the time they have children. This seems to have been the practice observed by royal families in Europe in the 1700s when de Vattel wrote his book “The Law of Nations,” most frequently cited for this definition.
This alone would unseat Obama/Soetoro in 2012 and would have prevented his candidacy in 2008. The states still have a degree of sovereignty that they can add to their elections codes such definition as they see fit. And if he can be kept off the ballots of enough states, he cannot win no matter how much money Gyorgy Schwartz (Soros) throws at him.
So you who live in those 12 states, write your legislators to include a definition! They will listen to you who can vote them in or out more than they will pay heed to me, because I don’t live in any of those 12 states.

Well said, Susana. However, I would point out that children born abroad to US citizen parents are not eligible to be President if the foreign country observes “jus soli”, or citizenship by birthplace. If they do, then there does exist a legitimate foreign claim to the citizenship and allegiance of the child. If they do not, then the child is born with exclusive allegiance to the US. This child is not a natural born citizen (born in the country to citizen parents), but it can be argued that the child is nonetheless eligible to be President someday, per the intent of the Founding Fathers with their use of the term “natural born citizen”.
I’m sure that more states will come on board Susana, so if some fail to make the proper wording, it will still be effective.
However, I feel that if Obama is allowed to run in 2012, and considering the complicity of the 111th and 112th Congress in his ongoing crime, he will argue that he has already qualified by virtue of the fact that he has already been accepted for his first 4 years.
That is why it is so important to keep the pressure on to remove him BEFORE the end of his first fraudulent term. Remember, we have TREASON in PROGRESS HERE!
I’ve said numerous times that the states’ eligibility for ballot bills are insufficient because they’ll require candidates to provide a birth certificate only to prove eligibility. A birth certificate can prove native born citizenship only, not natural born citizenship. But no one hears me (probably because I’m steady yammering about something or other).

Until reading it, I was under the impression that Trump had, out of the blue, it seemed, invited the AZ state reps to meet with him at his office in New York to brief him on the ineligibility issue and also AZ’s eligibility for the ballot bill they’re working on, the latter mentioned as if it was a side-note, something discussed of mentioned and time allows. This, of course, left me wondering if the Arizona state reps are the best choice of consultants when it comes to the plethora of details that make the case against Barky’s eligibility and, also, why just the reps from AZ and not any from the other states with similar bills in the works? Now my questions have been answered and, unlike the initial stories I read, the chain of events that led to the meeting and the reason for the meeting make sense.
Also, please allow me to point out that credit goes to Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs, one of my favorite blogstresses, for coining the term “Enemedia.” While I at first thought it was a combination of “enema” and “media,” Geller’s combination is of “enemy” and “media.” She’s said, however, that either combination is applicable.
Finally, I wish I had a dollar for every message, email and letter written to explain the natural born citizenship requirement per Article II that Trump’s received to date. Who knows? Maybe I’d make an offer on Trump Tower.

Sounds to me like he is telling us that “it doesn’t matter who robbed the bank because we should only be focused on the missing money”. So, is that what we are doing now? – wonderful !!!

From reading most of your posts here and elsewhere I must conclude ’43 was a very good year for patriots named Bob. But, alas, your post here falls woefully short — merely removing Obama would be a banal-Boehner blunder. Obama is a criminal fraud of the highest, most unprecedented level. Justice demands that he be brought to trial on the charge of high treason in a time of war and, if, as I suspect, that charge is supported by the evidence and strict adherence to the rule of law, that he then be subjected to the maximum warranted punishment, i.e., death by hanging or firing squad.
Not only would this be, in my opinion, fair and fitting, but it would serve as an appropriate reminder to the rest of the imperious political parasites in Washington that they are not the self important be-all-end-all masters that all-too-many seem to think they are.
