PART I — WHY THEY ARE HATED

(Mar. 10, 2011) — Those darn Birthers. Everywhere you look these days there seems to be these dedicated Constitutional purists demanding to see Obama’s original Birth Certificate.
To make matters worse, even though Birthers have had more than 17 federal and state court cases dismissed on pre-trial motions, even left-leaning Friends of Obama like Chris Matthews and Democrat Hawaii Governor Abercrombie want to know: “Where’s the Birth Certificate?”
What is their problem? Can’t both the Left and the Right just look at the picture on the internet and see the official-abstract, HP-Laserjet-printed Hawaiian certification, stamped with a raised seal and rubber-stamped as a document-abstract and be satisfied?
Apparently not. More and more people are realizing that in 1961 there was never a laserjet printer. Duh.
Beyond that, what is it about a group of about 450,000 disparate Americans who have endured a broad-based, mean-spirited political-pogrom of discounting insults by the mainstream press and every branch of government?
What keeps them going? Are they all that kooky? I mean really—even UFO theorists are not treated with this much societal contempt. And if they are kooky, why aren’t they simply ignored, despite their growing numbers?
In this three-part series on the Birthers, I will try to assess the Birthers, why they are hated, why they won’t go away, and discuss what they are doing now that Obama is into his third year as president.
But first, let’s look at the hate rhetoric. Why are the Birthers attacked without mercy? I believe that the answer lies in the consideration of the answer to the question: What if the Birthers are right, and Obama really is not a Natural Born Citizen?
Certainly Obama would be required by law to step down. But if it is true that Obama is Constitutionally ineligible, then his authority as president, and all acts he has taken under that authority are nullified. That’s two years of presidential implementations instantly vaporized or reversed, legally.
What does that mean? Well, the implications are gigantic, complicated, and would take a creative imagination to conceptualize the vast amount of political and financial destruction that would result if everything the president did for the past two years was illegitimate.
Imagine the following: The Stimulus Package [and all that money spent] would have to be returned. The ObamaCare law is instantly nullified to no effect. All military orders issued by Obama are illegal, and must be reversed. Sotomayor and Kagan must leave the Supreme Court, since their appointments are nullified. The whole GM deal is nixed: the GM bond holders get their bonds back and can sue for damages; the auto unions have to return all that Wall Street money they got for selling their shares of free stock. Send back that bailout dough.
Fannie and Freddie descend into chaos. The Offshore Oil Ban is nullified. Penalties to BP are reversed. The previous debt ceiling would be nullified. Hundreds of thousands of people and companies will have grounds to sue the federal government for damages due to negligence, fraud, and other criminal and civil charges.
In Washington, DC, dogs and cats would start living together. And oh, yes, Biden would become the president, which may be something like dogs and cats living together.
So the stakes are very high. It is no wonder, then, that the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of federal, state, and local governments; Republican and Democrat party leaders, union bosses and city mayors, liberals and conservatives, mainstream media and basement bloggers—all want to see that those Darn Birthers just go away.
But they won’t go away.
Why not?

Repealing any “law” (they are not law since they were signed by a usurper) or stopping his efforts will be made superfluous if the poser-in-chief’s true history is made public. The depth and breath of this crime is staggering and we all must not rest until the truth is known. I don’t care if careers (read Rush Limbaugh or all of the other supposed patriots) are ruined or what the mooching class does. I will personally participate in the razing of this country, that as a young man I swore to defend, rather than compromise on the issue of eligibility and election fraud!
If we do not see this through this country will cease to exist anyway. The fraud will continue and our enemies will be even more brazen and brutal. If we want more of the same all we need to do is compromise with evil on the point of eligibility.
There is no other path; If it takes 20 years we must get the truth out so that we write an accurate history of this time to serve as a warning to future generations.
That warning: Be ever vigilant, freedom is not free and there are always people willing to steal it from you.
Regarding Obama’s true Kenyan birthplace, everyone could benefit from reading the book: “OBAMA-INELIGIBLE TO SERVE – LIES, CRIMES & DEADLY AMBITION” (at Amazon online). Details about his mother and her activities shed so much light on his birthplace problems. Other details and testimony also prove he was born in Kenya. The fact that Obama is refusing to produce the evry documents that would prove what he claims – that he was supposedly born in Hawaii- (which is false), should be proof enough for everyone. Even Chris Matthews – the big liberal – asked Obama to produce his long form birth certificate!
Obama’s words, actions and omissions are tantamount to admitting he was born in Kenya.
In addressing Roy Trueman’s post, AMEN. However, according to the Law of Nations, the works of Cicero and a host of other ancient authors, the laws of Natural Right specifically provide for the transmittal of citizenship based upon the citizenship of the FATHER. It doesn’t take both mother and father. It makes no difference as to the place of birth, as Roy alluded to also. And even if I were completely wrong, his mother was too young to confer citizenship ANYWAY. Fact is, OBAMALINSKY is a foreigner, an imposter and INELIGIBLE in any FORM OR FASHION, besides being incredibly inept and anti-American. This is what the Founders were extremely worried about, and WHY they phrased Article 2 the way they did. I just wish they had been slightly more explicit. I do understand, tho, that there was no way they could have imagined the amount of evil and deceipt that we witness NOW. They were pretty good at imagining what would happen by the billboards of history. This just takes it to a whole new level. We’ve got a whole lot of work to do.
It’s amazing, the amount of deception and vitriol directed at those who only seek the truth, and respect the rule of law, unlike the imposter who seeks rule, and ignores law. With an eye to ancient observations, the enemy is no longer at the gate, and no longer slinks along the dark alleyways, whispering subversion and anarchy. The enemy now resides in the very highest post in the land, and spreads his subversion and treason openly and with contempt of the rule of law. Ignoring the consequences of this usurpation and outright treason, WILL mean death to the Republic. No less than that. The lessons of history bear this out…it is as old a story as all of mankind’s history. Why we allow it to rear its ugly head again, here, is just another proof of the fallibility of human nature, and the need to adhere, as we once did, to the Laws of Nature and Natures’ God. Get back to it now, or descend into darkness for another thousand years. Does that sound apochryphal? DAMN STRAIGHT IT DOES.
It is not a matter of if Obama is elligible – he is not – his father was not a U.S. Citizen and therefore Obama cannot be a “Natural Born Citizen” as it requires both parents be U.S.Citizens.
Biden would not be president because the document that put him on the ticket was fraudulent. Nancy Pelosi knowingly committed election fraud and treason putting Obama on the Ballot. There are many others involved and all of them should be investigated and punished. All assetts of the Obama ‘s should also be siezed and further retribution for all the taxpayer funds lost due to his fraudulent and treasonous act should be imposed on any future funds they might receive.
It will be the most shocking governmental event in history and every day we permit this fraud to continue simply adds to it. Many things can not be reversed, once done it is done. This action must be taken as soon as possible to avoid further damage to our Country.
We must take our Country back now!
Scorpio said, “Since Biden was appointed by the usurper Obama, he would NOT become President.” I can see no basis for awarding the presidency to one who gained the position through fraud. Matter of fact, if Biden knew nothing of the fraud that DNC perpetrated, I’ll munch my hat.
The only person in the line of succession who gained his position without fraud (that we know of), is Speaker Boehner. He logically would be elevated to the presidency if the chief nazi ever became unburdened of his position.
What can we do, everybody is afraid of Obummer. Not one Congressman has the fortitude to raise his/her hand and propose that we investigate the truth.

Let us not forget that a decorated Lt. Col. who was humiliated by the media, wrongly convicted and imprisoned… would immediately be exonerated, returned to full duty, given the promotion he had coming, restored with all the honor deserved, and finally deployed to Afghanistan to save American lives.
Why will us Birthers not just go away? Because the Truth matters, no matter what.
The COLB offered online does NOT have the official HDOH “embossed seal”. The seal on that forged document is “incised”. Also, the COLB seal features two dots between the fields of lettering, and a smaller “OF”. On the official seal, the fields of lettering are divided by two stars, and the word “OF” is the same size as all other lettering. The “Official” online COLB that everyone is basing Barack’s eligibility on is a TOTAL FRAUD!

When Biden becomes President couldn’t he decide that everything done by prior ineligible president is still in effect per an executive order? Ford moved the Country along with his pardon of Nixon.
If Biden became president it would only be long enough for another presidential election, likely no more than six months.
Biden would not become president. He would be deemed to be fake, as well. A fake president cannot choose as his running mate and subsequently seat a legit VP.
If the argument is there would be a systemic economic collapse upon PBO’S ouster, guess what, the rest of the Legal Government has dug us a hole to ruin which is all but assured anyway. This article points out nothing we do not already known. The real tragedy is this should
never have happened, but for the mass corruption in washington and our state legislatures.

United States Of America.” Also, to demand that they adhere to the limited enumerated

It was never intended to introduce new information, but place the Eligibility issue before a readership that may have never heard of the issue before in a light that was not colored with personal attacks and non-factual references.
