The following letter attempts to address how we resolve our current situation.
Look, patriots….
Only each of us can take responsibility for our actions. That is the nature of personal responsibility.
When I first learned that the DCCC was attacking Rush Limbaugh’s right to free speech, right after the coronation I sensed something was wrong with this picture.
All of my life I have been engaged in solving problems. I have yet to fail in my endeavor to date except in one instance…I thought I was smart enough to beat the adverse affects of light pollution on astronomical imaging. After three years of extensive experimentation I finally admitted I had met my match…I had completely failed.
However, the failure of which I speak has migrated from my backyard observatory and has become the world’s only premier remote astronomical observing resource. We cater to over 5000 research and imaging subscribers from over 100 countries across the globe. We are based on three contents, the US, New Mexico, Australia, Melbourne and Spain, Nerpio.
Two new world records were just set yesterday.
All of this came about because I failed big-time at my original objective, but the point I am trying to make is much simpler…in order to solve a problem it is my belief one must know the nature and character of the problem. I am convinced the better you understand what it is you are up against, the more successful you will be in resolving it.
While I was busy for three years failing, I learned a lot about problem-solving. Plus creating this unique global service was accomplished without the need for me to ever leave my keyboard in my home office, the same keyboard from which I now write you of this new quest.
Before OB, I was pretty much like many Americans. I had little to no experience or interest in politics. Thanks to OB, however, all of that is changed. In fact, my investigations into the root cause of the issues we face today as a nation are such a compelling force in my life that I have virtually focused all of my time in attempting to ferret out this riddle. Those of you on the receiving end of my aggressive stream of emails know very well about what I say. Most of the last two years was spent on probing, challenging and looking for weak spots within the Obama tapestry of deception from which to gather intelligence. I have accumulated tons, as many of you have also done. Making sense of all of this data, considering the dark side deliberately adds false flag information to muddy the water, has become a whole new skill set.
Within the last few days, I am now greatly encouraged and of the opinion that some marvelous folks with whom I work shared a new piece of the puzzle. This evidence very strongly suggests the answers to many of the questions that plagued me. Are we at the actual root problem? No, I think not. However, we are pretty close.
The information we now have about Congress, though, answers enough questions in my mind as to what we need to do initially to bring America back from the abyss. Convinced of this, I am willing to walk away from all other distractions and concentrate all of my efforts on this smaller unique area.
Some of you may remember that I advocated the same discipline be employed with respect to the BC. At this point it is hard to estimate if we would have made any additional progress. As I look over that matter I see we continue to be hopelessly embroiled in endless debates. I see this as the very reason the BC was interjected into the equation in the first place.
Look…it is well-known that Obama is not eligible for reason of his father’s citizenship. So it is not that the Congress does not understand he is ineligible…the problem is the Congress will do nothing about it… WHY? Why? Why?
Well, my dear patriots, I think the answer has become more apparent. Obama, Gun rights, Obamacare, Social Security, Taxation, the borders, foreign policy…all of these pale in comparison to the magnitude that all legislation and congressional action for over 100 years is null and void.

Now that is a pretty amazing revelation, and by just applying the logic of a common citizen, a reasonable person can see this one issue by far wipes the slate clean of all of the abuses that have been illegally committed against our society without the consent of the governed. So am I alone in this conclusion?
Are you inclined to see the merit of this logic? And so now to the question I was asking for your permission to ask….
First, though, before you answer, please go to your favorite mirror and look yourself in the eyes…then ask yourself whether all of the above makes sense to you?
Then…and only then, please ask yourself if this makes enough sense to put aside all of your own personal concerns and all of your own personal theories and join the rest of us who will make the decision we need to make to take back our country.
We have heard this from most of the leaders of this country who are attempting to put together enough Americans to convince those in power we mean business. Now I can understand the reticence to join in over some of the controversial issues we raised in the past. However, I think even the most pessimistic naysayers will agree on this one.
We got Congress where it hurts. Are you not outraged by the arrogance and the audacity of those who have deliberately stolen our rights, our liberty and our constitution? Are we serious enough this time, since there is little doubt about how we have been deliberately abused for over the last 100 years and if we stay the course on this one action, there is the greatest chance that in this case we will prevail?
So if you too agree after reviewing all of this material, then let me know…there are other similarly-minded patriots just looking for the opportunity to unite on this matter.

I believe if you check the US Code you will find under national security that the president has to sign a state of emergency authorization which congress can remove. That shoots a big hole through the theory proposed. The only way to get the country back is to act. That means engage everyone with a jaw hanging down going DUH. If after the elections we still have an unconstitutional regime then there will be a need to confront it just as our founders did. Make no mistake, this regime will turn ruthless if it’s house of cards begins to collapse. In fact they have no conscience now as you can tell by the mountain of lies produced daily. That mentality is not to be confused with a misunderstood person, they fully believe they have every right to do as they wish to anyone if it means they will succeed. To win we must make it impossible for them to collect money without your acting. That is all we need to accomplish. The feds must be forced to come looking just as the British kings men we sent out to harass and claim property. At that point they are in your house and you can defend it.
It would be nice to get rid of the 14th amendment and start all over with a new amendment with the good parts and leave out the bad. But I doubt it will ever happen. I too will continue to try and understand as much as I can and continue to research but I have yet to see a solution that I feel is really going to work.

Obama researcher, I agree with most of your remarks. However, banishing Obama would nullify and void everything he signed………which cures most of our immediate problems ( certainly far greater than your stated 1% ) and makes this a very high priority.
I believe that getting rid of Obama via ineligibility would be by far the most effective and useful way to fix not only our immediate problems, but many of those of the future. To reveal the election fraud that appears to have happened as part of getting the usurper elected would set the progressives back 50 years. They know this and it’s why they fight this issue with everything they have. Sending Obama and the many who enable him in this the biggest scam in history to the kind of justice they deserve would be most satisfying.
All other “fixes” for the immediate problem pale in comparison.
I am a Physicist trained as Arnie says to look deep into the problem. I have done that for several years now. I agree the problem is deep. But I have also learned that there are so called levels of reality. Thus there are problems that show up differently at different levels. Obama not being a NBC is one level. The Fed Reserve is a deeper level. Control over the minds of our youth via our education system is another problem linked to the lost of spiritual strength of the nation.
The Federal Reserve system is a vicious ponzi scheme that must be broken. It has the country in the grips of an all consuming creeping interest rates. There is no reason for a sovereign country to be paying interest to a private company.
I find it interesting that the last time the public really got up in arms and picketed the country strongly was in opposition to the monatary policy opposing the Federal Reserve. But once the people lost that battle they seemed to give up.
I believe all the money or FRN federal reserve notes are phony money and the people can walk away from all FRN debt as unconstitutional thus never repaying the so called debt. That would leave the politicians with no power and no money of value. Although I believe today they are exchanging the phony paper FRN for gold in their personal hidden swiss bank accounts.
Yes the overthrow of the past 170 years of phony laws of the US is desperately needed. We must get back to the original Constitution. Nothing else will solve the problems. It seems to me one of the big problems is the lust by politicians for money. The easy way is to tax the people. Get the companies and people working hard and then take the money away from them via taxes. It is all a scam. The corruption of our government is now seen to be more than 100 years without stop. Another major problem is that as I read somewhere that professional politicians are professional liars. Everything is a lie and we are naive and believe the liars. Hard to stop that problem. Where and how do we find honest people to run the government?
I have had some deep insites into the problem but have not come close to a solution. I feel like getting rid of Obama is 1% of the problem. I fear that we will think mission accomplished but still be in the death hold of the 99%.
The United States got too powerful and too financiall rich. It became a magnet for those lusting money and power. We have naively lived with the wolf in charge of the hen house believing they would not eat the chickens. Now we are waking up to the tip of the iceburg of the enormous problems we face.
One thing I have found interesting is the incredible depth of understanding of government that the Founding Fathers had for setting up this Constitution. They missed on the expansion of the concept of commerce until the federal gov has swallowed everything. They also missed on the banking problems we have faced all our history.
Our problem is not being solved by a massive standing army all around the world. The enemy is in DC and all the political offices in America. We are being consumed from within.
Arnie, I will do anything I can to assist you and other patriots in getting Congress to recognize our existence. Your dedication is very impressive, and that’s an understatement.
It is difficult for me at this point to understand the method we are supposed to use to get Congress to wake up and do their jobs based on the “government is a Corporation” information provided. Congress has steadfastly ignored millions of angry people and mountains of easy to understand evidence of the biggest fraud/scam in history. They know they are violation their of their oath to the Constitution and they don’t give a rip.
How is this issue, which I admit I don’t yet fully comprehend as something that can be used to get the attention of politicians, going to register in the brain-dead citizens who do not respond to anything not delivered to them by the MSM and the “controlled opposition”, Fox News?
Is the key issue trying to get Congress to admit the 14th amendment is invalid because it was never ratified?
I don’t believe the issue we are trying to get Congress to recognize, Obama’s ineligibility per the Constitution, is the problem…the problem is Congress isn’t going to respond to ANYTHING that rocks the boat of the personal gold mine they are part of. How will the 14th amendment issue, which has been discussed many times in the past, be something they will acknowledge and act on when nothing else with respect to the Constitution is?
Not wanting to be negative Arnie, and I will continue to watch the videos, read the information and try to understand what I can do that would make this issue different than the others….and hopefully successful in the goal of removing the usurper and his enablers from power and preventing any other politicians from ignoring the original Constitution.
Point me in the right direction on any issue that has a chance of saving America and I will do my best to help make it work.
But, effective or not, my efforts to push the eligibility issue and assist those who are pursuing it, “successfully” or not, will not stop.

I have followed Bruce for a long time, spent hours reading and researching the material available on his Site, and posted in many places about the 14th Amendment and associated articles. Seems to me, however that this information, along with the “Organic Constitution and Oath” as compared to the “Corporate Constitution and Oath” that came about when “WE the People” lost our “TRUE Sovereignty” and became “Corporate Strawmen” with the change from the “Republic” presented to us by the “Founding Fathers” to: THE U.S. CORP.” is grossly misunderstood and ignored!! I an in NO way fully informed or schooled in this matter, but just a CITIZEN that has an opinion about the Government-(Corporation?)-and doesn’t care much for what I have read and researched!
The “True Color of Government”, in my humble-(probably incorrect)-opinion is that for over 100 years, the Citizens have been SUBVERTED by the Bankrupt entity we call the U.S. Government-(U.S. Corp.)-they became the Worlds Reserve Currency, and as such can PRINT MONEY and therefore NEVER go BANKRUPT-(thus, our National Debt)-and the Citizens are paying the price in Taxes, e.t.c.

I certainly agree with Arnie and Mr. Riggs that if you don’t understand, much less admit, the nature of a problem it is difficult to fix it.
It wasn’t my intention to use Arnie as an example of his own argument; however, since he had to write of his own astronomy experiences like a motivational book advertisement to impress us I find I can’t help myself, even though I agree in principle with his concerns for our country.
Simply put the same powers that have corrupted our religious, political, judicial, and educational institutions have also decidedly with malicious intent corrupted our scientific communities. There is no better example of this to be found than in the field of astro-physics. The greatest example of the nonsense spewed out by those in the pay of the powers that be can be found in the writings, theories, and gobbly gook of everyones’ greatest uncle: Uncle Albert. Einsteinian Relativity where nothing goes faster than the speed of light including opposite light rays from an electric lamp, which while each proceeds at the speed of light away from the person standing next to the lamp they only proceeding away from each other at the same speed due to time dilation and anything else the official scientific tellers of tales can think up like LSD addicts detailing their spiritual experiences. Or how about the great nothingness of space through which phantom incorporal electro-magnetic waves pass like Halloween ghostly hosts, or more better the fevered hallucinations of the DT challenged? Waves are nothing more than the synchronized movement of particles that make up a mass: each particle moves a bit pushing the one next to it then recedes more or less back to where it was to begin with – how are you going to accomplish that in the Nothingness of Space? It can’t be done. Black Holes, like neutron stars, violate every fundamental principle of physics and common sense but are worshipped at the altar of establishment science, all the while there is not one factual piece of evidence in support but only circular reasoning and specious nonsense spewed out like a bad case of cholera. We are assured stars are gigantic gravity compressed fusion bombs but again little to no evidence exists to support this contention while there is no doubt that what we see in our sky is a gigantic glow discharge which is fundamental to high voltage events. In this case our Sun is beyond doubt acting as a huge anode with a positive charge in the billions as compared to Earth’s charge. The use of Red Shift to determine astronomical distances is not supportable by the evidence, for it has been known for decades that highly red shifted Quasars exist in front of galaxies and nebula that have much lower red shift levels yet this fact is ignored by the main stream because it falsifies their pet theories which are a sorry mash of ad hoc nonsense tacked on over more nonsense. The fact of the matter is that many dimly seen objects said to be huge and brilliant but far far away are simply not so bright and not so far, much like those who make reputations on claiming the former.
Our Sun expends unimaginable amounts of energy every second; nearly all the energy we have access to here on Earth is related either directly or indirectly to our Sun yet we are told while living in this never ceasing undulation of an unthinkable energy rich environment that we are in a constant energy crisis.The question people should be asking is why all these lies have been deliberately spread and supported with so much industry and expenditure of capital? It is for the same reason all the corruption goes on in every venue of our lives: power and control.
It is all related and if Arnie demonstrates such a lack of critical thinking in his own professed area of expertise the question has to be asked just how well does he understand the nature of the beast attempting to consume our country. I am not questioning his intent or patriotism, nor his call to arms. I agree with all that, but the situation is probably much more complex, while also being much simpler than he knows, and everyone concerned needs to try to understand it all if for no other reason than to come to terms with the only answer to it we have left.
