Dear Congressman,
From petition numbers by state that I am privy to, I know you have been contacted innumerable times about the ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve as POTUS. He has consistently and stubbornly refused to quell the clamor for his credentials that would either clear him for the presidency, or would force his resignation as a usurper. The www.thepostemail.com online newspaper is keeping tally on all the contacts readers have made to all 50 states in a quest to get our Congressmen to do what they swore to do: support and defend our Constitution. It is a national disgrace that our Congress KNOWS there is a problem with Obama, who had an African father, thus disqualifying him from the presidency, because of the requirement that one “SHALL BE” a “natural born citizen”. There is no doubt that that means having TWO American parents, not one. Do not be cowed by any attempt at a charge of a “witch hunt” from either the Dems or your own party. You have the power, Congressman, to subpoena Obama’s records and make the determination that Americans have been waiting 2-1/2 yrs for. For too long the Democrats have steam-rolled the Republicans, who in trying to retain civil discourse, have instead capitulated to the Democrats race-baiting and every other form of intimidation that they could level at the Republicans.
It is high-time the Republicans, and you especially because of the position of trust and authority you are in, investigate the People’s claims that Barack Hussein Obama is NOT ELIGIBLE UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION TO SERVE AS PRESIDENT! We are never going to give up getting to the truth, and if our elected officials fail us on this most critical issue, God help you, because we will do everything in our power to vote you out and Tea Party candidates in. We are sick and tired of RINOs who “go along to get along”. Investigate Obama, and the sooner the better, because what is happening in the Middle East could very well happen here in this country. All of our elected officials have turned a deaf ear to us for going on three years now and that has to end. You have the power, Congressman; use it!
Republicans are now in the majority, and this is an opportunity that may not present itself again in the near future. But do Republicans have the backbone and fidelity to our Constitution and their oath to support and defend it? We the People are waiting for our elected representatives to show if they are worthy of our vote that put them in office.
No one can possibly be a “natural born Citizen” of two different countries. Two of Obama’s staunchest advocates/defenders themselves prove he’s not a “natural born Citizen” and therefore ineligible to have campaigned for much less serve as POTUS.

This issue has a long time ago passed the “If” level. Obama IS a USURPER.
My Republican congressional representative has apparently blocked my emails, and here I sit in February still awaiting a return receipt for the certified letter I mailed to her early on January 10. Wouldn’t surprise me if Her Highness’s staff refused to even sign for the letter. Such is the representation I have in “the People’s House.”
Please send me more information about who your Rep is. I would like to follow-up on this with a formal complaint.

Recipients of Certified mail MUST sign for or stamp receipt for it or it should not be delivered by the USPS. In any event, the USPS must notify you of any declination by a recipient to sign. You did PAY for this service.
Good letter but to make it explicitly clear in this sentence a couple more adjectives could have been added. It is not that his father was African but that his father was a foreign national and not a U.S. Citizen, not even an immigrant to the USA. So in this sentence if others write change it …

there is a problem with Obama, who had a non-U.S. Citizen, foreign national African father, thus disqualifying him from the presidency
Because these people in Congress weave and dodge on the words in your letters you have to make it explicitly clear to these people in Congress what the main issue is … i.e., that Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen, not even an immigrant, nor even a permanent resident in the USA. He was a foreign national sojourning here for a few years attending college. The child of a foreign national father is NOT a natural born Citizen of the United States to constitutional standards.

THEY CAN’T READ or UNDERSTAND the Constitution, it is over 100 years OLD, and HARD to UNDERSTAND!!
IF they would have PAID ATTENTION in COLLEGE READING CLASSES, Maybe they could INTERPOLATE SIMPLE ENGLISH!!

535 “Representatives of the People??”, are IN “CONTEMPT of the Constitution of the United States of America”~~WHAT PART of THAT is SO DIFFICULT to UNDERSTAND!!??
We still speak the same English the founders did. It has been written in today’s vernacular as well. “No person except a natural-born citizen…” is not incomprehensible.
