(Jan. 23, 2011) — During the holiday season, we are supposed to hang mistletoe, not U.S. Army officers. But this last Christmas season, the Obama regime sentenced highly-decorated U.S. Army surgeon Col. Terry Lakin to six months in prison and dismissed him from the Army without pay. After 18 years of honorable service to our nation, Lakin was also stripped of all his military benefits. Terry Lakin is now behind bars at Ft. Leavenworth.
Col. Lakin had refused redeployment orders to Afghanistan because of Obama’s inability to prove his Constitutional eligibility to be the President. Col. Lakin stated that he would report for duty immediately upon the release of Obama’s long-form birth certificate.
Didn’t Obama promise us that transparency would be the cornerstone of his administration? Didn’t Obama release top- secret CIA documents that endangered the USA’s national security? But rather than simply release his long-form birth certificate, Barack Obama sent Col. Terry Lakin to Leavenworth Military Prison three days before Christmas.
Col. Lakin is married and has three children ages 3, 8 and 11. Terry’s devastated wife Pili is also a doctor.

- Why is the “Certification of Live Birth” that Obama has offered for his Constitutional eligibility to be the President of the United States dated August 8, 1961, four days after the day Obama was allegedly born on August 4, 1961?
- Why has Obama spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees to fight the release of his birth certificate?
- Why did Obama send a decorated US Army officer to prison when he could have been TRANSPARENT, put his birth certificate on C- Span and resolved the matter peacefully?
The Facts
Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” could have been obtained by an “in person” report from his grandparents.
The address given in the Hawaiian newspaper announcement of Obama’s birth was the home of his grandparents, NOT a hospital.
The newly-elected Democratic Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, announced that he has conducted a thorough investigation and search but, alas, he cannot find Obama’s hospital-generated, long-form birth certificate anywhere on record in the State of Hawaii.
The Emperor has no clothes on and no one in the media will say a word! Where are the journalists?
We Americans need the House of Representatives to launch an immediate and full scale Congressional Investigation in order to answer all these vital national questions. Examine Barack Obama’s legitimacy to be President and make Obama undergo the same intense scrutiny for Presidential eligibility that John McCain underwent. Obama and the Democrats should welcome this investigation after all: “Honest men have nothing to hide.”

That begs the question: Then from which vital documents did the Hawaii Department of Health cull the information to produce Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth”?
Then again, I’m not aware of any Hawaii Department of Health official or anyone in the Obama administration who has verified that Obama requested a “Certification of Live Birth”, or any Hawaii Department of Health official who has verified the authenticity of Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth”.
Simply put, the foregoing mean Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” is most likely a forgery.
I’m a fading 69 year old Vietnam vet. I never thought I’d see this but Colonel Terrence Lakin has become a political prisoner. If I were able, physically and financially, I’d organize a perpetual vigil (small but vocal) outside Leavenworth prison until such time as Colonel Lakin is released. He needs our support more than ever. He needs to know that he has not been abandoned.

In addition to contacting Speaker John Boehner and GOP Leader, Eric Cantor, please meet with your state reps to enact legislation requiring all presidential candidates to show proof of citizenship (ie. Long-Form Birth Certificate) for the 2012 election. Obama’s narcissistic arrogance finds him in campaign mode (did he ever leave it?) with his headquarters now being set up in Chicago in preparation for the 2012 election. Let us band together, brothers & sisters! America cannot survive 4 more years with a probable usurper destroying our Republic.
I can tell from the reaction I get to my “commuter message boards” that the tide of public opinion seems to be turning on the eligibility issue of the criminal fraud in the White House.
For about the past year I have placed 8.5″ x 11″ cardboard message boards about the usurper propped up against the inside of the rear window of my car, one on the right side, one on the left. The signs go up during my daily commute to work and on other long drives. When I park in an unsecured public area, they go down until I get back to my car. The actual messages are printed on 8.5″ x 11″ sheets of paper that I paperclip to the cardboard. For a long time there was a photo of my car that many of you may have seen at the bottom of The Post & Email homepage.
A year ago I used to get almost as many negative reactions as positive (one idiot even tailgated me very close at speed with his brights on for about 15 minutes – too bad I didn’t think to dial 911 and sic the cops on him). Now, almost all the reactions are positive (lots of thumbs ups).
I have a variety of messages that I rotate onto the sign boards. In December I replaced the two line message:
Born a Brit, NOT Legit!
Obama is not a natural born Citizen
with this message:
Free Lt. Col. Lakin! (large picture of him in uniform)
Jail Obama! (smaller picture of the usurper looking very shifty)
The other sign simply states in large easy-to-read letters:
NObama!
Usurper OUT!
I believe it is important for everyone to get our message out so other supporters of the Constitution know that they are not alone and become emboldened in turn to bring our message to even more Americans and to let the weakling politicians know how many of us there are and how riled up we are. I suggest that everyone start placing similar signs in the rear window of their cars. I think this simple act can really overcome the propaganda of the regime-stream media and can grow and strengthen the public meme about the criminal fraud currently squatting in The People’s White House.

Folks, it’s time for Lucas Smith to be heard by Congress.
The congress, senate, the supreme court, and the legislature and courts of every one
of the states of this nation have a well established history of subverting our constitution
and eroding the rights of the people so eloquently enshrined within.
Since the instituting of the federal reserve and the i.r.s.,all these governing bodies have
shone there indifference, and even contempt for the masses. The masses should have
been as incensed then as they should be now.
Relying on these officials,WHO DO HAVE THE AUTHORITY, to act of their own volition
has been just as fruitless as expecting a legitimate hearing in any court of this land,
standing notwithstanding. They are not going to uphold the Constitution regardless of
their oath. Their evil is complete and entrenched throughout.
It is quite clear if our Constitution is to survive, it’s revival will be in the hands of the people.
Rock Peters is exactly right: if Obama is eligible, what does Congress have to fear from a thorough and fair vetting of his credentials, as Congress is supposed to do per the 20th Amendment for each and every president-elect?
But Congress fears the truth because Congress has been derelict in its duty and wants no part of the the truth if it might upset African-Americans, even though Obama is not an African-American. Obama shares no part of the rich African-American heritage of this country. Rather, he is a mulatto Kenyan-American who is probably not even a U.S. citizen, much less a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution. It is absurd for there to be any question whatsoever about the unitary, natural-born citizenship of a U.S. president.
Obama’s State of the Union speech on Tuesday should be laughed at from start to finish. What a farce it all is!
