Open Letter to Congressman Rohrabacher

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher grew up and attended college in California and worked in the Reagan White House. Why won't he come forward and question Obama's eligibility? What would Reagan have done?

Congressman Rohrabacher:

Admittedly, since the beginning of the Obamination of America, I have been a real pain in your conscience.  And so it has been as it should have been.

In my view, I feel you have betrayed the American people and me.  Not only am I disappointed, but as you so keenly observed in previous emails, I am quite angry.  I am angry to the point that I am not likely to forgive you or any members of this Congress who have perpetrated what in my opinion can only be called a conspiracy.   A conspiracy to sell out the American Republic.

For over 21 years you have represented the 46th District in California. And to your credit, you have always maintained a voting record consistent with the best of conservatives.  So, on that basis alone…who could complain?

In a word, Congressman…”me.” Why me, you might ask?  Because I believe in a complete job and not a band-aid patch!  Almost from the very beginning of Mr. Obama’s reign of terror, members of Congress like you were very busy ignoring this obvious pink elephant sitting in the White House.

You were making all types of excuses and offering lots of ridiculous reasons why you and the rest of the 111th Congress persisted in conducting business as usual when the entire time we all knew there was a serious problem, a problem you all refused to address and which many of you still refuse to address.

Well, Congressman Rohrabacher, I will endeavor to encourage you to do the right thing but to also apply the same degree of conscience to the rest of Congress.  To whatever extent this exercise is successful, it will indicate the sincere efforts by the Congress to correct a wrong about which we all are aware and for which they are responsible.

On more than one occasion I have pointed out that you were elected to represent the people of the 46th District.  There is more to representing the electorate than just voting right, especially in critical times such as we now face with a Communist government that you and your colleagues of the 111th Congress permitted to form right under your respective noses.

To add to this betrayal of the American people, the 111th Congress not only permitted the subversion of the  government to occur but all of the members of Congress also aided and abetted the domestic enemy, Mr. Obama, to proceed.

When I visited your office regarding my concerns about this matter in the early part of 2009, you even had the unmitigated gall to give me your personal assurances that Mr. Obama’s eligibility issue was resolved to your satisfaction, that you were especially familiar with the issues and that it was of no consequence.

Of course you are now aware that recent documents obtained from the Congressional Research Service would indicate otherwise. At this point, we now know your statements were false and your credibility is now suspect.

Since you like things brief and to the point, let me cut to the chase. Additional documents from the Congressional Research Service would indicate a variety of options you, as a member of Congress, have at your disposal to deal with the current rogue administration headed by the illegal usurper Mr. Obama.   The question is:   do you have the strength of character and courage of your conviction to do what is best for this nation?

To further enable you to recognize your responsibilities and to the extent of your authority as a Congressman, please see sections from the attached Congressional Oversight Manual.

Congressman, it is as clear as the nose on your face that Congress has it within its authority to not only regain control of the executive branch, but to also remove the czars and take whatever other measures are required to restore the integrity of our Constitution.

You and other members of Congress have alluded to a situation where you were powerless to accomplish anything because of the minority status of the party to which you belong.  I am sorry, Congressman…I simply do not buy that for a moment since following the supreme law of the land is not a partisan issue; it is a matter of law!

  • So let us not hear any more lame excuses about not having the necessary political support to do the right thing by this nation.
  • Let us not here any more lame excuses for not doing the job for which you were elected.
  • And let us not hear any more lame excuses for not doing the job for which you are being paid!

When you were elected over 21 years ago, we were a nation of laws. If we have become anything less, it was on your watch. Now it is only fitting and proper for you to clean up your own mess!  Now you are expected to take whatever steps are necessary to correct your dereliction of duty.

We now all know the truth.  Game time is over.  We are in a very serious situation and we expect you as our representative to fix the problem which your colleagues and you created!  This Constitutional crisis, Congressman Rohrabacher, is of your creation.  You are now expected to do the right thing and fix it!

And what better time for you to redeem yourself?  This lame duck session is the perfect time for you and the rest of your fellow congressional representatives to demonstrate to your constituents your intellectual integrity, morality and ethics in placing this country’s government back on the right path, a path that will enable us to regain our freedom and constitutionally-guaranteed right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Congressman Rohrabacher, we are counting on you to do the right thing.  We are simply asking you to do the job for which you were elected, the job for which you so willingly accepted responsibility.

Your response will be appreciated.
