I have mentioned what I am about to say on various blogs and received plenty of flak, deletions and blacklists for it.
You are military officers and enlisted, and must stand up and fight for yourselves in large numbers. Otherwise expect the total loss of your freedoms like you’ve had a taste of already. Your right to vote has been prevented. Your second amendment right has been compromised. Your first amendment right has been squashed. And your right to military trial by jury has also been stripped away. Why are you still serving when you don’t file grievances against the government or take action??? There is no point in serving when you lose your inalienable rights granted to you by God and protected by the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution you swore to uphold! There are no exceptions!
Heroes understand the Constitution and protect it. Cowards run and hide in fear of their careers or wrongful imprisonment. Strong words? Perhaps. But ask yourselves what the Rebels would classify you as in 1775. Would they deem your “hush-hush” attitude as noble? Honorable? Dignified? No military body is worth serving or keeping when the very rights it’s designed to protect are being stripped away from the very soldiers who serve in it. Our framing fathers would be rolling around in their graves and taking up arms against the force themselves. This is a crime against the United States and it jeopardizes our nation far more than any usurper, Congress, or any foreign enemy. Why is this being kept a secret? What are you afraid of? Imprisonment? Loss of “valor”? Loss of a job? Career in shambles? I know hundreds of active duty and they’re all afraid to even discuss it behind closed doors. Why? The first patriots of this nation didn’t do this. They fought back. Lakin and Fitzpatrick both took a stand and they are TRUE SOLDIERS. They are TRUE PATRIOTS. They are true HEROES. They are taking the lead.
Our founding fathers swore to prevent a mercenary force from forming again by empowering Congress to cut funding for any Army or Navy after 2 years. Why? It’s because the well regulated decentralized Militia was intended to maintain an Army and Navy during peacetime, not a standing army. It’s clearly evident by reading the complete documentation found in the Congressional notes of the first Constitutional Convention. You do not serve the King’s Legions. You serve the nation and the Constitution.
Unfortunately, peacetime militias have been replaced by a standing military and Congress continues to usurp powers it doesn’t have by directly funding the military budget during peacetime operations. There hasn’t been a declaration of war since 1942 against Romania!!! When this happens the entire system becomes corrupted as terms aren’t limited and Unconstitutional military authority is not contained. We see corruption at a boilover point in the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches because of this. The longer people serve, the more likely corruption abounds. No checks and balances occur and the system ultimately implodes.
My heart goes out to all the career service men and women. This is not easy. But the time is NOW to take a stand to protect your own freedoms and the freedom of the citizens of the United States. The people of the U.S. will back you. We know you protect us. You are our fellow citizens and we are here to help. But we can’t help you if you don’t help yourselves. Take a stand NOW before there is no military or nation left to serve! Be heroes by fighting the enemies from within. Otherwise all of commendable actions you have done might very well be for naught.

Respectfully, sir, I could not disagree more. The issue of Obama’s ineligibility has never mattered more than it does today, right now. The birth certificate is a smoke screen, a ploy to divert our attention from the fact that Obama has never been eligible to be CIC and president, under article II, section I, clause V of the constitution – the natural born citizen clause. Obama’s father was a Kenyan – thus, Barry Soetoro fails the test.
The permanent, corrupt political class has hated the natural born citizen clause for years, and has chafed under the limits set by the constitution. Finally, drunk on their own power, they’ve moved into the open by defying our nation’s most sacred document and the laws and traditions therein. They are working furiously to shove the Obama affair back under the rug, hoping to make it through the 2012 elections. Why? Because the precedent of a non-natural born citizen as POTUS will have been established. Our political class will have also successfully pulled off the biggest fraud ever perpetrated against the American people – without being caught.
A lawless political elite willing to subvert one of the most important provisions in the constitution, one governing the selection of most powerful political figure in the land, will not hesitate to break any of the other provisions of the constitution they find inconvenient or difficult to abide by.

Jerry, you are missing the point, which is that we – the citizens of the United States – expect a higher standard of conduct from the military than from ordinary citizens – and a substantial number of uniformed personnel aren’t meeting it. In part, this expectation is because of the awesome powers vested in members of the armed forces, including the ultimate power – that of taking another life. Officers swear an oath not to a specific president, politician, or other individual but to the constitution and the republic for which it stands. The sworn duty of the most senior flag/general officers, upon Obama’s de facto coup d’etat to gain the White House, was to demand – not ask – demand clarification from Congress and the Supreme Court, of Obama’s constitutional standing to serve as CIC of the U.S. armed forces before carrying our orders from Obama. If such clarification was not forthcoming, the JCS should have resigned en mass in protest and demanding an immediate investigation of the CIC on national TV. They didn’t do these things; instead they acted as little more than trained lapdogs for Obama, meeking submitting to his orders without any comment whatsoever.
Thanks to the political miconduct and treason of our civilian leaders, and the failure to adhere to their sworn oaths of office by our most senior officers, our nation is in the midst of a constitutional crisis unlike any in its history – the presence of a possibly illegal and illegitimate CIC in the Oval Office. Worse yet, nothing is being done about it by the people in the position to take meaningful action.
Concerned civilians, and junior/mid-level officers such as LTC Terry Lakin, M.D. have tried to do the work their superiors were supposed to do but didn’t – but have gotten nowhere to date using conventional, legal channels of redress. Lakin was thrown to the wolves by the army high command, “pour encourager les autres,” (as a warning to others) in a manner errily reminiscent of the infamous Dreyfus Affair in 1880s France.
So, you see – the military is not the flawless institution you seem to imply. The truth of the matter is that some people in the military are prepared to uphold their oaths and duties to the letter, while others are not. The willingness to follow orders and mastery of the military profession is not enough in a free republic such as our own, to make a true citizen-soldier. Such a person must also exercise moral judgment as to the legality and veracity of his orders, and if such orders are found wanting or questionable, he must refuse to carry them out – just as Col. Lakin did.
Soldiers who do not exercise moral judgment become automatons, like the legions of Hitler’s Germany. You will recall that in Hitler’s Germany, soldiers swore their oaths to the Fuhrer personally.
From this writer’s vantage point, our active military is going about its business as if nothing has changed, when in fact everything has changed. The heavy lifting on Obama’s ineligibility is being done by military retirees and normal citizens. You are angry that some people “think of our military as a bunch of ignorant, uninformed puppets.” Perhaps such views would rarer if our armed forces – in particular our senior officers – did their constitutional duties as prescribed by their oaths of office.
I have tried to make contacts with the military on the new gay issues and on POTUS. Everyone without exception would kill me if they had the chance. I am desperately afraid for our country. I don’t think they will protect the citizens and will instead support and protect the usurpers.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: Unfortunately, we have seen the military covering up for the usurpers for the last two years with no end in sight. They know Obama committed fraud and usurped the office of the presidency, but they do nothing. Instead, they are aiming to put away LTC Lakin.

First and foremost thank you and the other members of your family for your military service. My father served 37 years in the Army and was a WWII and the Korean Conflict Veteran, and I served 4 years in the Army and am a Vietnam (Era) Veteran. I agree that Obama’s birth certificate doesn’t matter anymore (it never really has) — what has and still matters is that if Obama’s father is in fact who he claims it is then Obama CANNOT be eligible to serve as POTUS/CIC because his father never was a U.S. citizen in any way, shape or form and at least four legacy SCOTUS rulings have been based on “natural born Citizen” meaning born in the country to citizen parents (plural) of the country.
In addition, and specifically as it applies to LTC Lakin’s Courts Martial, the Oath that military Officers take is significantly different than the oath that Enlisted Personnel take, to wit:
“I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
In other words, military Officers take an Oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution SPECIFICALLY AND ONLY!

Please accept my profound apology. I was under the impression you were the one who wrote the open letter. As for may attitude I concede it may not align with what Jesus taught. I’m one of those crazy PTSD war vets and sometimes I go off when I shouldn’t. Please forgive me. I have very thin skin where the military are concerned. I may be retired and nuts but I remain a patriot in distress. I what the politicians are doing to our country and it sickens me. I just don’t want our military to lower themselves to Obama’s level and fail to honor their commitments. Of course it matters. He’s the Commander in Chief, for now.” In the first place, being a natural born Citizen is a mandatory requirement for office that depends on more than a birth certificate. But there is strong documentation, including a birth certificate, that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is not even a plain vanilla citizen, much less nbc. So the commander of all our armed forces–think about this, please–is probably a foreigner and is certainly not constitutionally fit for office.
Yet Jerry N says it does not matter. What folly.
If we had been beaten in a fair fight, yes, then we should accept the result and wait for the next election. But the whole point is that the Democrats broke the rules, so why should we acquiesce to a fraudulent election amounting to a coup d’etat? (See the MacPUBLIUS post below.)
It is a deplorable fallacy to think we have to let Obama’s usurpation stand. No, it must not stand, for it is standing upon and grinding into the dirt the discarded Constitution that is the basis for our civil order. Obama’s ineligibility matters a great deal and must be dealt with ASAP.
Impeachment is not necessary for an unqualified president-elect. Congress could exercise its authority under Amendment 20, Section 3, to declare that Obama has failed to qualify for the office. Or the Joint Chiefs could demand his resignation and escort him out of the White House tomorrow.
Okay, now let me start with the fact I am a USAF retired veteran. I’m 100% disabled. The mother of my children is a USAF retired veteran and my son-in-law is a USAF retired veteran. My father-in-law was a retired Navy officer and a WWII and Korean veteran.
I took part in the Vietnam and Persian Gulf war and many others you people may have never heard of because we did our duty. I am a highly decorated veteran for my service to this country. Do you think those medals mean anything? Do they make the nightmares go away?
I’m a conservative Republican as is my wife and my family. My nephew just left the USAF after serving 6 years “2 tours in Iraq”.
I have heard this kind of BS before. During Vietnam we were cursed, spat upon and called unimaginable things. Were we demoralized? You bet. Did we like the war? Hell no and we knew we were fighting for nothing and returning to a mostly hostile country towards us. We endured a lot of terrible years because of that war.
Fast forward to now. I can say without hesitation that 99% of the men and women in the military would not even consider what you are suggesting. Walk away from their posts!!! Are you nuts? Are they cowards? Hell no! They are patriots!!!
When it gets tough, like now, our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines will continue to do their duty to serve America, follow the orders they are sworn to uphold and defend our constitution any legal way they can. They vote!
They will tuff it out so we can have the freedom to change what is wrong. We, the military, know we give up some of our rights in order to make this country safe for our families. Our families also know they are going to have to buckle down and make adjustments.
I can say without hesitation that I have no respect whatsoever for Obama. It saddens me to see what he has done and continues to do to this country. It sickens me to see Obama knowing he has no love or pride in America.
If you think for one minute that our military are ignorant or uninformed about what is happening in America you are dead wrong. They do not live in a vacuum. They can hear, see and read what is being done to America by this administration.

I did not write that the military is ignorant nor uninformed. I suggested that
their news may be censored. You may recall this censorship of mail
during WW2. I do not put anything past this counterfeit administration.
Which gets me to another point. You may be gung ho to serve your
country through all its ups and downs, and that is very noble.
However, these men and women are not serving valid orders from
a legitimate ‘commander-in-chief’… this is the ESSENCE of the whole
problem regarding military at their posts. That is why LTC Lakin is
going through a nightmare which no one would wish on any soldier,
sailor or marine. He is doing this for you and for me and millions of
so-called- patriots.. a great label, I might add.
I also was a WAF and served in Flight Service ( similar to Base Ops
on the flight line). I am also a born-again Christian . In my post, God
was not mentioned and if He were mentioned, it would be in the
context of serving God, our country, and our countrymen/women.
The tiniest little problem is, according to learned researchers, that
serving COUNTRY under an impostor/fraud/criminal/muslim/dictator/
madman is not a good move for the military. You can read all about

Serving God … what would He expect of His people? Well, He
slew lots of armies and lots of dictators and a good many
leaders.. because they were ungodly.
Ungodly describes Obama and his minions… more of his
followers than space permits. Obama has ruined lives,
companies, and has forced the military to basically not defend
themselves. I just saw on Fox News that the military sucide rate
is up over 200+ so far this year; It used to be in the 100’s.
Does this mean that the military are no longer trusting our
“leadership” and its mandates? For instance, waiting months for
new troops to come in because Mr. Obama was cooling his
heels? Or not being able to vote? Or because their pay
checks may be cut? (that was on the news a month or so
ago though I have not followed the story to see if it panned
out that way.)
It isn’t a question of the military ‘selling out’ as you put it.
It is a case of them protecting their own careers and lives
should they be held accountable for following an illegal
order from a muslim who has infiltrated America with
the purpose of bringing America down.
That is what he trained for, according to Tom Fife’s on-the-spot
encounter in Russia. (long story but proven to be true.)
The posts concerning Mr. Obama on this and other
boards are not gibberish.
Gibberish are the words condemning others, without thinking
clearly about the issue at hand and the facets thereof.
I hope that other veterans do not have the same outlook
regarding the inspired endeavors to rid America of this
madman, whether in a bloodless coup or in an outright civil war.
Legally would be good… but the judges have been, in many
cases so far, either bought out or are following the NWO agenda.
What happened with Fitzpatrick and is happening with Lakin,
can only be described as subversive and corrupt.
We do need the military, not in Afghanistan or Iraq or
some far off heathen country, but right here at home,

I cannot argue with you because you obviously are blinded by your hatred for Obama. You say you know hundreds of service people. I know thousands and the majority do not trust Obama or the Democrats. No they do not like serving under him. However many, like myself, have served under many presidents we did not like or trust but we do trust this country and it’s people and we will stand by her and do our duty. We can change things with our votes. November will undoubtably be a windfall for the Republican party. Unfortunately Obama will still maintain his veto powers but I believe the people who illegally put him in the White House will be his undoing.
There are situations where people are treated unfairly and there are mistakes made but we will prevail. Have faith in the American spirit. This isn’t the 1700s and the world is a very deadly place.
I worked as a recruiter in the mid 80s and we based our needs on projected losses of people who were getting out for various reasons. We projected out five years to make sure we had a trained sustainable force ready to defend our country. What do you think would happen if everybody decided to walk away because they didn’t like their commanders?
You mentioned the suicide rate. Nobody is more aware of the suicide rate than the men and women in our armed forces. I know how it feels to sit waiting for more forces to save lives and obtain our objectives when they don’t come and I know what it feel like to want to die. I also know the value of life and often ask why I lived while others died. When I go to the VA hospitals I see “the look” on veterans faces. You may not understand what that is.
I know how important it is to stand behind our military and do all we can to keep their morale high.
I’m sorry but I draw the line when people, like you, say the things you are saying to our military. I remember all to well listening to Hanoi Hanna tell us the same things you are now saying and I know what it does to men and women who still believe in our country.
If you want to really help, encourage our military to vote. I never lost the right to vote.
Tell them you are proud of them for defending our country. They must not walk away from their oath like our president has.

Also if enough letters have to be signed for, it raises greater awareness by his department that the people are writing, are aware and are against this coup.

In reply to Jan who wonders just how much the forces know about what is going on [at home], there are more than enough support and non-deployed service people who will keep deployed forces ‘in the know’. I would not be surprised to discover that most of our deployed forces already know at least as much as we do about what is going on. Although I feel despair at times about ever ridding ourselves of obama, I find it improbable that a fact as significant as having an illegal alien for CinC could be kept from service people outside the U.S. for long.
What I find incredible is that Admiral Mullen undoubtedly knows that obama is a Brit and that he will not be long in the White House. Therefore, he, Mullen, along with the other treasonists, must know they are going to end up in small rooms where lethal injections are given or in prison for the rest of their lives when ‘the jig’ is finally up. I think that more of us need to assure Adm. Mullen that his worse nightmares are just a start if he does not honor his oath — soon. He needs to be convinced that we ARE going to take back our country — soon.

A birth certificate is not required as a test of Obama’s legitimacy anymore, ever since we learned he is not a natural born citizen because of his father’s British/Kenyan citizenship.
But, of course, that legal discussion is important only if we are still a country based on the rule of law, rather than the rule of man. Too bad we’re no longer operating under the rule of law.
Some call our condition now, tyranny. It’s unlawful, it is destroying our country and our culture, and it will get worse before it gets better, because communists, when in power, don’t know how to do anything constructive and positive. They only know how to loot and destroy.

I have asked this before of General Vallely. Where are all the retired Flag Officers? Powell (whom I once admired but no more) Schwarzkopf, McChrystal, Frank, and many, many more? Why are they not speaking out? I know one personally who would if he were alive today and that would be General Creighton Abrams. Where is our Washington, U.S. Grant, or George S. Patton Jr.? Sadly, we don’t make them anymore.

For all those who refuse to honor their oath to the Constitution, where
will they stand when the citizens are forced to act on their own?
Could this be why there are foreign troops within our borders training under a ruse? Think about it. I believe this is also illegal.
There was once an armed forces newspaper called The Stars and Stripes… I don’t know if it is still
being published; This letter should be published in a venue where the military men and women can read it and let their conscience be their guide;
I am wondering just how much the forces know about what is going on over here.. is their news censored? Do their relatives and friends write to them about Lakin, Obama, Lind, the czars, the corruption in high places, all of which they are, unknowingly, fighting to ‘protect.’?
Granted, they may fear courts martial, loss of income, being blacklisted from civilian employment, and a career
of 15 or more years gone down the tubes.
With foresight, looking ahead, they have to be able to see that none of that matters when their country
is being ruled by a madman who does not have their welfare as priority.
I remember the stars and stripes.
It is for good reason why our men and women in uniform are known as “The Nation’s Finest”. For they have earned that badge of honor. They have exhibited these same qualities while enduring the most horrid of challenges that would literally break the spirit and will of the common man. Though writhing pain, the stench of carnage and the grievous hues of death permeates the battlefield, the soldier never questions the validity of the orders.

It is your duty to ignore and/or combat unlawful orders. Any order from a usurper is unlawful. Not only must you challenge his orders, to obey them is illegal and is a break from the oath you gave to the constitution and the republic.
Once again, your duty is not to one man or the office of the president it is to the constitution. If your word is worth anything you must not obey unlawful orders. Anything official form the current occupant of the White House is a criminal act and therefore unlawful.
Do not forsake this country or your oath for politics, comfort or peer pressure. The road will not be easy because the stakes are too high; nevertheless your duty is clear.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff need to act now to ensure they have a legitimate Commander-in-Chief. It is ridiculous to continue being commanded by a foreigner just to keep from rocking the boat. The big brass fear disorder so they sit idly by while the basis for civil order is trampled underfoot. Pathetic.
