Why was there no vetting of Obama for president? Why will no one address the issue now?

(Aug. 25, 2010) — On July 27, 2010, former Army Capt. Neil Turner addressed the Carlsbad, CA City Council during the “Public Comment” period, at which time he spoke about the question of Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as President of the United States and the lack of vetting prior to the 2008 election.

On August 24, 2010, Capt. Turner addressed his city council for the second time.  His remarks are as follows:

Honorable Mayor, Honorable Council-members, my name is Neil Turner, founder of Citizens for the Constitution, and I am a 75-year citizen of the United States.

On 27 July, 2010, I informed this Council of major voter fraud and citizen disenfranchisement that occurred in the 2008 elections, at all City of Carlsbad polling stations, and of the high crime of treason that was occurring here in the City of Carlsbad and the Nation, due to the aforementioned voter fraud not being addressed by our public servants, our elected representatives – from City Council members all the way up through the State and Federal levels. Since the State and Federal levels have refused to respond to repeated peaceful and lawful petitioning to address these issues on the merits of the charges, that leaves it up to you, Council members, as our first, and apparently last, line of defense, to enforce our Constitutional rights.

I therefore asked you to:

1. Present the charges (with the evidence provided) to the County Criminal Grand Jury, and;

2. File charges against our Secretary of State – for placing an unvetted and ineligible candidate for President on the ballot, thereby disenfranchising every voter in the State (Presidential candidates SHALL BE ‘Natural Born’ U.S. citizens, per Article II of the Constitution);

Honorable Council Members, I do not believe you were aware of the treasonous conspiracy that has overtaken this City, but now that you are aware – with all the necessary evidence provided – I believe you either must take whatever action you can to Stop the Treason, or else become complicit in it.

We can say that:

  • We are too busy running for office, or;
  • It’s outside of our comfort zone, or;
  • We have more pressing issues to address, or;
  • Somebody at higher levels would have taken care of this before;

but I can assure you that thousands of your potential supporters would be motivated by a commitment by any of you to stand up and help restore their Constitutional rights to fair and impartial elections, to support enforcement of our Federal immigration laws, and to assure them of their Constitutional rights of an Article II Natural Born U.S. citizen for the Office of President and Commander-in-Chief.

Our Nation can survive four years of anyone as President, but it cannot survive without our Constitution.

Dietrich Bonheoffer said: “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

And Abraham Lincoln said: “To sin by silence, when they should protest, makes cowards of men.”

The silence around us in this matter of Treason to our Country, our People, and our Constitution is DEAFENING!

I ask you all to break that silence, now, before it is too late for any of us to speak.

Any and all questions are welcomed. Thank you for listening.

An eyewitness at the meeting provided the following account:

I attended Neil Turner’s second presentation to the Carlsbad, CA City Council last night, August 24, asking these public officials to take action to address the serious constitutional crisis in which the nation is engulfed, and about which they have been fully informed by Captain Turner.

We know that at least one of the council members fully supports Neil’s efforts, and claims that he has many friends who agree a “thousand percent” with Neil, yet he will not speak out.

When Neil asked the Mayor for the response Neil had been promised, the Mayor responded harshly: “Your answer is that we will do nothing.”

A second eyewitness reported this:

A man stood before a packed Carlsbad City Council meeting Tuesday night and eloquently apprised its elected city officials of their personal legal jeopardy.  In full camera view, with standing room only, the mayor and six council members sat wide-eyed as this man addressed them in a humble but firm manner.  Allowed every resident’s “three- minute public comment,” this one-time Army chopper pilot and instructor was following up after an original presentation at the previous Council meeting in July. On that occasion a handful of documented charges were presented and then deposited with the clerk.  Afterwards he was personally invited by the mayor to come back to the next meeting for his answer.

However, after the three-minute restatement of charges on this occasion (which had been directed uppermost at the president of the United States, but additionally at all elected officials that were complicit in the cover-up of his now proved ineligibility for that office), the Mayor appeared confused and disoriented. The  Army officer reminded him that he was there for the promised answer, to which the mayor answered twice with a single word, ‘Nothing.’   A considerable stir in the chambers was followed by another speaker who was so impassioned with the issues which had just been presented that he wound up escorted off the premises in handcuffs due to an angry and obscene tirade.
