A TALE OF A “FLAWED” BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOW THREATENING OUR CONSTITUTION AND OUR COUNTRY…PART II

(Jul. 21, 2010) — Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…”
U.S. Army Bronze Star recipient Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, with 18 years of faithful service to our Country, has refused to accept re-deployment to Afghanistan until Barack Obama produces his original Hawaiian birth certificate to satisfy millions challenging his claim of having been eligible to seek the Presidency of the U.S. LTC Lakin’s formal letter to Obama, requesting proof, was ignored. In standing up for our Constitution he now awaits court-martial and possible imprisonment. This tragic tale begins below.
Previously, to satisfy all challenges to his eligibility, Obama posted a document on the “Daily Kos” website, claiming it to be a true copy of his original Hawaiian birth certificate. Was this the “transparency” he promised America? It seemed so until questioners pointed out that his posted document, titled “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB) had the birth certificate number blacked out, contained no birth hospital name, no attending physician, no birth witnesses, etc. All required…all missing! An actual 1961 Certificate of Live Birth contained approximately 41 “fill-in” items. Obama’s document…13 ! When his deception was uncovered he immediately had his records declared off-limits to anyone. “Transparency” flew out the window.
The only Hawaiian document conferring natural-born status was a Certificate of Live Birth, which would have had all the above missing information on it. A “Certification of Live Birth (COLB) only confers, at best, a naturalized-citizenship status. Obama, a Constitutional scholar, was aware of this and knew that he could not allow the Hawaiia Department of Health original birth certificate to be seen, for if it agreed (as he claimed) with the COLB he had posted on Daily Kos, he was ineligible to seek the Presidency; hence, a reason for his spending (to date) over two million dollars (I repeat-over two million dollars) in legal fees to prevent disclosure! Had it been a true “Certificate of Live Birth,” he would have posted it immediately…unless it contained something incriminating.
Federal Judge James Robertson (U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.) threw out one lawsuit, saying Obama’s citizenship was “thoroughly vetted and massaged by America’s vigilant citizenry during his two year Presidential campaign.” False-then Senator Obama had his attorneys block the release of any documents which may have confirmed (or denied) his eligibility. The judge could not have seen any of the documents since he and all of America never were given access to them. Also, candidates are not vetted by “America’s vigilant citizens.” The Constitution spells out the requirements and procedure.
To each Supreme Court member I sent copies of six respectful letters over a period of nine months which I had written on this issue. Fifty-four copies in all, yet not one response or even acknowledgment. Did I miss the obvious implication of their actions? It is said that Silence often serves as a simple way of avoiding truth.
Media Culpability
Bill O’Reilly of Fox News repeatedly mocked anyone asking Obama to release his original birth certificate to public scrutiny, falsely telling his national audience that Fox “could have easily obtained a copy of it,” yet never explained why this never happened. It was because Obama had his records sealed from view, including viewing by Fox News. O’Reilly was either woefully ignorant of this, kept it hidden, or was restrained from mentioning it. He also boasted that his show was “fair and balanced” and “the spin stops here.” Praiseworthy attributes but always absent when the eligibility issue arose. Most saddening was when he and Megyn Kelly did a recent show on LTC Lakin’s impending court-martial. The entire segment consisted of their sarcastically denegrating LTC Lakin, causing me to reflect on another of Bill’s slogans:”We’re looking out for you.” With such friends the Colonel needed no enemies!
Virtually every major media outlet quietly ignored the eligibility issue, pretending it didn’t exist. I earnestly suggest that people call or write, reminding them that they are supposed to report the news, not just their views.
A Diorama of Deception
Obama knowingly posted a false (or limited) COLB on a website in an attempt to deceive anyone who might challenge him!
Whenever his attorneys appeared in court to defend him, they always seemed to have forgotten to bring a copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth, instead claiming Plaintiffs or Courts had “no standing.” If that’s true, then who is left “with standing”: only Obama?
Every document, from Obama’s original birth certificate, school records, passport, medical records, etc. is kept hidden from everyone. Must a house fall upon us to wake us up? Keep in mind that if that happens we may not wake up in time.
Millions clamored for Obama to produce a valid Certificate of Live Birth, yet at a recent meeting he asked that people stop asking for it. What a pathetic response to a burning issue. He travels all over the world to combat criticism but won’t make one telephone call to the Hawaiia Health Department to combat discord.
Some argue that if the lawsuits presently in various courts force Obama to release documents confirming that he is not a “natural-born” American citizen, there will be riots in the streets if he is removed from office. Why, I ask, if he obtained the office unlawfully by deception or fraud, should he be rewarded? Are Truth and Honesty no longer desired attributes in a candidate?
If the withheld documents would truly confirm Obama’s eligibility, as his supporters contend, why won’t any member of the Democrat Party (particularly the vocal ones who dismiss the eligibility issue) suggest that the documents be made public?
When Obama defenders claim eligibility arguments are racially-motivated, are they including the lawsuit of Alan Keyes and all other blacks who are challenging Obama, and would they also include all whites who voted against him?
Recently, “The Globe” magazine offered to donate $100,000 to the United Negro College Fund if Obama would disclose his Hawaiian original birth certificate. Now there’s a “stimulus” package which should warm his heart, for it would help many young black men and women, yet The Globe’s phone still hasn’t rung.
Conclusion
LTC Lakin made one simple request of Obama: In light of the national furor, please produce a valid birth certificate confirming your eligibility and I will gladly deploy to Afghanistan. If, to prevent disclosure of his sealed records, Obama would destroy the career of a dedicated officer, what more damning proof must the military “experience” to realize that, if necessary, he would “throw anyone under the bus” rather than jeopardize his own status? We don’t want future historians writing “For want of a valid birth certificate a Republic was lost.”

The headline is clearly in error! It’s not the birth certificate that is threatening our Constitution! It’s America’s entire crop of people who make up America’s federal government composed of corrupt democrats and corrupt republicans who have over a long period of time enacted and carried out a coup d’etat against WE THE PEOPLE and the Constitution of the United States of America and the proven evidence of that is the fact that nowhere in the United States of America today can any American Citizen initiate a civil discussion about Article 2 Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution and have any government official listen and pay attention to what that American Citizen has to say! Have someone shout out “racist” and it becomes national news. Have a stupid Lindsay Lohan go to jail, it becomes national news. Have some American Citizens try to file lawsuits about what is considered by many a violation of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution…silence, and in some cases people are told to shut up about A2S1! This is most certainly not the United States of America our Founding Fathers intended! Folks we have here in America today a government composed of people who will swear oath to serve, uphold and protect our U.S. Constitution that literally in a strict sense spit on the Constitution as soon as they turn around and walk away from that podium where they just took that sacred oath! We have a serious problem in America right now that calls for drastic measures that will correct this problem coming from WE THE PEOPLE! All the high profile libs are obviously ALL FOR one world government, and are determined to be role players in that new order, or at least be good soldiers, friendly fellow travelers, useful/useless idiots, blah blah blah,

A regular noise via media vehicles is “its the economy stupid”. While the economy is an important part to American life, economic power or stability is of limited benefit without the Law. “Its the media stupid”! Its the media that has created and empowered the imaginary POTUS Obama- and further, has gone to extremes to make sure the masses NEVER learn the facts and the truth. It is telling that 95% of media in the USA is controlled/owned by just 5 (foreign-owned) corporations, but people continue consume the 24X7 game of distraction and propaganda they peddle even though they have overwhelmingly demonstrated they could care less about liberty or the U.S. Constitution.
Media in the USA is built on the foundation of “branding”. It is an immutable rule: For a “national/international brand” to survive and thrive, it MUST establish and maintain the TRUST of its consumer”. The media empowerment of Obama the Usurper is a massive breach of trust, on a scale never before seen. While the courts fail the people it is suppose to serve, the court of public opinion will not. Once the TRUTH finally reaches the court of public opinion, and it will…these media derelicts, along with their elected-appointed criminal cohorts, will go down faster than the speed of light. American DNA dictates justice will prevail.
Keep repeating this article everywhere as often as possible. At some point the very truth of the statements has to resonate to the point where it can no longer be ignored-before it is too late. The fact is that this issue is and represents an existential threat to the Nation. The trivialization of any part of the Constitution degrades the entire document, its value and any “law” or enforcement of law. The people of our Nation and its officials both elected and appointed (most notably John McCain and Sarah Palin) along with the “media” have allowed and furthered this fraud through negligence, misfeasance, ignorance and fear and the truth must be told and faced by our Nation before we can recover from what is becoming a Malaise of our own National Soul.

Well, nothing new in this article, but the original facts are very damning and need to be repeated. Many more facts are being withheld.
As far as many are concerned, that alone is reason to doubt his legitimacy. Can you imagine what would happen if you applied for a job, or benefits, and refused to provide true proof of eligibility? Do you think that YOU would prevail? Then, why are we giving this arrogant, unqualified, undocumented, inexperienced lying Marxist usurper a pass?
We need to get Obama removed, before he and his minions, which includes most of the Congress, much of the judiciary, most of the media andf nearly all of his appointees, destroy the nation. I hope it’s not already too late.

Very well said. These facts about Obama’s foreigner father are not in dispute, and are sufficient to disqualify him from the Presidency for not being a natural born citizen (born in the country to citizen parents).
Regarding the birth certificate, does anyone think that the most powerful man on the planet, backed with millions (if not billions) of dollars, will be unable to produce a piece of paper showing a Hawaiian birth? On the other hand, there is no document which will ever show Obama Senior to be a US citizen.

Yes. This someone thinks that.
Again, I ask the question that no one yet has answered: If that can be done, then why hasn’t he done it?
The reason they haven’t produced a long form Hawaiian birth-certificate is because the information, (names and signatures), it must contain would open up a huge avenue to be able to trace and validate it as real…or not. Dr’s name, check records of doctor’s office, maybe even talk to doctor. Name of witness to birth equals more records available, hospital name, check hospital records, parents occupation, talk to co-workers, signature of registrar, check records and perhaps ever talk to the person themselves. Making it so good it can withstand close inspection, and making everything that is traceable fit would not be an easy task.
Yeah, they can make a fake long-from birth certificate, but to back it up so that validation won’t prove it too to be fake would be really, reallly hard, otherwise it would already be done.
The reason they have a nothing, fake COLB is to prevent traceability.
