THE LIES TOLD TO CONSTITUENTS TO PROTECT THEMSELVES JUST WON’T STOP

Unlike Commander Kerchner’s experience wherein he received absolutely no reply to his letters bringing attention to Obama’s questionable eligibility, I received a response from one of my senators. Senator Jay Rockefeller sent me the following (form?) letter in response to my questions about Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States:

Dear Larry,
Thank you for contacting me with your concerns about President Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to serve as President. I always appreciate a chance to hear from a fellow West Virginian.
Since the election there have been people who have questioned whether Barack Obama is eligible to serve as President on grounds that perhaps he is not a natural born citizen. However officials in the state of Hawaii, where President Obama was born, have clarified repeatedly the President’s birth certificate is genuine. Several lawsuits seeking to enjoin the Electoral College from proceeding or prevent President Obama from being sworn in, all of these cases were either dismissed or the court ruled in favor of the President. The Supreme Court has rejected appeals of these cases.
The 111th Congress sat in a joint session on January 8th to count and certify the votes cast by the Electoral College. No member of Congress objected to certifying Barack Obama as our 44th President.
While I appreciate your concerns, I am confident that President Obama has met all the constitutional requirements for the Presidency.

I understand the chairman of the Electoral College did not follow protocol and failed to ask for any objections to Barack’s eligibility to be President, and not one representative in the 111th Congress appears to have had the guts to challenge his qualifications. American voters will remember this in the upcoming elections, if Barack is not cast out of office and locked up before then.
Senator Rockefeller, surely you are smart enough not to take some bureaucrat’s word in Democrat Hawaii saying he has a legitimate birth certificate, but who produces none?
When I applied for Social Security, I had to produce a valid birth certificate. Just about anyone else would have to produce a birth certificate to assume an official position in government or anywhere else of any importance.
Why doesn’t the person elected president have to do so before assuming office?
Why did Congress investigate McCain’s birth credentials but not Obama’s? Surely you must smell a rat.
Has the FBI made a careful background check on Barack, as it did when I joined the Army Security Agency? Have you checked with the FBI on its results, if it even bothered to check the background of a person assuming the most important position in the world?
Why has Barack Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro) supposedly spent around a million and half dollars now in the courts to keep from producing a valid birth certificate? He is certainly hiding something, and I, like millions of other Americans, suspect it’s that he is indeed ineligible to be holding the Office of President of the United States according to its Constitution.
These are but a few logical suspicions and unanswered questions among many more. But in case you are not well- informed on the matter of his ineligibility, I suggest you start with reading my Web page like a multitude of others and continue your research in more depth from there.

P.S. If you have followed the numerous court challenges concerning this issue of Barack Obama (AKA Barry Soetoro), you’ll find that the birth certificate is hardly the only matter that would preclude his eligibility to be sitting now in the United States President’s chair. Judging from the results so far, it looks like all the ruling U.S. court judges so far are protecting the biggest usurping scam in history for fear of losing their bread and butter.
However, Senator Rockefeller, if you won’t do anything about the situation, the American voters will when the truth comes out, and a lot of U. S. senators, representatives, and judges are going to have hell to pay when it does. And the truth will eventually prevail!
A couple of weeks ago i sent an email to Jon Kyl in regard to Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin’s court martial. I just received a letter today (June 22, 2010 ) from Sen. Kyl and he says more or less the same thing as Sen. Rockefeller. They’re ALL in it with Obama!
The man’s answers are par for the course from any of the Beltway Bastards who actually deigned to answer theor voters (none of my 3 dis so) but his “answers” are on every point either an evasion (“… no member of Congress objected to certifying…”), a misstatement of the actual facts (“.. officials in the state of Hawaii, where President Obama was born, have clarified repeatedly the President’s birth certificate is genuine …”), or a gross outright lie (“… The Supreme Court has rejected appeals … “).
With a “friendly” CongressCat like this, who needs enemies???

Point out his recent statements and willingness to testify in a court of law about the investigation by his office in 2008. In fact, the readers here should send these two links to all the U.S. Senators, so they cannot use their favorite double talk or lie which is saying they have not seen it.
It’s time to inform once again all the reps and senators that this is not going away and those who want the respect of the people and re-election had better start calling for investigations of this matter of Obama’s eligibility.
Post the links into their government eForm sites and give them your name and address in their district and demand they view the video and read the interview and then ask if they will institute hearing in Congress to investigate. Also ask for a written reply to you. Then post it here when you get it.

The only redeeming thing about what Tim has to say is that he says there is no long form HI BC on Obummer. I think the “puppeteers” let Tim come out and play, only to muddy the already muddy waters on this (eligibility) mess. More misinformation. The host Gene Birk is a joke (should we expect anything different from ABC, the All Barrack Channel?). No mention of Obummer’s AFRICAN daddy Barrack Sr. NOT being a U.S. Citizen. More racism crap.

We should not be surprised about the non-answer from Jay Rockefeller…afterall, he is the nephew of David Rockefeller, one of the early members of the Bildeburgers, the Trilateral Commission and the Council of Fereign Relations. The Rockefellers are members of the “puppeteers.”
