NBC News has reported that presidential candidate Ted Cruz is a “naturalized” U.S. citizen. The laws of naturalization, which are made by Congress, have been acknowledged by virtually all legal and constitutional scholars to have no effect on whether or not a person is a “natural born Citizen.”
