THEN WHY NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE INVESTIGATION?

(Jun. 8, 2017) — After the Senate Intelligence Committee convened to hear testimony from former FBI Director James Comey on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. EDT, Comey, who was fired on May 9, gave an opening statement during which he said that the Trump administration uttered “lies” about the FBI having been plunged into disarray.
Comey said that he personally was “defamed” by the administration and that Trump’s claims about the FBI are “lies.”
However, the FBI is aware, as was told to this publication on July 18, 2012, that the long-form birth certificate image posted at whitehouse.gov purportedly representing Barack Hussein Obama’s original birth record from Hawaii was found by a criminal investigation to be a “computer-generated forgery.”
The Bureau has taken no action.
The investigation was conducted by former New Jersey detective Mike Zullo, who led the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse between 2006 and 2016 as a volunteer arm of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
The investigation also found fraudulent Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form. Both forgeries are federal felonies and have not, to the public’s knowledge, been investigated by the FBI or Congress.
Timely registration with the Selective Service System (SSS) by males between the ages of 18 and 26 is required for a person to seek and be granted federal employment.
At 10:36 a.m. EDT, Comey told Sen. Mark Warner that he began documenting his meetings with Trump, the first of which occurred on January 6, because he was “afraid he would lie” about what occurred in the meeting. Comey said it was based on a variety of factors, including “the particular person” involved.
Comey was appointed by Obama to a ten-year term.
Hopefully Sessions has everything taken from comeys offc while he was in CA day he was fired.
IMO the forged bc that obama administration displayed on wh dot gov is the crime to go after. From that investigation much will be exposed regarding barrys true plc of birth & who his parents really are. Will Sessions eventually open an investigation in to the forgery? Im thinkin probably not anytime soon since there are other crimes (f+f is finally getting attn) & fires to put out.
Rosemary – on the same day that President Obama released his birth certificate (April 27th, 2011) the state of Hawaii Department of Health issued the following news release.
“In June 2008, President Obama released his Certification of Live Birth, which is sometimes referred to in the media as a “short form” birth certificate. Both documents are legally sufficient evidence of birth in the State of Hawai„i, and both provide the same fundamental information: President Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawai„i at 7:24 p.m. on August 4, 1961, to mother Stanley Ann Dunham and father Barack Hussein Obama.”
As noted by others about twelve courts have ruled President Obama’s to be a natural born citizen. In just about every case, the courts have used the 1898 Supreme Court decision in United States v. Wong Kim Ark as the binding precedent. And the Supreme Court has refused to overturn any of those rulings.
So the reality is that until the SCOTUS decides to overturn Wong, that decision will govern the meaning of the term natural born citizen.
Around a dozen courts have concluded that birth in the United States is sufficient to confer natural-born citizenship. In doing so, these judges necessarily rejected the argument that two citizen parents are required. Most recently, in regards to Ted Cruz, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court affirmed a ruling that Cruz was a natural-born citizen because he was a citizen at birth, notwithstanding Cruz being born in Canada to one U.S. citizen parent.

The information released by Comey was not classified. Therefore there is no crime there.
Trump’s attorney is filing complaints with the DOJ and the Senate Judiciary Committee, claiming that Comey released “privileged” information. However, there is no evidence that either the conversations Comey claimed to have with the president were privileged. The president would have had to claimed executive privilege before the conversations happened.
Even if the conversations and memos were privileged, there is no criminal sanction for violating executive privilege.

Simply being born in Hawaii, or any other state for that matter, is not the only criteria for being a natural born citizen — i.e., a natural born citizen is a person born in the country to citizen parents (plural, both) of the country.
The only Hawaii official ever to say they personally saw Obama’s birth certificate, former HDOH Director, Loretta Fuddy, just happened to be the only person, out of the ten people aboard a small charter airplane that crashed into the ocean off the coast of Hawaii, who got out of the airplane alive and well but died about 20-minutes later.
Neil Ambercrombie, Governor of Hawaii and self-claimed boyhood and long-time friend of Obama said he went to the Hawaii Department of Health to find Obama’s birth certificate but couldn’t find it.
Obama could have nipped the “birther movement” in the bud by simply authorizing the Hawaii Department of Health to allow a prominent “birther”, or trusted media person, to personally look at what was in his “Vital Records” and tell the public what they saw. He never has. Why do you suppose that is?
Ricky, No one in Hawaii has ever confirmed or denied if Obama was born there. Many oddities have come out about this fact up to and including murder of the only person who could have testified a day before her testimony was mysteriously turned up dead, Loretta Fuddy.
Even if it is true that Obama was born in Hawaii but his father as he has stated was born in Kenya and never became a US citizen means that Obama was NEVER ELIGIBLE to be president of USA. He is a criminal. PERIOD.
Hawaii was asked if Obama was born there and if he had a valid Hawaiian BC.
Hawaii said yes to both questions.
The only entity in existence who could definitively answer the question and have the authority of law behind the answer has answered it.
What other investigation could anyone possibly do?
Yesterday, via his testimony under oath to the Senate Intelligence Committee, James Comey proferred sufficient evidence to charge him with releasing confidential government information (his private conversations with President Trump) to the public and him, Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton and perhaps even Barack Obama with conspiracy to obstruct justice (the FBI’s investigation of Hillary’s private email system).
