WILL JUDICIAL ACTIVISM CAUSE A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS?

(Feb. 5, 2017) — The time has arrived in America for US House legislators to open impeachment proceedings against “left-wing” judges who rule on their political views while rejecting Constitutional law and US Code.
This will be a difficult time for an impeachment, as most Senate Democrats appear to favor a Constitutional collapse.
In these last eight years under the Obama administration, many Capitol Hill legislators have sat back and done nothing to take care of America.
As President Obama was inserting his “left-wing” advisors inside the While House and presenting his nominees to the US Senate for confirmation, Senate Democrats were persuasively endorsing Obama’s nominees.
Senate Republicans operate lazily, without the proper historical study of Obama nominees and without the study of leftist past policies, and likely their future.
Obama nominees have been confirmed in the federal judiciary. Now, we have reached a constitutional crisis wherein some of our “left-wing” judges are ruling on their political opinions instead of Constitutional law and US Code.
Judges who choose to rule on their political views while rejecting Constitutional law and US law must face impeachment, be tried, and if convicted, removed from office.
JM is right, but the republican party is to blame if not more for all the injustice that has happened over the past 8 years because they did absolutely nothing to stop it or question it.
Through callous disregard for their constituents unless your name is Jamie Diamon and you work for JP Morgan Chase, your grievances about the pathological liar in the White House have and will go unheard.
What the hell is the matter with these people?
with 23 dem. and 2 ind. (who caucus with the dems.) up for re-election in 2018, there probably won’t ever be a better time to orchestrate an effort to replace them, along with keeping the 8 rep. thats up for re-election, than maybe the members of the house will start listening to their constituants, yes I believe in miracles.
