(Oct. 26, 2016) — Within our laws there are too few that establish the Death Penalty as the choice of an appropriate sentence. God is NOT so squeamish. He notes that certain crimes must be punished by putting to death the perpetrator. If the reader is in doubt, you do the research as I have done. Our federal law is specific regarding Treason:
18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason
§ 2381.
Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

There is a high degree of uncertainty regarding the eligibility of Barry Soetoro-Obama’s eligibility to hold office as the President of the United States. As a consequence of that doubt, does he owe allegiance to the United States? That must be answered before considering charges of Treason. In other words, what is Obama’s citizenship? There is considerable evidence to conclude that he holds citizenship in the nation of Indonesia.
In any event, Obama, acting in a capacity for which he may not be entitled, has acted in a manner consistent with treason against the nation that has given him sanctuary, thus making him subject to the United States Criminal Code, and specifically Title 18, § 2381-Treason, on two counts.
Count Number One: During the years 2009-2011, Mr. Obama and his Attorney General, Eric Holder, illegally caused many weapons to be “walked” into the hands of the Mexican drug cartel gangsters. In December 2010, one of these weapons was recovered at the scene of the murder of Border Agent Brian Terry.
Count Number Two: During the latter part of 2012 and early 2013, Obama authorized the gift of 20 F-16 Fighter Jets and 200 Abrams Combat Tanks to a sworn enemy of the United States, the Muslim Brotherhood and the Arabic Republic of Egypt, both under the dictatorial government of Mohamed Morsi. He was backed in this effort by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State designate, John Kerry, every Democrat United States Senator of the 113th Congress and 23 Republican Senators.
Wherein lies the fault or blame for these acts to go unpunished? Obviously, it lies directly within the purview of the United States Congress. Beginning with the 111th and continuing through the 114th Congress, not a single member has seen fit to prepare or request to be prepared Articles of Impeachment against even one of these criminals. As of today, October 26, 2016, no criminal or congressional action has been taken, at the very least, to prepare Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, and John Kerry, all of whom are still subject to such action even at this late date. The party leadership in each chamber has been seriously derelict in its failure to act.
Furthermore, the Justice Department has been egregiously irresponsible by failing to bring criminal charges against those at the very highest levels of that criminal cartel jokingly called the United States Federal Government. The fiasco known as “The Benghazi Affair” or “Murder by Amateurs” will forever be a blight on this eight-year 44th administration by an obvious interloper and his cohort of incompetents.
Chief among these deadbeat lying incompetents are, in no particular order, Barack Hussein Obama, Joseph Biden, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, Under Secretary of State Patrick F. Kennedy (the guy whose responsibility it was to provide security for the Benghazi facility in 2012), Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Susan Rice, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Charles Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, Kelly Ayotte, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Chief Justice John Roberts, Elena Kagan, FBI Director James Comey, U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C. Channing Phillips, Leon Panetta, General Martin Dempsey, General Joseph Dunford, Jeh Johnson, John Koskinen, Janet Napolitano, Lois Lerner and so many more!
I am not surprised at the levels of incompetence in that stinking cesspool. They have all abdicated their sworn responsibilities and FAILED to “Protect and Defend,” leading this republic toward our national Niagara Falls. I really expected one of the members of Congress who has seen combat up close and personal to tell chicken-hearted Paul Ryan to pay attention and listen up, “We have traitors in our government; are you going to direct the Judiciary Committee to prepare Articles of Impeachment, or am I going to go against the leadership and do it myself?” I have honestly been expecting Martha McSally, Tammy Duckworth, Martha Roby, Susan Brooks, or Joni Ernst to do precisely that. We MUST get the garbage out of government and do a thorough housecleaning. It STINKS to high heaven, crime is rampant, and degenerates are in charge. This is one disgusted old veteran and patriot.
