“REST IN PEACE!”

(Dec. 9, 2015) — Before I begin, I want to say that I have not been a member of the Republican Party since 2011.

I finally saw the light and became an Independent….I am supporting Ted Cruz because I feel he is a godly man and is focused and equipped to take on the problems facing America today. That being said, I have the following to say about the Republican Party.

Shame on the leadership of the Republican Party. From the beginning of Trump’s run for President, the leadership of the Republican Party, with help from the media, has done everything in its power to make him drop out of the race…They were shocked that no one wanted their hand-picked candidate, Jeb Bush, who still hasn’t been over 5% in the polls. If the Republican Party leadership would take their heads out of the sand and realize that what Trump is saying is what the average American is saying….What surprises me is that the Republican leadership doesn’t realize that…Every time they attack Trump he gains in the polls. If for nothing else you would think the Republican leadership would listen to the members of their own party and let them choose who they want to be their nominee…That’s the reason we have primaries.

The Leadership of the Republican Party made a statement this week that if Trump is the Republican nominee they would support Hillary…How stupid can they be?? They would rather support someone who is against everything the Republican Party once stood for…She is a baby murderer, liar, thief, supports gun control, just to name a few. I’m not telling you something that most of you don’t already know. If they do not support Trump as their nominee, the Republican Party will be no more…I really think the Republican Party stopped being the Republican Party over 20 years ago. Today they are the right wing of the Democratic Party and don’t have the will to stand up for any of the principles that the Republican Party of old stood for.

So my warning to the leadership of the Republican Party is to look back and remember where you came from and what you stood for, and stand up for what you believe in and let the primary decide who your nominee will be.  If you don’t, well, may the Republican Party rest in peace!!!

I have never particularly liked Donald Trump. When he decided to run, I was sure it was a conspiracy with the Clintons to get Hillary elected. Then I came to believe he was sincere. I admired his reasons for coming into the race and his platform, And even that he was not PC. I am furious that his people can’t rein him in in some of what he says and how he says it. Learn how to say things with some tact !!!! He keeps putting his foot in his mouth. Regardless, he is ALL WE’VE Got, Republican Party! Back him up!!!! Even if it’s a only a vote against Clinton’s policies. The Dems do it, why can’t you back up the ONLY candidate you’ve got…!!?? Your Platform should be the priority, not your own personal ambition. The Country needs saving and you are throwing it to the wolves. SHAME ON YOU !!!! BACK YOUR CANDIDATE. Get him in office and then work on your issues with him.

I think the Republican Party is a shameful, disgraceful group of Fat Cat people who don’t want what the American people want. Lindsay Graham and Mitt Romney are poster twins for Republican sleaze. The Republican Party has sworn to destroy Trump and I can’t understand why. I voted Republican 2012 because of the Democrats voting Obama Care into law. exactly why doesn’t the Republican Party heirarchy not want Trump? They need to have enough guts to tell it like it is because they are digging their own graves.
