The effort WE are enduring is high. We thank everyone on board. Hang in there – Do NOT Quit – Do NOT Back Down.
You didn’t think bucking the system would be easy, did ya? It is amazing how far WE have come. The Safe Act is a major issue – it is for US – BUT it is even a bigger issue for politicians and the political powers. The real struggle surrounding the Safe Act is in political power brokers. The issue isn’t gun control as much as it is a battle for dominance behind the scenes. WE are complicating that struggle. What WE are doing is bringing their hidden agenda out into the public view.
WE have a lot of work to do – please – Keep Fighting – Keep Pushing – OUR struggle MUST supersede theirs.
Below you will find the first of two letters being sent first being received by OUR sponsors for repeal of the Safe Act. We hope this will motivate them to get more aggressive and keep FULL Repeal of the Safe Act in the forefront in Albany. WE also hope this will inspire YOU. Keep Pushing on ALL fronts. Keep thinking of what YOU can do to keep them thinking about the Safe Act. We are not pesky gnats – WE are giant sci-fi mosquitoes morphing into “BATS”…….lol

Legislature Letter #1: How Deep Is Your Commitment
Hello Fellow 2A Supporter:
In several ways you have acted in accordance with your oath. Many times you have spoken out against the crimes committed by the New York legislature. You have also taken part in efforts to repeal the Safe Act. For the courage you demonstrated thus far– WE do Thank YOU– may God Bless YOU.
There are 10s / 100s of thousands – possibly millions of New Yorkers who have not only supported and believed in your efforts for repeal over this long and disappointing trek. The people of New York have spent enormous time, effort and money believing in and fighting for justice – fighting in support – fighting to elect and achieving many milestones along the very long twisted road. WE have fully demonstrated OUR belief in you – OUR determination – OUR commitment to an unprecedented level.
The people have lobbied very hard and quite effectively in both houses and both parties of the legislature. WE have called emailed, written and visited every single legislator. At great expense and with NO compensation WE have come to Albany many times and completely demonstrated OUR conviction. OUR commitment is unquestionable.
- Will YOU step outside your comfort zone? Will YOU go the extra mile? How Deep Is Your Commitment?
- Will YOU forsake politics and stand with the people who have supported YOU?
- Will YOU make FULL Repeal of the Safe Act priority #1?
- Will YOU Lobby every legislator in the senate and assembly and ask them to cosponsor S01193 or A03943?
- Will YOU demand the codes committees to bring the bills up for a vote?
- Will YOU abstain the budget vote if the Safe Act isn’t repealed?
I hereby ask for written redress of these requests.
