Why No Incumbent Should be Re-Elected on November 4

HAS CONGRESS’S REFUSAL TO ADDRESS THE “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” ISSUE CAUSED THE NATION’S DEMISE?

(Oct. 26, 2014) — As incumbent U.S. Senators and members of the House of Representatives attempt to convince voters why they should be returned to Congress in January of next year, registered voters might ponder the dozens of “scandals,” catastrophes, acts of violence, and lies in which their respective congressmen have knowingly participated before casting their votes one week from Tuesday.

For more than six years  – although members of Congress have retired and new representatives been elected during that time – despite having been morally and constitutionally charged with protecting the Republic, no congressman has publicly challenged the qualifications of putative president Barack Hussein Obama despite overwhelming evidence that he is using a manufactured identity and has violated numerous federal laws to achieve the highest office in the land.

Every member of Congress swears an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Not one has upheld his or her oath in respect to Barack Hussein Obama, who, in an unbridled and arrogant seizure of power, has trampled immigration law, thereby destroying national security; knowingly provided aid and comfort to Islamic terrorists, America’s enemy; and deprived Americans of their ability to seek “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness” by imposing environmental regulations which are rapidly bringing the coal industry to its knees.

Party politics and self-aggrandizement are more important to this Congress, or the others which should have dealt with Obama’s eligibility, than the survival of the Republic.

In 2007, doubts that Obama was a “natural born Citizen,” as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution to serve as president, began to arise among individuals watching Obama closely.  After MSNBC commentator Chris Matthews stated that Obama was “born in Indonesia” and had “an Islamic background,” members of Congress began issuing template letters to inquiring constituents which simply reiterated Obama’s claim to have been born in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961 without addressing the fact that his claimed father, a Kenyan citizen, could not have passed on U.S. citizenship, let alone “natural born Citizenship,” to his purported son.

After the 2008 election, no member of Congress moved to object to the Electoral College vote count in order to certify that Obama was, indeed, constitutionally eligible to serve.

Since usurping the Oval Office, Barack Hussein Obama’s actions have led to the deaths of 31 U.S. military members in Extortion 17 on August 6, 2011.  “Command racketeers” taking orders from Obama, rather than protecting the Republic, have refused to say why the Chinook helicopter carrying 25 Special Operations forces was allowed to land without proper escort following standard protocol.

Active-duty military officers who have opposed Obama’s agenda of forcing politically-correct and pro-Islamic policies on the Armed Forces have had their careers destroyed.  A decorated U.S. Army flight surgeon who questioned Obama’s qualifications was court-martialed and imprisoned even as Obama released a forgery of a birth certificate in a feeble attempt to convince a mostly-duped American public that he was eligible to serve.

Accused by a retired military officer of treason by having “broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors—command racketeers—are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government,” not one congressman has called for an investigation into whether or not Obama meets the constitutional eligibility requirements to serve as president.

For the last six years, Obama has employed government-paid minions to trample free speech, spread propaganda, and institute a police state to stifle dissent and questions about his background, policies and plans to “fundamentally transform the United States of America” into a socialist state.

According to the new Kenyan constitution which Obama helped to pass by infusing massive U.S. funding before the Kenyan referendum in 2010, Barack Hussein Obama is a citizen of Kenya (page 17) and could possibly run for office there.  How, then, could he be a “natural born Citizen” as the Framers of the U.S. Constitution envisioned it?

Several analysts have drawn clear connections between Obama and The Weather Underground, which the media failed to report during Obama’s first run for the presidency.  Now that those connections are exposed, Congress still refuses to act to remove the most malignant, narcissistic, and potentially destructive figure ever to attain political power in the United States of America.

Every single member of Congress knows that Obama is a fraud, a liar, a law-breaker, and a destroyer of freedom yet has done nothing to stop him.

Every single congressman knows that the long-form birth certificate posted on the White House website is a “computer-generated forgery,” along with his purported Selective Service registration form.

Whether through blackmail or some other form of threat, Obama has seized control of access to health care by tripling the rates private insurers must now charge for personal health insurance; caused the canceling of millions of policies which were meeting the needs of families nationwide; massively increasing the cost of many medications, including generics; expanded government-issued health care without the means to pay for it and without verifying a person’s eligibility; penalized healthy people and denied care to the elderly by scaling back on Medicare payments; and caused some physicians and health care facilities to close altogether.

Despite the chaos into which the U.S. healthcare system has been plunged, Congress has continued to fund Obamacare when it could have defunded it.  Next year, more rate increases and hardship because of “Obamacare” are expected.

Should Americans return to Congress those who have wrought the nation’s destruction by failing to take action against the domestic enemy sitting in the White House?

Had Obama’s eligibility been examined before he took office, the four Americans murdered in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 would likely be alive today.

Would a “natural born Citizen” with full allegiance to the United States and its Constitution release five high-level terrorists for a known Army deserter?  While the House Armed Services Committee responded to the release of five Taliban fighters for Bowe Bergdahl on May 31 by stating that Obama and his command racketeers broke the law, they have done nothing to enforce the law and hold the accused traitors – both Bowe Bergdahl and Obama – responsible.

Would a real president force communist propaganda and inappropriate sexual content to be taught in elementary school classrooms across the country?

Because Congress has allowed Obama to remain in office, he has planned and facilitated the crossing of tens of thousands of illegals from Central America and other countries into the U.S. carrying diseases which not only infected Border Patrol agents but also appear to have spread to American schoolchildren and adults.  To date, six children and two adults have died from EV-D68, a rare form of virus not commonly experienced in the U.S. but found in children from Central American countries.  Through strong-arming and tyrannical action, Obama flew illegal-alien children to every state in the nation, where they were placed into public schools, regardless of language barriers, illiteracy, mental health problems and other challenges for which there is no funding.

Had Congress done its duty to ascertain that Obama was not a “foreign-born domestic enemy,” U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry would likely not have been killed by guns knowingly transferred to Mexican criminals by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) under the direction of putative Attorney General Eric Holder, who also has clearly committed crimes against the Republic by lying to Congress and the American people in order to protect his capo, Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama has dispatched Holder to sue any state passing voter identification requirement laws in order to allow illegal aliens to vote and sway elections in favor of progressives, or communists.  According to a Newsmax report, there are enough illegal aliens registered to vote now to change the outcome of the upcoming election on November 4.

Regardless of hearings being held on the Benghazi slayings; Fast & Furious; the porous southern border; the new threat of the Ebola virus brought from travelers from West African countries which Obama freely allow into the country; the apparent purposeful demoralization and weakening of the U.S. military; the politically-motivated use of the IRS; the deceit leading to deaths of veterans awaiting medical care caused by employees within the Veterans Administration; the downfall of the once-efficient and professional Secret Service; and the rise of ISIS, which has murdered thousands of Christians, Yazidis, and other religious minorities in Iraq, no real action has been taken on the real problem:  Barack Hussein Obama, his lack of allegiance to the United States of America, and resulting world chaos.

“What difference does it make?” asked then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton when grilled by members of Congress on the response or lack thereof to the terrorist attack in Benghazi.

The difference is whether or not a person with sole allegiance to the United States sits in the White House:  whether he or she has ties to foreign countries and governments, which many now recognize is the case with the man who calls himself “Barack Hussein Obama.”

If one member of Congress had stood up, as Rep. Steve Stockman, who is not running for re-election, had said he would, an investigation could have been launched more than two years ago when Obama’s “documentation” was first declared fraudulent by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse on March 1, 2012.  Instead, no one stepped forward to even ask questions.  No one launched a probe to include congressional subpoenas to the state of Hawaii to obtain the records, if indeed they exist, bearing Obama’s name.  No one appeared to care that an imposter controlled the U.S. military, the executive branch of government, and increasingly, the American people by fiat and executive order in a growing state of tyranny and oppression.

Rep. Michele Bachmann, who once encouraged Obama to obtain his birth certificate from the “clerk of the court” to prove his birth in Hawaii, backed down when confronted by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos and is not running for re-election.

With each day that Obama is allowed to remain at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, there are more reports of Islamic violence against civilians, police officers, college students and members of the military; still, Congress does nothing.  Obama has shown that his allegiance is to Islam and its political tyranny which is now killing and maiming innocent people at public events, in the workplace, and in their homes.

The U.S. Constitution devotes the most descriptors to the Congress as the highest law-making body in the land.  Shamefully, not one member of that body has earned the right to be re-elected as the nation they swore to protect and serve breathes its last under their watch.
