“MASQUERADING AS A JUDGE”

August 5, 2014

Dear Field and David,

Thank you so much for the continued efforts by Abel Danger to stop the serial abuse of America’s military, and for shining a light on the continued serial abuse of Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III and others by the justice system of McMinn County, Tennessee.

I have been following the story of the unlawful persecution of Mr. Fitzpatrick, as faithfully told by Sharon Rondeau and Attorney Van Iron, for some time.  There has been no shortage of news coverage on the issue for those who are paying attention.  Though I am living in XXXXXX at this time, I am deeply concerned as an American, and as a member of humanity.

I sincerely hope that Governor Haslam has become involved and will intervene on Mr. Fitzpatrick’s behalf.  However, one must wonder why in the world has this continued? Why has this criminal, masquerading as a judge, been allowed to persecute the people of McMinn County, Tennessee?  At some point we must make a choice to be part of the solution or we then become part of the problem.

I am so proud of Mr. Fitzpatrick and his fearless courage to bring attention to the behavior of “Judge” Jon Kerry Blackwood and others who have engaged in utterly lawless behavior.  What a mockery they have made of the justice system which they purport to represent!

If Mr. Fitzpatrick is exonerated, I will celebrate with and for him.  However, if there is any law and justice in Tennessee, I anticipate that “Judge” Jon Kerry Blackwood will be indicted for his crimes, along with his ridiculous cronies.  What a shame and a disgrace they are to this country and to the state of Tennessee.

Since you came to my attention, I am grateful every day for Abel Danger, and today is no exception.

Best regards,

Gloria Pressley Marchbanks
