An Open Letter to the CIA

SPY AGENCY FAILS TO STOP MAN WITH FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTATION FROM BECOMING DE FACTO PRESIDENT

(Aug. 26, 2013) — “Dear Employees of the CIA” – That’s one choice.

“Dear Incompetent Employees of the government:”  I like that one.  And then there’s the “Hey, yes, YOU! Pay attention to the following:”

Personally, I’m getting really sick and tired of your gross incompetence. Remember the Shah of Iran?  Okay, we’re not going to list all of the dictators you’ve supported, all of the innocent citizens tortured and murdered in all of the countries that you’ve infected with you warped sense of right vs. wrong.

You’ve done everything under the sun to support whoever and whatever to keep a country from being a member of the Communist Bloc, from South and Central America to the Middle East and to the bug-infested Far East. So what if the totalitarian puppet is ruthless to his subjects, as long as you could list the country as being a “Friend” of America?  In other words, someone who is taking your payoff money and not boasting or bragging about doing so publicly.

The consequences of your continuous incompetence are a script for a Marx Brothers movie, or, better yet, a blockbuster Three Stooges, the whole history of how a once-needed and effective spy agency became nothing but a political arm of the White House, nothing better than the FBI or Homeland Security.   Even worse, it’s become the bottom of the barrel for marginal employees’ capabilities and comprehending what constitutes an illegal order.

Here’s a completely made-up story that has absolutely no basis in fact. Once upon a time a young man found himself in the middle of some kind of disagreement in some country often described as really green and lush but stunk to high heaven, which was caused by human waste fertilizing the rice paddies. Everyone above in the chain of command of this young man were either killed or incapacitated in some way, so he was in command, not by choice, but by Fate.

The situation that he inherited was in the middle of a makeshift runway with no cover, so he said, “Either we all live through this, or we don’t, and it sure looks like we’re not, so what do you say we have a little fun with the time that we have left?” So what he did was attack. They gathered all they could, including the wounded, and crawled toward the nearest cover and didn’t stop.  When it got dark they went hunting, and no one else got killed. One guy just wasn’t getting with the program. “Hey, man, I didn’t sign up for this,” so he was put on point.  When he got out of sight, the young man in charge took the team in another direction. Eventually the young man and his team were saved.  All, including the dead, were transported back to the edge of the world, but the guy who wasn’t on board remains an MIA issue to this day.

You CIA people remind me of that guy who didn’t get with the program. You have allowed a person who is an illegal immigrant, not a US citizen, a person who is using a stolen Social Security number, a Muslim, a supporter of The Muslim Brotherhood, someone who has a fraudulent Selective Service Registration card, to have been on the presidential ballot in 2008, and then again in 2012, to be the POTUS.  With all of your capabilities and virtually unlimited budget, you backed the wrong horse. You backed Obama. You are that guy who “Didn’t sign up for this,” who can’t face the Truth, who can’t deal with the facts.

Somewhere long ago, on some lush green hillside far over the ocean, a young American remains forever young because he didn’t get with the program, and nobody, even to this day, gives a hoot. Just like you, people, you had your chance to stand with our Constitution, but you chose to be cowards. And here’s the punchline: we don’t give a hoot about cowards.
