IS THIS THE BIG EVENT?

by Sharon Rondeau

Glenn Beck has been hinting at a big development for more than two weeks and will be unveiling a “new movement” on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 on The Blaze TV

(Jun. 24, 2013) — At approximately 5:20 p.m. EDT, Glenn Beck said his The Blaze TV program that a new “movement” would be commencing on Tuesday with “a man” to lead it.

Beck said that he “thought he would never do a show” such as that which he plans for Tuesday but had contemplated it while at the Fox News Channel.

He showed contrasting photos of peaceful protests and the Watts riots of the 1970s and said that Americans will have to make a choice.

“The man who will lead this movement will be here tomorrow,” Beck ended the segment.

On June 13, Beck reported that something very significant was about to occur within the next ten days which would affect the entire world.  Beginning on June 7, Beck had suggested that U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts had been “blackmailed” to change his vote on Obamacare last year so that it would be upheld as constitutional.

Rep. Steve King and Sen. Mike Lee were subsequently on Beck’s radio syndicated radio show discussing the NSA’s surveillance of American citizens and in particular, politicians.  Lee did not affirm that Roberts’s personal information was accessed but agreed that it was possible and could result in a person coming under coercion.

In 2009, Beck had rolled out an initiative he called the “912 Project,” which sought to unite Americans around the principles enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and in community activism and elections.

Beginning in 2008, when questions over Barack Obama’s eligibility arose, Beck refused to discuss the issue and did not report it when the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse declared the image purported to be his birth certificate a “computer-generated forgery.”  However, over the weekend, one of his writers reported that Yahoo! News had stated Obama’s birthplace as Kenya.

However, the author, Madeleine Morgenstern, was careful to end her article by stating, “The so-called ‘birther’ movement has repeatedly cast doubt on whether the president was born in the United States, despite confirmation from officials and the release of Obama’s birth certificate stating he was born in Hawaii.”

A portion of a Breitbart article which broke the news that Obama’s literary agent had said he was “born in Kenya” was reposted on The Blaze on May 17, 2012.

At 6:00 p.m., Beck said that Alveda King would be on Tuesday’s show and reiterated that it would be a show that he had thought about doing in the event that “things got really crazy.”

How does one watch the show? Is it streaming at http://www.theblaze.com?

Mrs. Rondeau replies: It can be viewed at TheBlazeTV, which is a subscription service. However, the first two weeks of the subscription is free. Land on TheBlaze home page and there will be prompts to subscribe. The show I watched last night begins at 5:00 p.m. EDT.

I will wait until Tuesday. But …..if glenn has over-promised again, then I will view him more as a showman, than a crusader.

What credibility does he think he still has after announcing that he was going to break a story that ‘would affect the entire world’ and ‘bring down the whole system’? Fool me once…

Not to mention the ridicule and derision he and his two sidekicks heaped onto people they didn’t fully agree with but who were on the same side as Constitutional Conservatives ie Ron Paul. And they still continually heap ridicule and derision onto Alex Jones. It seems as if they are a part of the “controlled opposition” at times. Either that OR they feel the need to behave that way to try to further their own popularity while trying to minimize others’ popularity. And let us NOT forget the derision and ridicule they have heaped onto anybody whom the main stream media deemed as “birthers.” Just whose side are they on, anyway?
