Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio had instructed his Cold Case Posse, which determined that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration card were forgeries, to submit information to the Alabama Supreme Court for an upcoming hearing on Obama’s constitutional eligibility.
Atty. Larry Klayman is representing two plaintiffs who claim that the Alabama Secretary of State, Beth Chapman, did not perform her constitutional duty by vetting presidential candidates for eligibility according to Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. The case is being heard on appeal by the Alabama Supreme Court, although a date has not yet been announced.
The Post & Email was told earlier on Tuesday that the information to be released will be very revealing and compelling but will not contain the entirety of evidence in the possession of the posse. Carl Gallups, a co-founder of the PPSimmons educational network, described the release as “an affidavit” which was written by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo.
The Cold Case Posse operates without taxpayer dollars and has been involved in meeting with various “VIPs” who have the “constitutional authority” to bring the crime of forgery to a federal prosecution.
The Obama regime is currently embroiled in at least four scandals, including the IRS having targeted “conservative” groups which had requested tax-exempt status beginning in 2011; the seizing of phone records from four offices of the Associated Press, which had previously supported Obama politically and attempted in some cases to marginalize those opposing him; the confirmation that at least two “stand-down” orders were given on the night that a U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya was attacked, killing the ambassador and three other Americans; and Obama’s fraudulent identity documents which the mainstream media will not report, despite having been proven over a more-than-four-year period.
