(Mar. 1, 2013) — The following letter was addressed to an aide to Rep. Bob Goodlatte, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee:

Hello and good afternoon. I am writing you in regards to the most urgent of matters that needs our Congressmen’s attention and Congressional action. In the last month and half more than 42,000 people have petitioned Congress to investigate and conduct hearings into the still yet unanswered question as to Mr. Obama’s alleged bona fides. Mr. Obama wants background checks on American people, so I believe it is only reasonable to ask the same of the person who resides in the highest office in the nation that he finally be lawfully vetted.
Attorney Orly Taitz is to be in DC next week on the 5th and We the People are asking for Congressman Goodlatte and other representatives on the Judiciary Committee to schedule time on the 4th, 5th, or 6th to meet with her and discuss in an honest, transparent manner the crimes that are yet to be addressed.
Sheriff Arpaio since 1 March, 2012 has asked for Congress to investigate the alleged identity documents belonging to Mr. Obama, a CT SSN, Selective Service Card and long from Birth Certificate. Will you arrange a time to meet with both Attorney Taitz and the Sheriff?? What lawful reason can be given to not address this issue? Do our Congressmen want this nation to go through another Civil War?
The American people are engaged in this, why not our Congressman? Does not all the purchasing of ammo and guns by the American people show enough evidence that we are greatly concerned we have a tyrant in power? I just read the Senate GOP is considering ceding power to the WH.

A follow-up phone call was then made to Rep. Goodlatte’s office:
This is what is happening with the the Chairman of Judiciary Committee’s office when you call them 202/225-3951, they purposely put you on hold. I was on hold for 12 mins waiting in hope that I could talk to Erin Newton or Kathryn Rexrode. Lisa was the first staffer of that office to pick the phone up, she gave me approx 1 min then put me on hold. A staffer named Sebastian (who I spoke with months ago knew exactly who I was last name and all) gave me approx 2 mins then put me on hold. That’s when I waited for about 12 mins and finally hung up. I called back about 20 mins later. Lisa answered the phone again and immediately put me on hold. I knew then they were identifying my ph #, so there is a way you can avoid them determining your incoming # so I did that to block their attempt and Lisa answered the phone again and yet again put me on hold. I was upset, but not in any belligerent way mind you, called Goodlatte’s main office and spoke with Danielle (I actually spoke with Kirsten early this a.m. and had a very good conversation with her) who was courteous and apologized for this happening to me and said that was not appropriate. I still after all those calls have yet to be able to speak with Erin Newton or Kathryn Rexrode. It is obvious Congressman Goodlatte has no intent in honoring his oath or bringing our many, many complaints to the committee. Will this stop me, I think you know the answer to that. I think it will end up being where the government looks to confiscate our guns and then the American people will head to DC. Sure there are a lot of people who are concerned, but I think that though there is a concern it is one if you can say this, is one that is a concern based on apathy. People see and know there is something very wrong going on, but are too stinkin’ lazy to care enough at this point in time to actually do anything. Of course I know this is not the case with a portion of the people, but we who are in that boat can’t let the others throw water on our fire for liberty, justice and the truth.
Rep. Goodlatte’s office did not return a call from The Post & Email on Thursday nor answer the following email:

Will Rep. Goodlatte be launching an investigation into the reports of threats against members of the media by White House employees?
I have received numerous graphic death threats because of my delving into Obama’s past, which does not appear to be what he has presented to the public. The Cold Case Posse’s investigation is continuing. Is the evidence of fraud and forgery also something which the House Judiciary Committee could investigate or is investigating?
